alot of things old in rooms but service was great

The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and comfortable and it was an easy car ride (provided by the hotel) to the ballpark.

My room was not ready when I attempted to check in at 5pm. When it was finally ready at 6:30 they gave me a room with twins not the king reserved. Seats at the pool where I waited were soaked though it was not obvious when one sat. the view room was larger, but looked out over a parking lot!

The staff at the Four Seasons Houston is wonderful! But I was up most of the night because of doors constantly being slammed shut.

very comfortable bed. good location.

There was a valet that was extremely rude when I arrived at the Four Seasons in Houston. When I asked him to give me his name he said his name was "Paul" and laughed. From that point, it was hard to enjoy my time at the hotel.

Great stay. Keep in mind the cheap rooms have two single beds or what they call twins. They are only for one person per bed so if you with a date It's real weird!!! Lol

Excellent!!! Everything perfect. Would have preferred free standing showers with tile...was a shower inside a tub. But glass enclosure rather than the dreaded shower curtain. Walls were kinda thin as other guest mentioned on earlier review. But the bed was the best sleep ever. Friendly staff and superb service!

I enjoyed the Four Seasons as I have their other properties but this hotel seemed to have very thin walls/doors. I could hear virtually everything going on in the hallway and the adjoining rooms. Very difficult to sleep. Still, the service is great. For downtown Houston it served its purposes.

You cannot go wrong with a Four Seasons!

My wife and I have stayed here twice for a luxury weekend break, once when attending a concert at the Toyota Center, and once when breaking a journey at IAH airport. On both occasions, everything was exemplary. She is a huge fan of their spa.

This Four Seasons hotel isn't your typical 5 star hotel but it's very comfortable. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. There's nothing around downtown so you definitely need a car to travel around Houston. There's a public parking lot that's connected to the Four Seasons. You pay $5 for the day on the weekends after 5 p.m. but make sure you retrieve your car early Monday morning because it will be $16.

I had never been to Houston before...clean, nice city. We were there over a holiday weekend, which might explain the lack of other people downtown...but the place was really QUIET. The hotel however, was wonderful! Loved the pool area, rooms and staff. Great place to stay in the city. I even felt like I was on vacation with my 4 year old!

I seldom splurge for big-name hotels. This time I wanted to attend a non-busines related ( i.e. for fun)conference at the convention center in Houston. In searching for convenient hotels I found the Four Seasons. I monitored the hotels.com site and found a sale for the dates I was interested in. I used my hotels.com credit (that I'd been saving) plus the sale price and was able to stay two nights for less than one night generally costs. And the conference was great, too!

I booked for two nights & paid for both up-front. After 10 minutes of arriving I decided one was more than enough and spent the next hour organising to leave Houston a day earlier than planned. Sorry Houston - but an antiquated hotel like this just makes me bolt !

A little tired, dated and away from the action. Doesn't live up to the standard Four Seasons expectations. Seems more of a convention guest hotel.

Dinning in and around hotel great, taxi no trouble, ATM in lobey, Airline check in station in Lobey. They held our luggage after check out until we needed to leave so we could go back to our convention. The best beds so comfortable. Staff A+++, Happy, helpful. Tub drain needed cleaning. Did not get am paper we requested. But they had them free at the resturant. All in all will go back. Very Happy.

The service at Houston four seasons hotel is truly 5star!!

A warm and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful hotel with sincerely caring personnel. Highly recommend.

Great service and location. Overall a 5 star hotel no doubt

This was my first time using Hotels.ccom, but everything went smoothly. I have stayed at the Four Seasons before, and was delighted with the rate I obtained using Hotels.com. Upon check-in, I was offered an upgrade to a suite, which i accepted gladly. The hotel and hot tub on the fourth floor were a welcome escape from the city. The Four Seasons has one of the best sushi bars I have ever eaten at, open M-F as part of the lobby bar. Quatro, the main restaurant on the 3rd floor was wonderful for breakfast each morning. Housekeeping services were attentive, without being intrusive, and I enjoyed evening turndown with ice delivered to the room. The location downtown is perfect for business, and easy to get to other parts of Houston through easy access to the freeways. I will be back!

The building has aged a little, but the service levels more than make up for it.

Excellent hotel, very clean, efficient & friendly service, lovely outdoor pool area. A very relaxing 3 days right in the heart of downtown Houston. Would definitely stay there again.

Just Incredible upon check in to departure and sercive. We were upgraped from a Queen to a King Suite and will recommend it to all friends and Clients, since we are Wedding Planners.

Special Hotels.com Rate gets you a small somewhat cramped room, but it was fine for my short stay.

I have stayed at other locations, but would not go back to this one. We actually called the Hilton next door and were contemplating switching hotels. The "complimentary" coffee in the lobby was only until 8:30 on a Sunday morning and then you had to pay $4.00 for your coffee. I would have rather went to starbucks.

We stayed in a huge, comfy room. There was a roomy bathroom, well stocked mini-bar and nice amenities. The workout room, spa and pool area looked great even though we didn't take full advantage of them. The hardest part of staying there was parking. We paid the $30 valet to make it easier. It was a great location to get to many area hot spots! Would love to stay there again and again.

Great location, and kid friendly it's across from discovery green and and blocks away from minute maid park. Large room and the crib for babies was actually a crib and not a play pin. Would stay here again.

Loved the service and the room. You may get a deal on the room here on hotels.com, but remember that everything else in this hotel is still very expensive. $30/day valet service, $10/day internet access, and if you want to eat breakfast in the hotel plan at least $25/person for eggs and bacon. We loved the ability to be able to walk to downtaown attractions and discovery green. Not sure if I will pay for the luxury again, but I don't regret the stay one bit!

Had an outstanding stay; Conveniently located, great service, even provided courtesy transportation to the theatre district and back, during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Houston area.

The Four Seasons Houston lives up to its reputation. Its pure class; very comfortable and quiet room; super excellent service; awesome work out facilities. Formerly, this property offered a free muffin and free coffee downstairs. No coffee in the room. Now, you have to go to the bar for muffin and coffee, for $10. For the price of the room, a "free" cup of coffee in the morning would be nice. Bring your wallet and enjoy a wonderful hotel.

This is the best night we have stayed downtown. Great hotel.. All the empolyees were great
