Hilton Burlington - برلنجتون

The room was exceptionally small and for the price charged for the room, it would have been nice if we had had a nicer view than the roof of the parking garage.

The televisions were old and small screens and the channel selections were minimal.My cleaning lady couldn't speak ANY english and didn't know what or where a hairdresser was located

There was no soap and I had to ask for it two times. There was a ping sound all night from the air system that I could not turn off. Very disappointing for the most expensive hotel in town and a Hilton.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, wonderful view, convenient to the waterfront and Church St. If you really want to enjoy the Burlington setting, this is an excellent choice.

I had to leave early morning and forgot a night gown. Called back that morning to have it be returned and person gave the impression that it was a bother and if found, would be sent back. Not a costly item but sentimental for me. I found during my brief stay the front desk friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was left with a bad impression from whomever answer my call and seemed to just give a pad answer.

had a hard time sleeping as air system was the type which blasted hot air then cold to maintain an average temp; woke up hot then cold then hot so did not get a restful night. BUT very friendly staff and beautiful room with a great neighborhood; right by the lake. Really enjoyed my stay

This hotel is the perfect location for spending time in Burlington. Within walking distance of Church St and its surrounding areas. Hotel service was friendly and accomodating. Offered us many free extras for everyone we were with when only one of our rooms was slightly late for checkin. The front desk employees continually asked how we were doing during throughout our stay. A great hotel for a great little city

It was our first time in VT, and I must say that our stay at the Hilton in Burlington, VT in front of lake champlain was in a word superb. We were promised a lake view and we had a full frontal view of the lake from the 5th floor. The staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. The facility was well laid out and easy to get around in a warm atmosphere. The parking facility was convenient to the hotel with a rear access directly into the hotel. The hotel is centrally located close to downtown walking distance but far away from the hussle of city life. Easy to get to the local mall and shopping district, not to mention the local theater and shops, restaurants etc. The concierge is quick to provide documentation of area attractions with maps. I would recommend the Hilton to both the business traveler or for families. If and when I am ever in Burlington again, it will be a no brainer. I will call Hilton my home for the duration of my stay.

Excellent hotel, dog friendly. Clean, very convenient location, but room was not ready by check in time. Well nobody is perfect.

I would ordinarily have given this hotel a 5 in all areas, except for the fact that internet is charged, in this day and age it should be a complimentary standard. That was extremely distressing. Also, the hotel charges $15 for a movie, which is absurd. The room was clean in all respects except oddly enough, the selection of bath towels contained one towel that was washed, but heavily stained and almost looked like it had absorbed a quantity of dye or grease. Not quite what you'd expect to find in a hotel at any rating. Other than these notable exceptions, the hotel was satisfactory, and the staff were very pleasant. Location is key.

The hotel is fantastic. Clean, friendly service, right downtown Burlington, walking distance to everything, free parking. Excellent experience, no negatives.

It was a great hotel! we were upgraded upon arrival to a room overlooking the lake! It has VERY comfortable beds :)

I live in the Burlington area and wanted to take my girlfriend to a nice hotel for New Years. The TV screens are outdated, rooms are small, the rooms are extremely noisy (not well insulated for sound) and we ran out of hot water at checkout. For the price we paid it was way overpriced

Highly recommend for it's proximity to downtown Burlington, views of Lake Champlain and indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Good location. Some rooms have weird bathroom layouts with the sink in a small corner of a different room. Ask for this to not be your room. Also, inthe winter the windows can move with the wind off teh lake and whistle, better to not get a lake view. The windows in general are surprisingly poorly insulated and flimsy. Food is generally very poor. Also, can't trust what the menu says. Youmay get a very different preparation of an item than described. Good garage setup.

This hotel is beautiful and convenient with magnificient views of the lake. You can walk to everything from the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with or room at the Hilton Burlington, Vt. It was more than expected - beautiful lake views, convenient to everything downtown, easy parking (free), great pool, hot tub and workout room. I can't think of a thing to complain about!

Staff was very nice and got checked in right away and the view we wanted from the hotel room. The tv channels were not good. Nothing but disney for the kids and that was disappointing. Should have more channels. The pool was very nice.

Best Hilton we've ever stayed in. Loved the comfort of the, great amenities and excellent service.

For a hilton hotel, and the price per night I was extremely disappointed! The TV might as well have been from 1980, snow and all. The toilet didn't flush properly and the outside noise from the hallway was ridiculous. The only redemption, the bed was comfortable and nice as standard for Hilton. I will NEVER stay here again, for that money I will go somewhere that actually lives up to a 5 start hotel. This place needs some serious upgrades.

Great location and used to be a class hotel but has been allowed to go to seed. Much better and more affordable options elsewhere in Burlington

smallest hilton room ever the room was the size of a closet. no fan in the shower annoying room service was afwul the food was not what you xpect from a nicer hotel it was reminessicent of cafeteria food we ordered thai springrolls and buffalo wings and we got two awful egg rolls for 15 dollars and 10 wings with more fat, skin and veins then meat for 15 dollars not worth it. the quality of the hotel was not up to par with other hiltons it was like a motel 8 the tv was a 30 year old monster and was so small you couldnt see it form the bed 2 ft away . very comfortable bed nice pool and hot tub friendly staff nice shower other then the fact of no fan in the bathroom

Nice hotel and your best bet in downtown Burlington. Doesn't compare well to nice NYC or Orlando hotels but it is more than fine. We stayed over the 4th of July and had an awesome view of the fireworks and aerial show. Great view of Lake Champlain.

Everything about our stay was great, room service food was really tasty. My only complaint is there was no fridge in the room so we had to pack the sink with ice to keep our children's milk cold, over and over. Great ocean view and the kids loved seeing the boats.

Pros - Loved the room! View was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and room in order. We walked everywhere since the hotel was in a central location. Cons - If you want internet, you have to pay for it. Parking is in a garage (pro) and you are charged daily (con)

Location was central to shops and restaurants; staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the happenings in town; can park your car and walk just about everywhere you need to go. There is a 7 mile bike path right across the street, great views of the harbor and lake with unbelievable sunsets!

I stayed at this Hilton last week for the nights leading up to and including my wedding night. We had a great experience, management was very helpful. I would recommend the Hilton to all my friends.

It's a nice hotel, but there are some major issues that they need to work on. First off, it seemed like every door squeaked when it was opened or closed and we were next to a stairway, so we heard it often. The front desk doesn't know how to answer the phone, as we placed several calls from our room that went unanswered. The bathroom had no fan, which makes it very steamy after showering and would be nice for other reasons as well. Also, we wanted to sleep in seems checkout wasn't until noon. I placed the do not disturb sign on our door before going to sleep. At 8:50 am, housekeeping unlocked our door. Fortunately, I had hooked the chain, so they didn't gain entry. The plus side was that we had a great view of Lake Champlain from our room and it was a short walk to shopping, the lake front, and lots of nice restaurants. Overall, however, the minus' far outweigh the plus' and we wouldn't return.

The Hilton Burlington is a lovely hotel--nothing extraordinary but very good and what you'd expect from a Hilton. The best reason to stay there is the location--within walking distance of the waterfront, tons of shops and restaurants, and an interactive museum. You can park the car and leave it!

The hotel is perfectly located, well maintained and the staff very courteous.
