Radisson Blu Palais Hotel, Vienna - فيينا

أقمت هنا في أكتوبر 2011 لحضور مؤتمر بفندق مجاور. الخدمة كانت ممتازة وطاقم العمل لا يكتفي من خدمتك. كنت قد نسيت فرشاة أسناني وشفرة الحلاقة ووفروا لي هذه الأشياء بلا مقابل. كان هناك Wi-Fi مجاني بالغرفة وهو ما كان أساسياً لمسافر للعمل. الغرفة كانت ضخمة وبها نوافذ تفتح فوق صالة لإدخال الهواء النقي. كان لدي كل الامكانيات المتوقعة من فندق 5 نجوم ولكن هذا كان يتضمن أسعار البار المبالغ فيها ولكن هذا كان متوقعاً. ولكن الميني بار بالغرفة كان مجانياً وبه الجعة، النبيذ ومشروبات غازية. هدية غير متوقعة! يمكن الوصول منه لمركز المدينة ويقع بالقرب من منتزه جميل - كله عن طريق المشي. المواصلات العامة ممتازة. يوجد عدد من المطاعم الجيدة والبارات علي بعد 300 متر من الفندق أيضاً. سأقيم هنا ثانيةً بكل تأكيد سواء في رحلة عمل أو كسائح.

فندق Radisson Blu Palais بفيينا مصنف كفندق 5 نجوم ولكن حالة الغرفة وخدمة الفندق أقرب لفندق من فئة 3 نجوم لو كان سيصنف في الولايات المتحدة. الغرفة ضئيلة جداً وقديمة. كنا هناك في مارس، والغرفة كانت باردة، وحتى التدفئة المزعجة كانت أضعف من أن تدفئ الغرفة الصغيرة.

اجازتنا القصيرة في فيينا كانت للاحتفال بعيد ميلاد زوجتي ال60. الجو كان صافياً ومشرقاً وبارداً قليلاً في بعض الأوقات. فيينا مدينة رائعة، متحضرة جداً ونقية، رسومات الحوائط قليلة ونظيفة جداً. فندق Radisson Blu يقع في شارع Inner Ring، قريب من مركز المدينة وكل المواصلات العامة. اخذنا إفطارنا فقط في الفندق، وفضلنا تجربة تشكيلة أكبر من المطاعم للوجبات الاخرى، ولكن جودة الافطار والخدمة كانت ممتازة. طاقم العمل في مكتب الاستقبال لا يمكن أن يكون متعاوناً وودوداً أكثر، وفوق كل هذا وفروا لنا كعكة شهية للاحتفال بالمناسبة. في المجمل كانت تجربة لن ننساها أبداً.

We were so impressed with staff as traveling through Vienna. We had two free days on our calendar, so we rebooked for two more nights after returning from Budapest. We were welcomed by staff and locals, as if we had been members of their families. This is a wonderful hotel! Thank you to the general manager and chef and bartenders for two wonderful evenings. You will never be forgotten! We love you!

Staff were lovely and the hotel is a rather grand affair with a lovely lobby and facade. But two issues: 1. smoking. Everywhere... in the lobby, the café, downstairs, and we could smell stale smoke in our non-smoking room. It seems to be a Viennese thing, so probably isn't the fault of this hotel so much... and 2. cleaning. Our glasses (for use with minibar beverages) went unchanged / uncleaned for 3 days. The showers in the gym area have green algae growing in them. Our quilt cover had an oil mark on it. I could go on, but this is supposed to be a nice hotel and the basics just let it down.

Great hotel, but we stayed in a duplex/loft suite with an overheated sleeping area. We told the front desk, but they couldn't help

The hotel location was perfect for one night in Vienna. The bathroom was dirty, especially the showercurtain. The hotelbar was too small and there was too much smoke even for smokers. The bar in the room had no vine or spirits only soft drinks.

