Sheraton Ottawa Hotel - أوتاوا

I booked a night and everything was good except the air conditioner in the room that made some noise at night and I did not report to the guest service

Plus: clean place, friendly staff. Minus: Restaurant out of service, no microwave or fridge, can't park own car, boring neighbourhood Neutral: did not use business or exercise facilities

We were extremely satisfied with all the services at the hotel. The reception staff friendly/very helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, best hotel beds we ever slept in. Clean, white, just perfect. The workout room was well equiped and incredibly clean. The location of the hotel was in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance to points of interests.

My family stayed at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel and enjoyed a very helpful staff, great room service, and fast courteous valet parking staff. They gave us accurate directions to local attractions, and made us feel welcome. The room was bigger than I expected, and was spotless. I will stay there again.

Perfect location if you want to tour the city without using a car. Within walking distance to most attractions. The room was extremely clean, the hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and very helpful. We were given free passes for the bus to get us to the Casino, and provided us with everything we asked for. I would stay at this hotel anytime and highly recommend it.

It was a great place to stay for the week-end! I will recommend the hotel.

I had first reserved the wrong night and when we got there, Elizabeth, the smiley and friendly clerk got things fixed for our anniversary and turned a disaster into a dream! Not only did she take good care of us, she upgraded us to the club level with access to the Penthouse Lounge. What a great time we had!

Very nice quiet romantic room with a nice complimentary treat of strawberries and chocolates. Close to skating on the Rideau Canal, and Confederation Park, shopping, government buildings, and so much more. Had a wonderful sleep. Will stay here again!

King size room. Very convenient to everything. Two blocks from Parliament Bldg., Rideau Canal and Winterlude.

Our stay was enjoyable, we were close to all of the amenities. With us only staying in Ottawa for 1 night we needed to be close to all of the attractions. Thank you, Mike & Caroline

I stayed for two nights. I was very happy to find a nice, clean, huge king bed in my room. I have nothing to say except that I was very satisfied. It did exactly what it was supposed to do, keep me safe and comfy while away from home. Thank you.

We enjoyed staying in Sheraton Ottawa, its lcation is excellent in the downtown, it is clean and quiet, with wellcomming receptionests.

was a wonderful get away for me and my partner to rekindle some romance for the weekend. it was in a perfect location downtown Ottawa during the holiday season is beautiful. staff was very nice and the room was superb!

Only 5-min walk to the Parliament House and other attractions. Hotel is well-kept and price reasonable. The only reservation is that the car-park is not high enough for a SUV with ski-rack. Had to park at open-space.

the valet parking is a bit of a nuisance for the reason that every time you need an item from your car (after you've checked out) you need to get the attendant. Also Parking should not be more than $20/day or to attract more clients perhaps it should be included in the price of the room!! also checking out time should not be 12 noon but 2pm. if the above suggestion were to be met I am sure that you would see immediate requests for your hotel!!

Because of the time we stay,the night was pretty noisy around the neighbor kids. The room was too small,however we very satisfied the bed.it was great! Clean and comfortable!

I liked the hotel but the price for renting a movie is absurd...also a breakfast with 2 eggs has too high prices as well. Have some decent prices, it is after all a three stars hotel and these prices show lack of respect for customers.

Had a great stay in ottawa. Hotel is close to everything. We went in the fall but would like to go back in the winter to skate on the canal. It would only be a five minute walk away. The beds are sooooooo comfy cozy!!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Ottawa for five nights with a couple of coworkers to attend a conference at the convention centre which was within walking distance. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, Parliament, Rideau Centre and Byward Market just to name a few attractions. The hotel was well maintained, the room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable although queen sized beds instead of double beds would have been ideal. The hotel has free Wifi which was a great bonus. The only thing I have to complain about is that on my last night at the hotel they needed to do emergency electrical repairs resulting in the power and water supply being shut off from 1130 pm to 4 am. The housekeeper left a letter in the room the day of the repair stating the power outage, as well as left a flash light and complementary bottled water. All in all I had a good experience at the Sheraton and recommend the hotel for business or leisure purposes.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all sorts of noises. its a fairly old hotel and they need to fix the plumbing or the overall bathroom. other than that its a great location. close to all the attractions...

Not a bad word to say. comfortable, fantastic, and right near everything you could ever want to be near - easy walk to the Rideau centre and to parliament hill area

I had a relaxing time staying at Sheraton Ottawa even for just one night. The big comfy bed and spacious accessible room. I would hope for a roll in shower!! Overall - very satisfied!

Perfect location in Ottawa, but they could learn a thing or two about service quality from the Sheraton Center in Toronto (across from City Hall).

Located in the business area with mediocre views. The hotel was fine, but a bit tired and nothing to excite me. Spacious rooms and a great staff.

Hotel is neat and clean. But the room doors need to be of good quality, need adequate lighting in the hallways.Complimentary coffee is for one time only and for only two(we were four) should be more than one time.Hotel room was not sound proof. There was no rush for the check out.....excellent

Parking was very high for Ottawa especially since it is supposed to have the lowest cost of living in Canada. The computers in the lobby were a nice touch as were the apples and lemonade. The staff were quite pleasant.

very nice hotel. reakfast was delicious. staff are very friendly. could have used a fridge in the room and parking is a bit expensive.

I've seen better Sheraton. Although it's showing it's age, it was clean. If you get a decent price, go for it. Check-in was fast. On site restaurant good. But charging 25$ per night for parking in Ottawa?! Come on.

Conveniently located downtown and 5 minutes walking distance to Parliament Hill.

I recently stayed in the Sheraton downtown Ottawa. I made the reservation three weeks prior to my arrival and had asked for and was promised a King room on a higher floor. Was I surprised. I got to my third floor room with two double beds that was located directly infront of the elevators. I tried to cancel on the spot but they would have nothing to do with this. I stayed one noisy night in a very average room, got charged for absolutely everything including local phone calls, then went to the Delta around the corner for less money in a far superior hotel. I would recommend this hotel, but only if I really don't like you.
