Breakfast not so great.

Loved Seal Beach! Very clean and comfortable hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice beach nearby and wonderful restaurants and pubs also. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Tthe coffee was great. Will definitely come back.

great location in Seal Beach--who knew! Walk to dinning, pier, and beach. New flat screen TV, great breakfast for a continental, and patio for sunset watching. Would definitely go again.

My husband I and stayed here for 3 nights. The customer service was just great. The breakfast is fine - typical: waffles, breads, juices and coffee...and the price was right. My only issue: the temperature of the shower would not get hot. The sink temperature got almost scalding...but the shower would not get hot. We did not report this to the front desk until the last day. I have to admit when I read the reviews on this hotel - it was just as I read "great hotel with no hot water for showers". I would recommend this place and the next time we visit I will let the front desk know if it happens again.

Is a great hotel. Great room. Nice balcony and location is also great.

The hotel isn't as fancy as it's photos appear. It's an older hotel that has been adequately updated. We were frustrated that a hotels.com representative told us a room with a king would accommodate us and our two children if they ordered a roll-away. Our 10-year old spent the night on a chair. The hotel staff was great to switch us to a room with 2 queens the next night when one became available. The location & hotel were great for the price. We loved the sea-lion shaped soap. The shower (without a tub) could be a problem for families trying to bathe young children.

Very nice little place. Great little town. Walking distance from the beach. We will defiantly stay here again. Employees very nice & really helpful. Comfy beds too.

Odd place. Part of my room had been renovated with new bath, etc. But the hotel itself seems a little shabby. Like they had done a partial renovation to save money. Lobby is dirty and unattractive. Elevator button grimy. The restaurants nearby are cool. But I won't stay there again.

I loved this hotel. Location was great, close to lots of great food and only a few blocks from the ocean. Lots to do and see in the area. The hotel is very modern in design with private balconies, mw, ref., pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great. The bed was comfy. The pool and spa is located inside in a courtyard that has actually no roof. That was a surprise as we walked down the carpeted hall, but looked up to see stars above. They have their own parking garage attached. It is all around the best place we stayed on our week's roadtrip thru CA. I would highly recommend this place.

This hotel didn't look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked-in. The pool on the 2nd floor with the open roof was great. Super close to the beach, shops, and tons of food. Everyone that I encountered at the hotel was helpful and happy. Great place!

I absolutely LOVED the surrounding area. Beach grocery pharmacy cute mainstreet all within walking distance. Darling neighborhood to stroll around. Mainstreet had many many great restaurants. Will make this are "usual" Get Away Close to Home. Hotel was great too!

Nice smallish hotel walking distance to Seal Beach shops and pier. Good breakfast, easy parking.

We recently stayed at The Pacific Inn at Seal Beach, CA, and we had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very convenient to all the local attractions. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable hotel that is within easy walking distance of the beach.

great price and good location to local night life in seal beach and long beach. good deal when compaired to chain hotels at the marina.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. They are friendly, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable...and they upgraded us to a room with an attached sitting area. It's a great place to stay and just walk to restaurants on Main Street, the beach & pier.

Hotel came at a great price for the location.

We were only there one night but would stay there again. Fabulous location, great breakfast.

Love the rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had this modern spa ambiance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when I requested an early check-in. Neighborhood is really pleasant with various restaurants, souvenir stores and pier which are only a couple of blocks away. Perfect for just strolling and window shopping. Only downside was the breakfast. Wished they had more options apart from the regular predictable items.

Can't beat the location with a stick!! Just a few blocks walk to Main Street old town Seal Beach, fabulous! The room was well maintained, clean, X-tall/large shower (great for my husband who is 6'5") the bed was really, really comfy!! Free parking, always appreciate that! The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but had many choices: waffles, bagels, muffins, cin-toast, breakfast burrito w/salsa, yogurt...plenty to choose from. PLUS - we were given a coupon for 2 free breakfast's at Hennesseys Pub, which was fantastic! We loved the place - went for happy hour twice (1/2 price app's 4-7). We were very pleased with our 3 night stay at Pacific Hotel, we would definately stay again!