This was such a disappointing Christmas week hotel holiday, not a 5 star hotel at all. The staff were cold or rude, unhelpful and even punitive. We (4 of us) were consistently asked our room number at breakfast by a very rude Maitre D, making us feel very uncomfortable, as if we were intruders. The breakfast itself was very monotonous, dull and uninspired (e.g. not up to most German 5 star hotel breakfasts at all) - especially given that it was the Christmas week and nothing interesting or special was added. Coffee pots were tiny and mean and you had to fight to get a refill, unlike some wonderful hotels where staff walk around topping up hot drinks. We were told that we would get nothing to eat Christmas eve/Christmas day as we had not booked restaurants in local area and yet there was no information on hotel website or email informing us that we needed to do this before hand. Room service personel consistently knocked on our doors (we had two rooms) very early (before eight) and then were rude when we appeared sleepily in doorway. Rooms were lazily made up, PJs thrown under the foot of bed or left on top of cover in screwed balls; toilet seat was broken and kept falling off; bathroom scales broken; toiletries were never replenished and we had no soap for 3 of the days. All in all we felt very unwelcome and ambience spoilt the whole holiday. I'll never stay at a Radison Blue again.

HOTEL DISAPPOINTED-- NO SWIMPOOL, NO HOT TUB, NO JACCUZI, 9 EURO GLASS WINE, 7-40 PINT BEER.== FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT A 5 STAR -- MANY 4 STAR HOTELS WOULD HAVE POOL ETC GOOD LOCATION FOR OPERA, CONCERTS, VISITOR SITES. GOOD STAFF.

For a high end hotel it lacked some polish and attention to detail. The room was small but adequate. Service at the breakfast was sloppy and the hot buffet food was barely warm; the cost was pricey at 28 Euro per person. I would choose a different hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel, very elegant. Complimentary mini bar they restock daily! Bar was a little pricey as was breakfast, but the service was kind and helpful. Very nice gym! Good location, right on the Ringstrauss and across. The street from Stadpark.

Very elegant hotel with a great view of the park across the street. Only negatives include the inefficient air conditioning: the room remained on the warm side; and the lack of support from the hotel staff for calling our airlines during the work stoppage to check on our flight.

My husband and I got a great rate on a room hear and were so excited when we checked in. It is located right on the Stadt Park in Vienna, a beautiful city green. The room was fantastic! The staff at reception were very helpful in helping us figure out where to go and what to see. There is an underground station very close by, but a lot of the most important things to see (St. Stephen's, the Opera House, museums) are only a 15-20 minute walk. Overall lovely hotel and would recommend it to all!

Our time was well spent. The hotel was idealy located and was easy to find. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent! The downside was that the air condition was not working properly and more English TV channels needed. Overall it was a three star hotel with a 4 star service.

My stay turned out to be a bargain for the price I paid through Hotels.com. Upon arrival the hotel allowed my an early morning check in an upgraded me to the next highest level. Service and hotel comfort was excellent. The location is excellent, i.e. close to my business appointments and to the historical sites my wife wanted to visit. I fully recommend the hotel and will return there if the price remains competitive.

Even it was specified in the reservation there was no separate sitting area, no clock radio, no complimentary newspaper in the room. The curtains were all dusty. Breakfast service on Saturday and Sunday with shortage of wholemeal bread and salmon. Very good location. Will return to Vienna but stay in a different hotel.

We are an Irish couple and we travelled to Vienna to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in the Radissdon Blu Palais Hotel. It is a fabulous hotel. The ambience is delightful; the rooms are ecxcellent; he service is great and the food there is very tasteful. The hotel location is excellent. It is central to anything we wanted to do. We went tp three music concerts and we were able to walk to them all. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The facade looks amazing and and you come in in the main entrance, you can't help but be wowed by the splender. But it's short lived, I'm afraid. The hotel seems disorganised: as though it is three hotels stuffed together. The staff where nice enough - although I did get passed from one to another a lot. And my wake up call never materialised : which as a business traveller always puts me off a hotel instantly. As i had ten minutes to get ready and out of the room because of the forgotten wakeup call, I didn't sample breakfast (but seemed too expensive). My room was spacious - but the bed and pillows provided really lumpy and uncomfortable. It was clean - but not 5* I would say. And no, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel is in a good location near to subway stations and is well presented with impressive reception area. Spa and fitness services are excellent. This felt like a 4 star hotel as the room was small and the TV even smaller with few english speaking channels. It took 3 days to get the sink fixed. If you want to stay in a 5 star hotel I'd suggest looking at others

Loved the stay here - the staff we courteous + the hotel was excellent - recommended to everyone who likes a quality hotel.

