I will return to this hote.: The staff are friendly and seem genuine about it. The room was quiet and the service was excellent. In the mornings I could drink tea and look at the trees outside the window. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Stayed three nights in this hotel and overall it was an ok experience. location was great but we constantly had issues with cold water. We had to have maintenance come fix the water twice but in the evenings we were reduced to having to brush our teeth with warm water.

The hotel was fine, restaurant/dining very good. Only complaint was that they o ly had one wheelchair and when we needed that assistance on day two it was in use by another guest. Our reason for the stay was to attend hospital consults and the wheel chair was a necessity.

I thought it was quick and easy. The pillows could stand to be upgraded and I thought it a bit extreme to have to pay $30 for overnight parking. I was told that was my only choice as self park was unavailable. I hope the valet got a decent tip out of my thirty dollars. Other than that I would likely stay at the Courtyard again.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for 4 nights. Service was excellent. All staff were couteous and friendly. Room was clean and confortable. Great breakfast buffet. We got a great deal on the rate including breakfast. Location is perfect and close to everything. Walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this hotel. Great value for the money.

Always stay here when in Toronto. Clean, friendly, good location and nice atmosphere.

Checked-in Fri.afternoon... room 423. Left are belongings & headed out for a few hrs. Returned to hotel.. proceeded to our room & couldn't enter, went down to front desk to explain the problem. I was told we should be in room 405 accordding to the computer. We had to remove our belongings from room 423 & move to 405. Overall the hotel did not impress us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and quick check-in even though many guests were arriving at same time. Room very spacious and quiet even though it was directly across from elevator. Hotel could use some updating and maintenance (example : new wallpaper and paint in corridors outside of rooms). Will return in the future.

For such high ratings given to this hotel, I was very disappointed to find out it rates about the same as a 30 year old Best Western. Even the staff agreed. Thick yellow plastic shower curtains, teeny tiny toilet area.....sinks were separate, view of ugly side of building, coffee shop closed at 11pm, room service had very limited hours. No nicer rooms to upgrade to (and I wasn't asking for a freebee).

The hotel is nice and is in a convenient location but it was annoyingly noisy. When we were there, some a large group of high school students was there as well, and they made their presence known and sleeping was next to impossible the first two nights, despite calls to the front desk. We moved rooms, but it was still noisy. Looks like this hotel is often used for conferences and similar events, so it was very busy, which was annoying. Other than that, it's a fine hotel.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for my bf's b'day. It was really nice. We were on the north tower. Not the best view as we were just facing other buidings. But the room was very neat and clean. We had complimentry wifi which was awesome. It is located in the heart of downtown so there was soo much to do. So I would def recommand this hotel to everyone.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The staff was pleasant, and welcoming, and the room was quite comfortable. I chose this hotel because of location and I wasn't disappointed. I could walk to restaurants, bars, and malls and I never needed to hail a cab. The neighborhood was safe and clean and my overall experience was outstanding. I will most certainly stay at the Marriott Courtyard when I visit Toronto again.

The Hotel was with in walking distance for everything, the Eatons Centre, Subway, and Breakfast. It was nice and clean, the staff were very nice.

close to subway,plenty of places to eat nearby

The room was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was full of hair that was not mine. The "free wireless internet" was worthless as the room had no signal at all. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT DUMP

The rooms were very clean however the bed and pillows were firmer than I would have liked them. The breakfast was delicious and the valet parking was worth the $30.

Compère to other hotels, this one was very satisfying because of the location which is in downtown Toronto and the price, services, cleanliness and … overall I recommend this hotel for an average budget.

Everyone nice and very helpful. Room exceptionally clean. Even though the hotel is on younge street we were surprised how quiet it was. Had a very restful night! Close to shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed weekend in TO in this hotel. Was very nice, customer service is exceptional. Location was great, walking distance to everything you could want to do. Beds were super comfortable. Restaurant in hotel was VERY pricey, good food but pricey. Rooms were very clean, Would definitely stay in hotel again.

Very clean and convenient to sights. We parked our car (extra charge) and then never used it again until we checked out. Many reasonably priced restaurants were just steps from the hotel and there was a very nice pharmacy/convenience store next door. We asked for a mini fridge and one was brought up and installed in minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was overall well kept, the bathrooms could use a bit of work and it was a bit of a pain to have the sink in the hallway, but other than that it was fine. As far as cleanliness, there were a few cobwebs on the ceiling and the air conditioner made a loud banging sound every so often and shot out so much dust that my friend and I were congested for days. Overall it was a decent enough room for the price that we paid. Room service was impeccable, great food! I found the hotel staff to be very accomodating to whatever needs we had. I loved this this Marriott is right in the downtown core and just a short walk away from virtually everything we needed. I think I would probably stay there again.

We stayed a this hotel for a week during spring break 2012. It was wonderful. The location was great. The staff was very professional and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub and workout room were great relaxers from a day out from site-seeing. It was right on the corner of Yonge and Alexander which is nearby several spots to eat and shop. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We arrived early and Nicole was so nice, our room was ready and she upgraded us because it was our anniversary. We will be staying there again. It's close to everything we wanted to do. It was nice to park the car and not need it again til checkout time! The only complaint I had was the toilet and tub/shower were in one area and the sink in another, but other than that, it was fine.

Greeting at desk was wonderful, as was breakfsast in rest. Room was great. Front desk responded to needs.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We walked everywhere from our hotel. We never used our car. The customer service was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator. We are heavy sleepers so it was okay. But for light sleepers, ask for a room away from the elevator.

Excellent customer service.

Stayed here with 3 friends for the weekend and had an overall good experience. Walking distance to the Eaton Center, restaurants and even the Air Canada Center. It was also very easy to find taxi's when needed. There was also plenty of entertainment around the area to keep you busy. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the downtown area and would return on my next trip to Toronto.

I travel extensively, and this T.O. hotel was a pleasant surprise. I usually stay at a 'four-five' star hotel and know Toronto quite well. However, have not stayed in this area before, and loved it. The quick check in was great. The room was very clean and the beds were at the top of the list for 'most comfortable' beds! An important feature of any hotel. I've stayed in many great hotels in N.Y. City, Europe, the islands, etc.....and I would definitely go back to the Courtyard in T.O. ............L.A. Ottawa, Canada

Except the frontdesk not kind... old dated... very small pool... But not pricy and good location...

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From the valet attendants to the reception, to the Bistro server to the cleaning personnel, everyone was great. Onlt negative was the pool which is pretty small.

The price for the room was great! The rooms were clean and the bathroom layout was unique. The toilet and shower were seperate from the bathroom sink so it allowed me and others to get ready for the day much more smoothly. The downfall was the beds and pillows were very soft which was uncomfortable for my husband who is a tall and heavy set man. I slept fine but found the pillows to be uncomfortable the second night. We were also both looking forward to using the pool and whirlpool but once we got to the pool we found no clean towels which were to be supplied. Both change rooms were not clean. The floors had a solid inch of water and it appeared the drain was clogged. We didn't swim throughout our stay. I would return to the hotel if I could not locate another hotel in the area.

1. Complicated staff 2. Inability to schedule properly as an organization. Tsk Tsk 3. Room decor and design was horrid 4. Watched a nice group of people on a 6-7hr layover get overcharged after the hotel overbooked and couldn't accommodate them with their prebooking.... Did I mention that this was at 530am? 5. Couldn't accommodate me with my booking and ended up giving me two queens instead of a king. Not so bad but honestly not what I wanted.
