Hilton Bellevue - بيليفو

We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle service to our venue was a nice touch as we were going to take a cab... however, someone should tell the housekeeper to not start knocking on the door at 9:45am to try to clean the room... We had a morning to sleep in with no kids and she woke us up TWICE! Why? We weren't past check out time... let us relax.

Nothing spectacular but no major complaints either. For the price and purpose (1 night stay) it was fine. Room was pretty big - not really used if you're just sleeping but if you were going with a group of friends and all wanted to pile in that would work.

Sorry but I expect free WiFi. you get -1 on the overall rating.

As you would expect, the Hilton lived up to it's decent image. This is a great location close to Bellevue downtown and nice large rooms with all the amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout hotel and a comfortable room.

We stayed in Bellevue to save money. This hotel was less than the hotels in downtown Seattle plus has free parking. It was an easy drive into Seattle for site seeing and to see Snoqualmie Falls. The hotel was nice and the staff was great. I would stay there again.

It was a pleasant stay at Hilton, Bellevue. I along with my kids enjoyed. The room was big enough to have two queen beds. I also got a complimentary WIFI with my room however it was not free earlier. I would definetely recommend to others.

Great location, great staff. Had an excellent stay.

The overall condition and the space of hotel room are fabulous. Location is convenient. Free parking. However, the amenities are kinda cheap. Shampoo, Lotions, etc.. could have more quality.

Everything you'd expect from a standard hilton property. Location isn't right downtown but they do offer a shuttle service until 10:30pm which is great. Club lounge (if you have access) has a good spread for breakfast, typical snacks at night. Request a room not facing the freeway if possible.

The Hilton Bellevue clearly had it's time in the sun, but that moment passed some time ago. The overall impression is "dated upscale", which to me is worse than something like "modern casual". In any case, my real problem with the facility was the maintenance and cleanliness. I've gotten into the habit of scouting for bedbugs when I'm at a hotel, and to allay concerns - no bedbugs. What I did find under the mattress were quite a few pine needles (as in 100+, not 1 or 2) and numerous odd stains like something had splattered over the boxspring; I'm sure there's an interesting story behind this. I asked for and received another room, which was actually pretty clean - no complaints there. BUT... there were a few odd maintenance issues in room 2. The furnace filter (overhead, coffee nook) was completely clogged with dust and obviously hadn't been changed in ages. Once the room cooled down I turned off the AC to reduce sneezing. The weirdest issue with the room was that the shower handle was on upside down; I should have taken a picture. Full hot was full cold and vice-versa. After discovering this, it still took the water almost 5 minutes to warm up at 4:30 pm (the next morning was fine). Anyways, I've never written a negative review of a hotel before, so... score? There was nothing too terrible here, and room 2 was clean. I eventually did get a hot shower. On the plus side, the location is very convenient and the hotel was quiet despite the proximity to I-405. I can't recommend it though; I got a discount for a last minute booking, which made it a better deal than other hotels in the area. But full price? No way. This hotel is not representative of the Hilton brand, and you shouldn't expect an upscale experience.

Im satisfied and please to the service we recieved on our stay.For sure i will consider Hilton the next trip we have and will stay longer.Thanks for your staff.The friendly front desk that greeted us, the room service that brought the extra towels roll the bed and cutleries and small plates.The room is so spacious and very clean. We wish that there is a small fridge in the room.The next morning, you gave a a free continental breakfast and your staff give good service to your guest. For sure we will go back and will stay longer next visit. Thank you all.

Good spacious and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet in a nice atmosphere. Convenient location, minutes from downtown Bellevue and close to highway 405. Will be back there.

The staff were very accommodating when we requested additional towels and glasses. We were greeted with smiles and Good Morning which really makes a big difference when away from home. My 12 year old niece loved the hotel!

overall, it's good, but not fantastic. Bathtub kind small.

I was not that impressed with this hotel! It needed more maintenance and cleanliness. . The hotel also charges $15 extra a day for internet in your room! For a 4 star hotel(as hotels.com have it rated) they should be able to provide their guests with that complimentary, a lot of other hotels do. I will not choose this hotel for my future stays in Bellevue.