Hotel is very nice and good location

Close to the centre - many other important sights are in walking distance. The service in the bar at night was particularly good. The hotel breakfast area is really nice - very Vienna!

The Radisson Blu Palaisis a fine hotel, well deserving of a 5-star rating. The room was sparkling, the lighting was good, the public areas were clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a bit small but that's typicalof hotels in older buildings. The location was good, across from the park and about 6-8 blocks from the heart of the old town. The resteraunt was rather expensive but good and, again, typical of pricing in 5-star hotels in Europe. Overall, a very good hotel.

Exploring Vienna is a snap at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast included was very nice. First class. Good quality for the price. The Vienna Opera house , the outdoor market, and the Lippizzian Horse School is in close walking distance. Enjoy.

Nice hotel in old building. All amenities fine. Breakfast buffet nice, but heavily overpriced at Euro twentyfive- Fine location 4 min walk from a subway and only 10 min walk in nice cozy midtown streets to the city centrer walking street, the Stefan's Dom etc.etc. Taxi to airport is Euro thirtyfive- and worth it if you are two people. 1 person can save on going by the express train for only Euro ten-

It took me more than 25 minutes waiting for check it and took more than 10 minutes for the procedures of check in. Staff is not professional and just only one employee was serving the hall reception including concierge, check-in and check-out. Room need to be renovated and represented several tiems many claim concerning cleaning the room and toilet.

A maginficent facade and public spaces that hide small cubicles of rooms in which the A/C barely works if the temp is above 75degrees F. The first room we were given had plastic laminate flooring throuout and barely enough room for the bed a two suitcases. The next day we requested and were moved to the " renovated wing" room was larger and had carpeting but the furnishings look like they were ready for the flea market. The best thing about this hotel is its location to the main shopping and eating areas in Vienna. I would stay in the same location but move to the other branded hotel across the street. The bathrooms were tiny and soap must be very expensive since they only changed it when requested. Strangely enough this was the only hotel out of the 6 we stayed at throughout europe that actually gave us 2 FREE bottles of still and sparkling water every day along with a free minibar stocked with 8 different drinks including soda and beer.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Es hatte sehr viel Staub auf den Möbeln und Ränder von Gläsern des Vormieters auf den Tischen. Das Zimmer war nicht gesaugt. Im Badezimmer waren zusätzlich zum Staub auch noch viele Haare des Vormieters (in der Badewanne, auf Fussboden usw.). Das Zimmer war 2 Sterne Niveau, ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Good location, nice bed and service.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelebt und viel zu teuer für das was es bietet. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und schlecht geschult. Habe selten so viel Ungastlichkeit erlebt. Für ein Radisson Blue untragbar.....

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgelebt. Vom Raddisson Blue Standart bin ich eigentlich ganz andere Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit gewohnt. Wir haben in verschiedenen Schichten zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten immer wieder die gleiche Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit verschiedener Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erfahren und waren schockiert. So viel Unfreundlichkeit und fehlende Kompetenz auf einfachste Fragen zu antworten sind mir für ein Haus dieser Sternekategorie unbegreiflich. Es gibt viele andere Häuser mit weitaus höherem Service und Standart zum gleichen oder weniger Geld. Mich sieht dieses Haus nicht mehr!

Ist alles ok außer die Bade Wanne , muss Mann schon renovieren ..,

Perekt beliggenhed overfor Stadt Park og tæt på alt inden for gå afstand. Fik upgrade af værelse uden at spørge. God service.
