Very good, but it would be better if next time the Internet service could be accessed from the room.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I drove from Maryland to Florida thinking that this was a good hotel, I was only going to stay for 3 nights after the first night my husband and I check out to return home. Rooms stink, old bathroom, lobby stink, air condition old made noise, handle on sink broke, worst place ever. STAY AT YOUR oWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!! Lets not mention it was something red on sheets in first room I got UGH!!!!!

Hotel was very close to OCCC for our sports event. Safe area. clean rooms. very comfortable for the price. will stay again. Pool was great.

It was conveniently located and for the low rate it was a good deal. It is an older property in need of repairs, but the rooms were large and very clean, and the staff was friendly. NOTE: You pay extra for internet unless you use the desktop computers in the lobby.

I know now why the rates we so cheap at this hotel. Bathroom and carpet was dirty. Sheets were off white due to age. I picked through the pillows to find the cleanest one. The A/C was very noisy. Room was outdated and need paint and repairs. One of the sinks was missing a handle. I do a lot of outdoor camping so I'm not usually bothered with my surrounding being dirty.....however I would have preferred sleeping outside in a tent.

Pros: Great location, remodeled bathroom, friendly staff. Cons: not enough parking spots, uncomfortable beds, place looks outdated.

I stayed at the 2 queens 1 sofa bed and the room is pretty large, the room is very clean and didnt have any problem. it would have been perfect if there is a free wifi, there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, the tv is not flat screen, this is not a complaint just an FYI i would recommend this hotel, we didnt try the buffet

Well for starters the door lock on the inside of the door didn't work... The jacuzzi was being worked on so we could use it. The ice machine wasn't working. Both times they came to clean the room they left us no towels after calling the front desk several times to bring us some, we finally gave up. The last night we couldn't even sleep cuz the ppl upstairs were making to much noise. It sounded like they were moving furniture at three in the morning. It was frustrating but we were gone all day to it helped

This is really a bad place to stay. Be careful of what you pick. WiFi in your room isn't free.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to numerous I-drive attractions, but the hotel is dated, rundown, and dirty. My room hadnt been vaccumed in months, found a sewing pin on the carpet ready to stab a bare foot. Peanuts and random stuff all around the floor. The next day, before leaving for a day at Disney, I asked the front desk to have the room vacuumed, and they wrote it down on a housekeeping list. Got back that night - it hadnt taken place - peanuts still on the floor. They also use some godawful air freshener in the a/c unit, so the room smells like the inside of a Glade pluggin, which is cloying and gross. I felt like I was in the ghetto, though the surrounding area is fine and safe. Spend a little more, you'll be glad you did. Even my 7 yr old kid thought it was substandard.

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE ON THE MOBILE WEBSITE FOR 55% OFF. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE RUN DOWN. THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN, THE BATHTUB WAS CLOG UP AND A LIGHT FIXTURE WOULD NOT TURN ON. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY CAME AND FIX ALL THE ISSUES. IS ON UNIVERAL BLVD SO IT WAS CLOSE TO THE CONVENTION CENTER AS I WANT IT FOR THE TILE SHOW, IS CLOSE TO ALL RESTAURANTS AND ATRACTIONS. I GOT MY MONEY WORTH...

The worst hotel I've met throughout my life! has nothing to do with the photos showing ... is an old hotel, poorly maintained. Never return and nortrecommend it!!!

Remote control had only 1 battery. Took 2 hrs to get another. Lamp socket was hanging down. Didn't touch. 'Wi-Fi available' for $8 a day! Air conditioner won't work with the door open. Didn't read that til' 3am while sweating bullets. Black stain on the couch, didn't analyze it. Check out 12p GOOD but maid tried to get in at 10:30 then sounded like an elephant cleaning surrounding rooms. Price was right but no Taj Mahal. Supposedly 3 miles to Universal- no way!

Very comfortable beds. Well worth the price we paid.

This hotel is conveniently located however the first room I was given and had to move from was not clean. The cleaning service forgot to clean what appeared to be vomit. The second room I moved into was cleaner and I suppose it was one of the better rooms cause it was very apparent that it was kept well. I stayed two nights and was not able to get a good sleep because both nights I had very noisy guests and you can hear the cleaning staff carts rolling up and down the corridors at all hours. I was not at all pleased with this hotel.

Rooms were dirty. Refrigerator leaked. Maintenance personnel said the leak was due to my ice melting in my refrigerator. I didn't have ice in my refrigerator. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. Can't say I would stay again. Too many nicer hotels in the same area for a little more money.

Although convenient to many of the Orlando attraction the maintenance is very poor, bad shower pressure unable to regulate water temp, broken furniture, I would not recommend.

Carpet not clean refrigerator wasnt working they move me to another room but the ac wasent to good eather

When we tried to check in, Front desk Clerks were rude. Room we reservered was for 2 Queens, but they gave us to 2 Standard (or Full size) beds....