I checked in at ~8pm and went out to dinner without going to my room. I requested 2 keys, but the counter agent promised my key would work so I really only needed 1 key. When I got to my room at 1:45am my key didn't work. I found a hotel employee and asked him to look into it. He said that the light code on the lock indicated that I was already in the room. The front desk even told him (over the radio) that they showed me as being in my room. What? it took 20 minutes before they decided that I indeed was not in my room and that there was a problem with the lock. So they got me another room. The time is now 2:05am. I entered the room and it was ~90 degrees in the room. I asked the hotel employee to check the thermostat for me. He did and said it should cool off in 10 mintues or so. Well, it didn't. So at ~2:20am I call the front desk and they sent up another person (another 10 minutes pass before he arrives). He told me to turn off the AC/Heater altogether and just open the sliding glass door so that the noise from I-405 could be heard as if you were sleeping in the median. Obviously this was not a good option for someone needing to be at a customer site at 9am the next morning, but at 2:30am I ended up leaving the sliding glass door open so I could at try and get some sleep. I will not be taying at this hotel ever again.

I was surprised to find out that there is no free internet. Even smaller hotels are giving it for free now, so I was surprised that Hilton was charging $14.95 per day for internet.

Stayed here for our annual mother daughter shopping trip. We were able to check in early and relax after the drive across the state. The pool was warm and clean. Warm enough to swim in mid-September. The room comfortably fit all 3 of us. We had over-the-top wonderful service, especially from Karen. Nice, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The title says it all. This hotel was close to shops, restaurant, anything we needed. Front desk staff was super friendly and gave us a very useful map of the area. However, there was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate for our cheesecake.

Many positive points: 1. We never had to wait for one of the 4 elevators which took us up to the 8th floor within 2-3 seconds 2. Very prompt service when we asked for extra shampoo and a luggage cart to be delivered to the room 3. The room was bright and roomy so that we were able to entertain relatives. The beds were very comfortable too 4. Friendly, helpful staff and we liked the international name tags that the staff wore on their uniforms 5. Though the restaurant was closed at 3p.m. they were happy to serve us in the sitting area just outside the lounge ( we had an underage member in our party) and the food we ordered was very good 6. The pool was clean and warm with clean towels available 7. We felt safe within the community and the location was quite central to several shopping centers and Wells Fargo Bank which was willing to exchange canadian currency at a decent rate where others wouldn't 8. We found a great deal through hotels.com and we will stay there again and recommend it to our friends

we had a girls weekend at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the breakfast buffet was delicious something for everyone and we enjoyed the pool.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The kids loved the pool, we loved the complimentary breakfast, everything was first class!!

Surprising that they did not have free wi-fi service.

We have stayed here before and were told by staff on the last visit that free WIFI would be coming soon.The hotel should just increase the room rates of all rooms to accomadte this.

Hotel is needing some updates. Ceilings in hallways are very old and cracked. Pool does not get any attention. It needs to have some repairs and I don't think it is monitored enough with the PH levels. Old towels and garbage were left on pool deck till the next day. I did use the fitness room and it was fine for a quick cardio. Should have a fan though. Very stuffy.

My husband and I stopped in Seattle a few days after an international trip and stayed at the Hilton Bellevue. The hotel was nice- very clean and conformable, but it was not very convenient getting into Seattle proper. First, you had to take the hotel shuttle to the Bellevue bus station (when it says shuttle to downtown THIS is what it means). It was a 5 min ride in the shuttle or a 20 minute walk. Once you got to the station you hopped on a bus and rode it into the city. It took 30-45 minutes to get from the hotel to downtown Seattle. The hotel itself was very comfortable (the bed was VERY soft), but the staff was a bit lacking. We waited 15 minutes in line to check in because only one person was working the front desk with a line of 5 patrons.

This hotel excelled in the important areas: clean comfortable room and location but failed in the added perks. It is a Hilton, so I guess the expectation is you will have to pay for the perks like wireless internet or have pricey room service options...none of which are really a big deal. Room was a bit dated, mainly in the bathroom but overall I was satisfied and would stay again if the rate was right.

Husband was very upset that you had to pay to use there internet. 5.00 every time you wanted to use it and 5.00 to print things out.

I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and well-maintained, and the location was great - only 10 minutes from the University District and 20 minutes from Pike Place Market.
