The location of the Four Seasons Vancoucver City Center is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and take the Skytrain to destination further away from the City center. It was very convenient and I would consider staying there again the next time I go to Vancouver.

From check-in to check-out we were treated so well...Friendly check-in. The restaurant was also a truly amazing experience, where the service was unparalleled by anything I have ever experienced in a hotel restaurant before. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Vancouver. The pool is smallish but otherwise very satisfied.

OUR 1 BEDROOM SUITE ON THE 24TH FLOOR WAS SPECTACULAR VIEW TO THE SOUTH. HOTEL INROOM SERVICES WERE SUPBERB. FRONT DESK WAS SOMEWHAT ARROGANT AND HAD LIMITED FUNDS TO EXCHANGE CANADIAN DOLLARS. ROOM OVERALL WAS COMFORTABLE BUT LIVING AREA NEEDED A CHAIR OTTOMAN FOR ADDITIONAL COMFORT.

While I read the many reviews about the condition of the hotel, particularly compared to the standard of what to expect from a Four Seasons Hotel, I chose to stay here and would do it again. The hotel was dated and the rooms (and bathrooms) were very small. It also had limited number of amenities. So, if you are someone who spends lots of time at the hotel while you travel, this is not the place. However, if your PRIORITIES are a hotel with SUPERB location and UNMATCHED customer service, there is no better place than the Four Seasons Vancouver. The concierge was amazing and extremely attentive to our needs, like no other. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They acknowledged our Wedding Anniversary on multiple occasions with great attention to detail. The location was the absolute best. While you sacrifice a little with the view compared to other properties in downtown Vancouver (Pan Pacific, etc..), we feel we were able to maximize our time (and save a few dollars on transportation while there) as a result of being right in the center of the downtown Vancouver core. We had many choices for meals, shopping, and night life, and were a short walk away from the scenic waterfront views downtown Vancouver is known for. Based on our two priorities, we are extremely pleased with our choice of hotel during our recent trip to Vancouver.

I splurged on a room for a weekend with my boyfriend and wasn't terribly impressed. The room wasn't anything special, and there was a problem with how my reservation had been made. I think you'd get better bang for your buck at other hotels near Robson Square. Kaia

The hotel's decor is impeccable as to be expected but the hotel does not offer any perks at all. For the seasons to not have even a coffee maker in the room nor tea or coffee at noon available without going through room service is a travesty. Certainly they don't need the money to provide coffee or tea at noon. Lastly, the restaurant was beautiful but a couple of the waiters were less than expected. One even tried to get us up from our table and move over 10 steps because that section was closed after we were told to sit anywhere. I can say my love affair w/the 4 Seasons has run it's course.

Every once in a while you have an experience that is over the top. We had a great time, the staff, Everything was better than expected.

I expected more luxury but it was kind of a bland room and was extremely small and so i had to upgrade .

Great location, beautiful room and superb service.

Great hotel in the perfect location. A short walk to the Canada line, Robson street, and the water. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms.

This was a nice spot, though maybe a bit less so than most Four Seasons. My only complaint was the dial-up speed Internet service for $13 per day -- seemed a bit 1998. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Not happy with no free internet. The days of trying to charge for this service should be over. I would recommend free internet hotels to any of my friends

We came to Vancouver for our honeymoon, and the Four Seasons Vancouver made our time even more wonderful. This hotel had excellent customer service. The concierge (our favorite was Connie, definitely try to grab her) was extremely helpful and informative. She helped us get reservations at great restaurants and told us the local hot spots. The valets were prompt and always friendly, ready to give directions and helpful hints. The hotel is also located in the middle of downtown Vancouver, which made it easy to walk around the city to sightsee or to grab a bite to eat. Room service was excellent. They also gave us a room upgrade because it was such a special week for us. Definitely want to come back.

the hotel, service, pool, amenities and room were all excellent. The food fom Yew was not. We look forward to room service and although the service was prompt the food itself was overpriced, smaller than expected protions (especially on desserts), limited in choices and basically underwellming. We ordered spaghetti, kids fish & chips and 2 different chocolate desserts. There was nothing fancy about any of the dishes (all very planely presented) The spaghetti was tasty & well protioned but overpriced for what it was. The desserts were small and not as described (Chocolate cream had a layer of salted caramel that was a very dissapointing surprise). Recomend the hotel but not the restaurant.

The facility lives up to its five star rating. Excellent service, excellent location. Reasonable charge for internet service (approx. $11/24 hrs). Very close to skytrain stations, short walk to waterfront.

The beds and the bedding were the nices I have every had. Didn't know how tired I was until the next day slept like a baby and woke up feeling like a new person.

great conceirge, location, pool and workout area.

Reasonable price for such a nice place. staff was freindly and helpful.

Staff was attentive and service was efficient. Hotel was a bit dated in decor. Sitting room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. No extra pillows or blankets in the room, although promptly brought up by hotel staff. No spa facilities, although a fitness equipment was available. The conceirge did arrange for in-room massage--a bit on the pricey side, considering lack of spa facility side benefits. Single restaurant--some great dishes, while others were simply mediocre.

I've stayed in a few Four Seasons hotels in the past, and this one doesn't even come close to measuring up. Other than the restaurant, Yew, which was nice, it doesn't appear that this hotel has undergone any updating since the mid-70s. The rooms are very spartan and plain. I've honestly stayed in budget hotels that were nicer than this one. It's definitely in need of a major upgrade!

Everything about the hotel experience was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Yew restaurant was good; room service delivery was prompt; the food was good, the service was exceptional. All employees were courteous and professional. I'm so glad we decided to splurge on this stay.

Very nice!!!!!!! Parking was inconvenient, though. Overall, great hotel and nice location.

Great room and location, but not worth of the price.

We loved the Four Seasons. It was centrally located in Vancouver so as we could walk to most of the famous sites in the city. The young doormen were very helpful in directing us to good restaurants and which buses to take for our excursions. Everyone was so friendly!

The staff at the Four Seasons Vancouver, BC spoiled us. They were very friendly, respectful and on the ball completely. It will be hard for another hotel to top these folks. And the room itself was very comfortable. Loved those down covers and pillows!

We enjoyed greatly our three night stay at the end of our honeymoon. Our room (4 seasons executive suite) was great. The staff were very helpful. A minor fault was that that the hotel swimming pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was too hot. However the hotel had a nice garden for sunbathing and provided complimentary fruit and water. We did not eat at teh hotel preferring to eat at Joe Forte's (great steak and fish) and the Diva (across road at metropolitan), the latter which is a superb restaurant.