I stayed 5 nights and had no wash cloths most days. The room number on the door was broken off. The elevator was dirty and in very shabby condition. The toilet was in need of serious scrubbing or replacement. The price was good but the hotel was overall very disappointing.

I had reserved a king room that was to include a coffeemaker. I ended up with a double and no coffeemaker in the room. If we had had time, I would have requested that they change the room to the one I reserved. I knew that we would miss the show that we had gone to Orlando to see so we did not ask to change rooms. I felt like this was a disappointing experience, especially given the amount of money that I paid.

From our initial arrival the condition of the room was awful. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. There were no available sheets for the pullout bed. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. Once the staff was contacted about these problems they reacted as if we were inconveniencing them. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! The lesson we learned is to pay attention to the ratings and comments regardless of the price of the room!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The refrigerator didn't work in my room and only cold water would come out of the shower head. One of the beds had a frame that was also broken.

My stay ws gud but the play area for thr kids was put of order and we had to walk to another hotel for ice....other than that mu stay was satisfactoy....employees were nice and very helpful i would return.

Nicely located next to everything but the hotel is not kept up at all, first room was awful bed all sunkin and no fridge and smelled aweful, went straight down to the office and they gave us a new room was a good enough to stay in but very rundown. Hot tub and pool very dirty. Wish I spent the more money for the nicer hotel.

Mildew in the bathroom, carpeting soiled, holes in wall, ripped wall paper, no breakfast as stated, elevator missing tiles and soiled, also smelled of a garage high exhaust fumes when operating, no ice machines that work. Thank god that we didn't see any bed bugs at least, that really would top it off. Unfortunately had to stay after check in since all of international drive was sold out. Steer clear,

Sheets had obviously not been changed, pillow slip had blood on in (a few stains bigger than a quarter. , drain in shower was blocked, door didn't lock properly. no refrigerator, no plugs would stay in outlet.

Nice pool and hot tub. Clean room.

My son and I stayed here for the Jr. National Swim Meet. We were on a budget and this hotel fit the bill. We were able to walk to the meet and surrounding restaurants. Part of the hotel is under rennovation.

this hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs everywhere, our rooms were never cleaned properly (when we moved in there will still garbage on the floor from the people staying before us, one day they didnt give us towels, one day they did not make our bed, one day they didnt give us trash bags) the complimentary breakfast was in a small hotel room and only had muffins and cereal, there was no fruit or anything gluten free. When we told the front desk that we could not eat the complimentary breakfast because we were gluten intolerant they did nothing to help us except that we could pay for the breakfast next door at the radisson. Honestly, do not stay at this resort, it is dirty, the staff is rude and it is not worth your money.

I went through several rooms before I finally got available room, it looks like they didn't have in the system if the rooms are ready or not. The price was excellent, location very convenient, the receptionist was really trying to accommodate, I would still recommend the hotel.

Will not go back or recommend to others...showers were horrible, hardly any water..frig did not work after being plugged in for hours..had to walk forever to get ice...towels were so rough (hurts when you have sunburn) trying to dry off..key card didn't work after two days & maid said she couldn't let us in...had to walk up to front office and we were way in the back..Very, very disappointed.

I checked in, room was not cleaned, they gave me a second room it was not cleaned, third room was OK, I unpacked and went to dinner. I returned an hour later and they booked my room to another party. These people were in my room with my luggage and briefcase. I can't use the word to describe her but I can say she was "hired" I grabbed all my stuff and went to lobby, they gave me a FOURTH room which was "OK" The lockbox was missing and pulled out of the wall and most of the room hardware was worn out. The next morning I went to lobby to "complain" a little bit and the manager on duty said "if you do not like hotel you can JUST LEAVE" I re-explained to him that I am soft spoken and I can handle being pushed around a little but the circumstances were a bit much and that I wanted a discount and he said NO. I told him what happened and he looked at me and said "well, do you want to stay or not?" So I had to call corporate where we booked the room to get it settled. It was funny because in the 3 minutes that I was in the lobby there were 2 people complaining about problems in their room. One woman had an ice bucket that had stains in it and smelled like vomit. One man had said that his shower was not working. I was also overhearing the other manager disputing with another employee and looking at the computer together as to why the maids showed rooms were clean when they were not. It is close and convenient to attractions but the customer service was horrible. The cost is a bit lower than other hotels but I do not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth the cost savings. In my 35 years of traveling I have NEVER come across a sequence of events like I did at the METROPOLITAN RESORT it was one of a kind.

Loved the amenties for the price it's a great deal. Was REALLY bummed to not have a coffee/tea maker in the room, though. That was a setback. That and a microwave you'd expect in this price range.

It was very nice stay. I was there on business working in orlando and stayed at metro resort the service excellent but one of my rooms I stayed in had a sagging bed and that was the only problem I had none of my stuff was tampered with via in my truck or in the room I would stay again if I'm back in orlando for multipul days for sure.
