Great to be able to make gourmet meals in our room. Quiet street. Pleasant, informative staff and safe underground parking for SUV.

We were in Vancouver for 6 days, for business and pleasure, and the Rosedale on Robson provided a great home base for us, including the laundry facilities on each floor - a real bonus. The swimming pool is set up for lane swimmers: only 3 lanes but completely adequate. The kitchenette was very helpful; and it's possible to opt in for a continental breakfast. Pub restaurant on site has better food than we expected. Location is fantastic -- close to the stadium and just right walking distance to the convention centre, V. Art Gallery, and downtown amenities. Rooms have a front sitting room, kitchenette [no table in ours], and bedroom that for us opened onto a courtyard. Only drawback was that the sitting room [with desk] was a bit dark.

We stayed at Rosedale on Robson for 6 days and were pretty happy with almost everything at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The service was good. The location was especially good for us. It was close to a lot of restaurants on Robson, but not right in the middle of busy business district. The only complaint I had was that the soundproof of the rooms was pretty bad. We could hear noises (all kinds) from other rooms (upstairs).

Great hotel and good restaraunt. Room was very nice and we'll stay there again. Price was excellent - good value!

My only complaint is - we had 4 staying in our room and only had 2 large bath towels. But overall very good- I would reccommend to my friends and look forward to staying again!

All was well, except that pillows were all too large, or overstuffed.Would prefer some down filled pillows to go with foam ones.

The hotel was fine, except that the first day I was there the internet was down, which was frustrating since I was there for work and I needed the internet to do my work. The next day it was "back up", so I bought 24 hours of internet, but it still only worked intermittently- so I could get maybe 10 minutes of internet every few hours and that was it... and when I did manage to get internet it would cut in and out, making me re-log in every time. Also, it says there's a fitness center but it's just an ancient bike and a few treadmills- just FYI.

The location of this hotel is great, especially if you want to visit Yaletown in Vancouver. The room was allright but not very comfortable. Instead of a couch in the living room they had three very uncomfortable chairs. You didn't wan to sit in them longer then 1/2 hour. The bathroom is very small and the shower was awful. They also charge for WiFi and they charged us to check our bags for a couple of hours after we had checked out. I probably wouldn't stay here again and would try the Westin across the street.

We were very pleased.

Great location, the hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I didn't like that u can go into the underground parking with no card and there is no security.

We've been using the Rosedale Hotel for at least 20 years, when we go to Vancouver that's where we stay, it's close to/walking distance to most of the areas finest restaurants, sports stadiums, shops, etc....pet friendly, has a pool, restaurant, all the suites have kitchen facilities, work out area, underground parking...great place and highly recommended!

nice hotel a little loud at night tho thats about it and it was other hotel guest but really really good hotel will be back next month

The only things I was not pleased with was the inability for the hotel to offer anything but firm pillows and the charge for WiFi. The WiFi turned out to be very slow and should have been free as most hotels. I can understand charging for high speed but not for this.

Not the fanciest but homey comfortable and clean. for the price you cant beat it. the location is right next to Robson St and go right and your right within throwing distance to bc place.If your going to rogers arena go to bc place use the walk way and its 10 min walk to the arena its not hard to follow.Theres a Mcdonalds kitty corner open 24 hrs a 7=11 across from the rosedale and if its beer store its just two stores up from Mcdonalds on robson.So in all everything is close.If you want great appys and pub fare try The Hub its 3 blocks straight down hamilton which turns into mainland st look it up thehub Rosies on robson downstairs was good as well.

Perfect Hotel for Canucks game access to BC Place and down town vancouver!

we had a great time! we stayed here for a cheerleading competition and we would go back! The kids enjoyed the pool (though not huge, bigger then we thought) Location was good, lots of amenities close by! Though not affliated with the hotel, Rosie's in the hotel was awesome and lots of fun.

great hotel, reasonably priced and close to the arenas, stadiums and shopping!!

This hotel was fantastic, we had a suite so we had our own refrigerator, microwave and cooker which was perfect for us. The staff were so friendly, helpful and always had a warm smile as you entered and left the hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect for us too, 10mins walk from the skytrain which went to the airport, Metrotown, Waterfront and other suburbs. We had an amazing holiday, which was made very comfortable and stress free by Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel.

I found the Rosedale on Robson Suites to be clean and well maintained. The hotel is located a short walk from the buses on Georgia that take passengers to the ferries and it close to the LRT that goes to the airport. the staff was helpful. They provided maps and advice regarding buses and local shopping. Avoid the in house restaurant "Rosie's" for breakfast it is very expensive.

Always enjoy staying at Rosedale on Robson. My one and only complaint is the parking fee :( I feel it should be waived or greatly reduced to those of us staying at the hotel.

The sidewalks along by the entrance could use a spray wash. The iron fence enclosing the outdoor cafe needs repairs. The towel racks above the toilets ought to be re-positioned so guests don't bang their heads on them when getting up from the stool. A Business Center that's not in the middle of the Registration Zone might not be a bad idea. The Continental Breakfast, Parking and Computer fees ought to be included in the Room Rate.

...at BC Place or Rogers Arena. It's an easy walk to either venue as well as to lots of great restaurants in Yaletown and the surrounding area. The room itself was spotlessly clean but very dated. Overall, pretty good but would be even better with some sprucing up. The star rating on Hotels.com was accurate.

The rooms are equipped with everything to make you comfortable and at home. The Hotel is older but the convenient location , service , and ability to prepare hot meals, snacks and beverages in the suite make a stay very relaxing .

we stayed in a handicapped room entrance door way lip very hard to wheel over and open door at same time no grab bars out side shower /tub for transfer carpet very hard to roll on in room

Pictures and all looked great, was looking forward to it. Found the remnants of a joint on the bathroom floor. Movie ordering service was down and nothing was discounted or offered in consolation. Beds and sheets are rather uncomfortable. Robes listed with room but none came. Didn't get to try pool/hot tub as it closed too early. Good view. Room came with kitchen.

We stayed in a suite that was well worth the price. There were great ammeninites including an indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, fitness room, hot tub and restaurant. The suites are big and comfortable and contain everything you could possibly need. It was ell worth the stay!

We were very pleased with the service and accomodation. Great to see they are active in the Vancouver community as well. We will be back.

Excelent location to the BC Place event center. Just a short walk to the Grey Cup. Considering this hotel is in a very desirable location and the room rates are not the cheapest in the city by a long shot you would think they could spend some of their revenue in updating the beds! The matress that i slept on was by far the most uncomfortable bed that i have ever slept on. Please Rosedale go shopping and gets some new pillowtop matresses.

Nice nice hotel with excellent staff and great location, but the room we had was right above and across the street from an all-night McDonalds restaurant, the sheets were too small for the bed and the tub was extremely shallow. Still, we had a good sleep for the most part, and the room was perfect for people that like to cook some of their own food with a full kitchen. No place to sit and eat though, unless you sit on the couch, or at the desk.

We arrived app. 10:30 A.M. and asked if we could leave our vehicle there as it was early to check in. They already had a room for us & parking was no problem. Everything was more than expected however as in most hotel rooms the plumbing fixtures required maintenance. In this room the sink tap leaked & the basin airater needed replacing. The stay was enjoyable. I recommend this Hotel.