While this hotel is not maintained like a 4 star resort, it is clean and is is located walking distance from the beach and the Seal Beach main drag, with good food, shops, and snacks. In addition, the people have always been very nice and reasonable. I value cleanliness and proximity to the beach and this is probably your best bet from Seal beach to Sunset Beach.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and found the rooms comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location great! This hotel is within walking distance of cute downtown Seal Beach and within walking distance of the pier and beach (fun to watch the surfers). Would recommend this hotel to others-plus you can bring your dog!

Very happy overall with the hotel. staff was very nice and walking distance to great bars and restaurants on the Main Street. Only suggestion is since they allow pets, should have an area on property to walk dogs when needed. Not a complaint, just a suggestion, similar to what airports offer.

This hotel has some nice renovated rooms with flat screen TVs and walk-in shower. The rest of the hotel feels a bit dated but once you are in your room, you feel in a much nicer space. There is no central heating in the room so you have to control the temperature with an old-school air conditioning unit under the window, but it works fine. You get what you pay for here, and perhaps a bit more.

Seal Beach is a perfect getaway. The hotel is located in a great spot -- walking distance (around the corner) from Main St and the beach. Everything you could need is right there. If you need a mall, this may not be the spot for you. If you have a car you can certainly drive to a mall, but why bother? If you like to shop and dine locally at awesome little restaurants and shops, and you'd like to be where you can walk, this quaint unassuming beach town is the location for you. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Pacific Inn and we will return again soon. Very quiet room, comfortable bed and great service. We love that we can walk to everything we need and it feels like it's away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This hotel is very nice - well maintained with good sized rooms. The washrooms were especially nice. The service was really good, as the staff are very friendly (except the one slightly rude young lady that another customer mentioned). It's a little out of the way if you want to be located in a central part of town, but the shuttle will take you into Long Beach. Worth checking out!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staf was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Wish there was a microwave in the room, notheless we made due. The surrounding neighborhood was not bad and downtown was pleasant and festive. Would recommend to others for the price and location.

The only this I liked about this hotel was the bed, it was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! Breakfast was boring, but it was something to eat. Bathroom has no tub just shower which made it very hard to bathe my baby, not going to stay here again.

The hotel location was central accept for the business traffic of highway 1. Had one incident of negative customer service with a young female clerk that was short abrupt and spoke really fast. The room was clean with modern furnishings. The bed was soft and comfortable with its high grade linens. The T.V. was not connected and remote needed a new battery. The hotel handyman replace remote control.

No jacuzzi only jetted tubs big disappointment.. the mattress not that confortable...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They offered breakfast plus a card to get breakfast at a local restaurant if you wanted more than they offered. The beds were great and the rooms were nice. My grandkids loved the pool and spa and it is close enough to walk to the beach, which is just a few blocks down the street.

Nice little inn within walking distance of Main street. We enjoyed the location and the bed was comfy.

This was a last minute reservations and I usually get stuck with a crappy room but this place was not the case. Beautiful clean, quite and modern rooms with the perfect bathroom for couples...the shower was one of the smartest designs I've ever seen. Flat screen TV and a very comfortable beds now makes this one of my favorite hotels when I come into town for the Belmont Shores Car Show. See you next year. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

Not familiar with the neighborhood, our GPS easily took us right there. Parking was easy; check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the AM was not as good as Hampton Onn or Holiday Inn Express. A small disappointment.

Very clean and comfortable place. Loved the indoor pool & spa area. Bed was ok, a little small (double size, not queen), nice modern furnishings & bathroom. Only complaint is the walls are a little thin, and if you want to sleep and not hear your neighbors partying all night, you may want to ask for a "quiet" room. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable and you get a comp breakfast at Hennessey's!

Pacific Inn was clean, charming, and was close to downtown Seal Beach and other beach cities.

Two blocks from old town Seal Beach which has restaurants, three Irish pubs, shops and a pier on the Pacific Ocean. We stayed three nights and never had to drive to dinner.

We have stayed here three times - we really enjoy the location. Easy walk to the main drag; great bars, fine food, shopping, and beach village charm. Rooms clean, comfortable, small pool and jacuzzi, nice continental breakfast + breakfast comp at Hennessy's! Quiet when we were there. We will return.

We stayed two nights at the Pacific Inn and had a great time exploring Seal Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and pier and shopping. Parking was a little tight. We had to ask the customer service rep to move the hotel van so we could park in the underground garage on the first night. The rooms were comfortable and the continenal breakfast was a nice touch. All in all, a good place to stay.
