Pleasantly surprised that THIS property FAR exceded Vegas off strip loding on recent trip. Great breakfast and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The stay was very nice, the beds were impressive extremely comfortable I usually don't sleep the first night and I got a great night sleep. Thanks

A basic Best Western. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was minimal but good enough.

This hotel offered affordable accommodations and excellent guest service. The hotel room itself was clean. The parking was convenient and the Continental Breakfast was also excellent. The only problem were the hard pillows, but other than this minimal inconvenience it was a great hotel for a quick stay.

Very comfortable beds, clean room. But could not sleep because the A/C was not working. It was a horrible night and I will not be staying there again.

Two disppointment: 1. The matress of the bed is too soft. 2. There is a strong smell of cigarettes when we stepped into the non-smoking room. Because it was fully booked we cannot exchanged to another room. One good thing is the location of the motel, it is very closed to a freeway entrance and restaurants to eat out.

This place was kind of ghetto and trashy. It looked very modern, during the Eisenhower administration. Walking to my room was really one of the most depressing things in the world. My room was clean and well kept though. The lady at the front desk looked like she was itching for a cigarette break as soon as I walked in to get my keys. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for the username and password for the Internet. Looking outside it looks like there must have been several drug deals going on that night, and I really believe the filth of San Diego stays in this hotel room. I stayed here because of the convenience of the location, which I will admit was great. I kept hearing what sounded like high school girls giggling all night outside. Something like this wouldn't fly in an upscale hotel in la jolla or San Diego. In reality I overpaid dearly for this room and I settled for great location, other than that it wasn't worth a dime.

The staff was very very friendly and informative. The hotel was very clean. High quality in the room....not Motel 6.I would most definately stay again.The continental breakfast wasnt a muffin tin from Albertsons. There was nice tea, coffee, eggs, toast and yogurt. There are so many big trucks on that road but I learned if you stay in the back of the hotel you cut the traffic noice by 75%. I would definately recommend it. Competitive price as well

Located off a busy street, off the freeway. Neighborhood appears safe. Rooms looked recently remodeled.

Comfortable & convenient . Close to H52 , so access to other areas of San Diego is easy. Room was clean .

This hotle provide free breakfast and internet and parking as well, the beakfsat is not bad. But the price is a bit higher than what its level of over all quality is for.

I stayed 1 night since I had a morning interview at UCSD. The room was clean, the neighbors were quiet. the internet was stable and speedy. What else could you ask for in a hotel?

Worse bed I have ever slept in!

The room size is very small. If you are going as a family then it might not be a good option. For a single person this is good enough. The room was clean and things were good. We had issues with the water draining in the sink. We complained about this and reception staff were very friendly and they fixed it well for us. Parking space was very small. If you have a big car then you might find trouble parking. Breakfast was very average. Worth for the money.

It was a nice clean hotel, comfortable only problem I had was the lack of microwave, and that isn't a tie breaker. It was a good stay.

The room was clean, mattress too soft, very small bathroom, pleasant for one night but for an extended stay

The receptionist was great, the hotel was good enough for the night we stayed there. We had no problems with the staff at all. Everyone was very friendly to us and greeted us. They even gave us recommendations on where to go in San Diego. The area that it was in was a ok. Not the best but we were only planning to stay there one night so it did the job.

As soon as we entered this hotel the service was very rude in the beginning. We checked the room out, and it was very putrid smelling, along with the fact that it took us about ten minutes to get into the room, as well as the toilet did not flush!! We requested another room, as to we got a reply " all the rooms are the same, and I can't keep changing rooms like that!". We came back into the lobby and the front desk personnel was talking to one of their friends, ignoring us completely. After which we requested another room again, and they came into the room to check out the issues. The employee then kept saying negative comments as to we do not know how to work things, along with the fact that we sat on the bed and other discrepancies. Staff was extremely rude, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Plus the parking is horrifically tight, you can get your car scratched.

Easy access from the freeway, centrally located, 15-20 minutes from San Diego Airport.

The hotel was very accommodating for us considering we were in the area on an emergency. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

This is probably the smallest room we've been. The parking is scarce and can only accommodate "Mini Cooper". Very few breakfast selection; the internet was not working the night we checked in; but the worst is the pathway to the lobby which is also the only guest access to the tiny breakfast room. It was very tight with cars passing, I'm afraid it is only a matter of time before an accident happens (God forbid!). It is a pity because we always stay at BestWestern Hotels from the past two years. This hotel has great potentials. Hopefully the management will improve their facility.

This hotel was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. The location was great. Close to the beaches, the zoo and Sea World. The only was a major downfall was the parking lot. The spaces were VERY tight!! I stayed for 3 nights and the first two night was not a problem. It was during the week so the hotel was not full. This allowed for every other stall. Our last night was on a Friday night with a full hotel. If a car was parked in the stalls behind you, then there was not enough room to back out. If a car was parked in either stall next to you, there was not enough room to open the door to get in and out! That Saturday morning, nearly every room in the hotel had to be awakened to get cars out because no one could get in their cars. It was a dominoe effect, one car had to be moved for the next car to be moved, ect. When it was my turn I had to wait for the car to be moved on the passenger side to be moved, crawled through the passenger side, and then do a 5 point turn with someone directing me. An Engineers nightmare! So great hotel if you have patience for the parking.

I stayed in the Golden Triangle Inn Hotel during the week of July 25-29, 2011. Very clean inside and outside, convenient location, nice shopping center right n front of the hotel, staff very friendly and an affordable price. Highly recommend it!!

I wad happy with stay overall. Front desk clerk was very nice and checked me in pretty quick. Only two things would've made stay better: a few more towels and a better working room a/c.

The hotel location, condition, and service were all decent and fine. The clerks were very flexible in regards to late check-ins. The room was clean, neat, and of good size (double queens). Continental breakfast was simple but free, like any Best Western. Bathrooms were clean and functional. It's in a residential area, near food and groceries. My only critique is the parking. While there is ample parking, the layout of the lot is cramped and challenging for bigger cars.

There is no reason to say at this overpriced slum. Disgusting from top to bottom.

had a yellow jacket in the room when I walked in. very noisy location due to the traffic.

Our stay at this Best Western was very comfortable. It was located just off the 805 so it made it convenient to travel to other areas of the city. There was shopping close by which also helped. The room was very clean and the 2 queen beds had ample pillows and the bathroom had a supply of extra towels. We would recommend this motel for comfort, convenience and affordability.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is located right off the I-805 which is handy for getting around to everything in San Diego. The staff was nice too. An extra plus, there were lots of electrical outlets in the room for charging up all your electronic gear.

Typical comvenient but noisy motel. It's right next to a freeway exit on a main street, making it noisy at night. Not recommended for a light sleeper.

I have stayed at this Best Western twice now, and both times have been pleasantly surprised. The staff is super nice and very friendly. I have always felt comfortable there. For the price, it's the best BW in the San Diego area, i.e. low price, clean and tidy room and property. The only suggestions I have is to extend the continential breakfast time to 10AM and to add a few healthier items, i.e. mini yogarts, and bigger coffee mugs for those of us who like to drink alot of coffee.
