wonderful accommodation, great service and excellent staff. staff are very friendly, hotel amenities are exceptional and swimming pool are very relaxing.

Great hotel and service. Car service, water in the room, and free wifi (low speed) all pluses.

The customer service, conceirge, impeccable accomadations, staff, amenities, etc. and the list could go on for hours. The four seasons blew away my last stay at the Ritz.

This is a fabulous hotel. Located right across from the public gardens. Service was incredible. Always called you by name. If you can afford it...stay no where else other than The Four Seasons!

The hotel is everything one would expect for a hotel of this class and room rate. It is within walking distance to many important locations. Rooms are fantastically maintained, and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Worth every penny.

Four Seasons Boston made our weekend. We travelled from Toronto with our 6 month old. The hotel had a crib, diapers, snacks and even a bath for her! If she was older, should could have eaten the midnight cookie snack or sundaes that come to your door. The location is perfect for walking - 20 minutes and you are anywhere! And don't forget to book the complimentary car service to shuttle you to your dinner resevations...

The best experience we've ever had in any hotel. Staff couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well-located and a real pleasure throughout our stay -- wish we could have stayed longer!

We've stayed in other Four Seasons else where before, and we always had enjoyed staying any of the Four Seasons, but just not this one. First of all, almost every time when I call the front desk, they put me on hold when they are not servicing any person, which made me feel really disappointed. Also, we felt uncomfortable letting the housekeeper get into our room, we felt stuff that they shouldn't been touching been moved around, and the number of money in the wallet that we left in the room, because it was a pretty large amount so we couldn't really remember how much was it and we felt safe in the four seasons, so we didn't lock it up, and now we started to feel unsafe. Anyway, all this things made my visit to Four Seasons Boston bad. Please think carefully!!!!!

Celebrated 12th anniversary there. Great staff and beautiful rooms. Wish lobby was noche and spa was bigger, but amazing experience!

The service was friendly and helpful, every surface was spotless, and the hotel restaurant is wonderful. But I found that I didn't really need to take advantage of most of the hotel's features. I would not stay here again unless I was absolutely sure that I was going to use the pool, the spa, the car service, personal item storage, etc. The only negative thing I can say is that I was surprised to find that the decor was rather conservative and a bit dated. My tastes run more to the modern. I think my next hotel stay in Boston will be at a less expensive and more modern styled luxury hotel.

Very nice experience. The staff, particulary the concierge was wonderful! We have a great time there and were given the name of a great restaurant to go eat at called neptune's oyster and did not have to wait in the long line to eat either. We hab the best lobster roll there and a nice cold beer! I highly recommend both the Four Season hotel and neptune's oyster!

This hotel is centrally located to all that Boston has to offer. We explored the Freedom Trail from here, shopped on Newberry Street, and walked to the Baseball Stadium. The staff is attentive and friendly. The bar area is a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail in the evening and the restaurant is great as well. The service at The Four Seasons is exceptional and will keep us coming back.

The 4 Seasons as usual exceeds in every catagory from the comfort of the beds to impeccable service. Gifts and snacks for the children, a ride in their Mercedes to Faneul Hall, a pool and great workout facility. Being across the street from Boston Common and near all the upscale shops makes this a first class experience all the way.
