The executive packages at the Brisbane Hilton are amazing - comfortable and tasteful rooms and top level service plus lots of complimentary inclusions and treats which really make you feel welcome and spoilt. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the city, yet the hotel feels like a stylish and quiet oasis to retire to after a busy day. If you are planning a mid week stay book early, I tried to extend and there was nothing left. I did come back to the hotel in a deluxe room, it was still lovely but the extra cost of the executive is definitely worth it! I've never really noticed/used the concierge service in other hotels but the quality of the staff and assistance they provide was fantastic yet never overbearing. The only thing really lacking is a river view so if that's a deal breaker maybe look elsewhere. Overall the executive package was a great experience and definitely one I would recommend to others!

The staff in the hotel are obliging and helpful but are let down by inflexible catereing rules. At around 7 pm my wife and I went to the atrium dining area for a snack. My wife was handed a menu and I asked for one also. We passed our choices to the waiter. He returned to say that the menu I had been mistakenly given did not apply after 6 pm. I had ordered smoked salmon! When I queried this strange message he insisted the kitchen would not accommodate my request. We cancelled our order and walked 5 meteres to an Irish pub next door and had a nice snack at half the price. Madness. We will not take a chance with the Hilton Brisbane again

great location in middle of city centre,easy walk to restaurants, right in middle of shopping area. staff at entrance very friendly and helpfull, staff at reception ok, room very clean comfortable just right for an overnight stay. building work going on at main reception but didnt hear any noise at night

Right in the heart of the city of Brisbane is were you want to stay with shops at your door step and restaurants that line the streets. We wanted it all and the Hilton gave us what we where looking for. I felt very special staying in a glamous hotel with friendly and professional staff to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. We cannot wait to come back and have the experience again. Jude, Harrison

Great location for us. Close to the bus stations and right on the mall. Hotel is currently doing some renovations, but this didn't impact us at all. Rooms have recently been renovated so quite nice.

Great accomodation poor room service food if that is the food they deliver to your door what is the resturaunt food like.

Close proximity to shops and good resturants in Brisbane. All within walking distance.

Wondeful stay. Staff at the check-in counter could have been friendlier. Otherwise, the other staff memebers were really wonderful - from room service to conceiage. Hilton Brisbane is the closest to the city centre we've ever been. Great for post Christmas sales!

Very nice hotel, very centrally located. Walking distance from main tourist attractions

The mattress is amazing. Also the breakfast. The hotel is not new but it is in good condition.

We had a great time in Hilton Brisbane . We enjoyed a lot . Breakfast was nice . Who ever is going to visit Brisbane just visit Hilton it's a different experience than other 5 star hotels ...

If you can score a special package price for a holiday stay at the Hilton on Elizabeth St in Brisbane you will find nothing to disappoint you in your stay in this hotel. The rooms are modern and well appointed and have enough space for a family to be comfy, staff are friendly and helpful, the recently upgraded restaurant is beautiful, access to Queens St shopping mall is very convenient, views of the city from the higher levels are spectacular, and all-in-all this venue provides for a holiday highlight. I have stayed at this Hilton on business on several occasions and on those times its high room rates put it behind other 4 star hotels in the area. In summary- highly recommended when priced competitively with other 4 star accommodation.

Just a brief review of our stay at the Hilton Brisbane. A lovely hotel with incredible service, very helpful staff and an excellent location. I marked it down for 2 reasons. 1. I know this hotel is in the city and most guests won't be concerned by this but the pool was out of order and we were not informed prior to or whilst checking in. We were travelling on our honeymoon so would have liked to have had just a few hours by the pool on the terrace during our stay. Anyhow after making my disappointment clear to the reception I was greeted by a the manager at our room with a bottle of champers and a free upgrade. This was fantastic service and totally outweighed the pool issue. 2. There is some serious construction taking place next door and the breakers operate from 6.30 am so be warned if you are in any rooms close by don't expect to sleep in. Again we were not informed. This aside we had a great stay at the Hilton and were treated very well by all . Thankyou Hilton.

Hotel was pleasant and well appointed. Room had a good outlook and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great.

Frustration with the lifts being upgraded and not enough thought put into the work around. You can wait up to 3 minutes for a lift. Thew new showers are redicilous, the shower head is at my chest (I am not a tall person), they are the same style at the Mantra South Bank so they will spray water all over the floor. Parking is expensive, even when compared to other hotels in the area.

What a lovely hotel; the staff were all pleasant and went out of their way to assist as necessary. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice. The location was convenient to the tourist attractions and for me it was a worthwhile and value for money stay. I would have no hesitation but to recommend this hotel.

I took my mum to your hotel for a surprise. She loved every moment of it. I was really impresed with all the help you guys gave me trying to find a restaurant. Friendly staff. Loved it, was very impressed Thank you

I booked the hotel as a presant for my partner as we had tickets for a show on the same night. On arrival we were made to feel special as we got a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were on the 21st floor with great views of the city. The bed was unbelievable comfortable (wouldn't mind the same one at home!)the room was clean and had everything you needed for a nights stay. The hotel was within walking distance to everything you need and we really enjoyed our stay and are definately going to go again! Thanks The Hilton

Good Location in the heart of Brisbane. Hard to get too, at peak hour one way street's in Brisbane, but a great hotel to look at from the inside

The hotel was very expensive for a Hilton, the price of a 5 star luxury hotel which it was not. It was a Hilton, very sterile, large and convention-like. The bathroom and room were deorated , and as comfortable as a Holiday Inn, but we paid the price of a Ritz Carlton. Perhaps I would not have been so unsatisfied if the cost was more reasonable, but I really felt gouged especially when the cost of the internet was $1 per minute.

The Hotel was in a very convenient position and the beds amazingly comfortable. However, the bath tub was filthy. There was a raised pattern around the bath and soap scum was obvious to the eye and touch. When I went downstairs to check out I asked the gentleman on the desk if they had a guest amenities room downstairs as the hairdryer in my room did not work. "No," was all he said. How about "I will have house keeping send up another immediately"? The whole while the phone on the front desk was ringing insessantly. Finally after what seemed like minutes, another gentleman walked out from the back room and answered the phone. Whatever happened to phones being answered by the second ring?

very happy with our stay. We were treated very well and looked after.

Hotel is in a good location in the city. We stayed in an executive room which gave access to the executive floor that offered free drinks and canapes between 6.30pm-8.30pm and continental breakfast. An unexpected bonus as we hadn't stayed there before.

Stayed only one night here. Great service, quick check in. Room was very neat and tidy. The hotel wont blow your socks off and i dont think it as as good as other Hiltons i have stayed in but it's good for business and short stays. The decor could use a bit of a revamp however the bed and pillows were amazing. Would return if i was going back to Brisbane.

The north-bank city location is the hotel's best feature. Helpful staff, fuss-free check-in. Clean comfortable rooms (and slippers!) Unhelpful quirks include the separate floors of reception & concierge, small unimposing drive entrance to property and indirect access to Queen St mall via lifts. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Great Location. Everything you need, but parking is expensive (although on a par with the other major hotels in the CBD)

This Hotel was quite good, it is in the heart of the city and great for anything in Brisbane city.

Hotel staff was efficient and very responsive to our needs and services such as valet and concierge. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. When calling downstairs for information or service, they called you by name. Porters and valet were fast and courteous. Excellent hotel. Rooms were clean and large and had an excellent breakfast bar and staff.
