Very comfortable and Nice Staff

Room was quite nice and hotel was quiet. I will stay again

The hotel is very easy to get to, convenient shuttle to/from the airport and only about a mile off of I-5. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was there to attend a corporate meeting in one of their meeting rooms/ballrooms. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the airport property and provides shuttles to the airport every 20 minutes. Also, the hotel has an expresso bar in the main lobby which is very conveient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. A perfect business travel location!

extremely dated, room had the smell of years and years of cigarettes covered up by cleaning chemicals....there was no refrigerator

It was very warm/ friendly/clean hotel. We were with another couple and we all agreed we could have stayed longer at your hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service and stay that you provided!

Great location for airport and convention meetings. Hotel staff was overall unfriendly except for housekeeping-they were fabulous. Hotel itself is aging but clean.

Outdoor pool and hot tub area was nice though might have been nicer in a solarium or something so the pool could be enjoyed year round. We were not able to order our TV movie and the maintenance person came out and still couldn't fix it. They kindly removed our parking charge as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Rooms were a bit dated but very convenient to parking area (we were not in the tower). Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Dinner in the casual dining section was reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty! Breakfast buffet was expensive for mostly mediocre food. Kids did eat free which kind of made up for it. Overall, I would stay here again.

WI-FI IS IMPORTANT IN OUR WORLD, PERHAPS THAT IS WHY YOU CHARGE FOR IT, HOWEVER OTHER LOCAL HOTELS DO NOT CHARGE FOR IT AND THIS WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN WHERE WE STAY OUR NEXT TRIP...JUST SAYING

We were extremely happy with our room and would stay there again.

My stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Seattle Airport was wonderful. It was great to stay in a hotel with a non-conventional layout that offered a shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes. The location was great as well; the shuttle ride wasn't more than 10 minutes long. I was slightly dissappointed that there wasn't a complimentary wireless connection, but my overall stay was very enjoyable.

Thank you for providing us with very comfortable and very pleasant stay at your hotel. Parking fee is outrages though...

great except $50 non-refundable pet fee is a bit steep.

Lobby, restaurant upgraded and very nice. Food good. Outside appearance old. Room looked O.K. but nothing worked. The room was too hot so I tiried to adjust the temperature but fluctuated all over the place so I turned it off. Internet did not work- too far out for the wireless to work but the wired did not work either. Switched to TV- remote: had to press down on button hard then takes forever to change channels. Shower handle had to spin counterclockwise about 10 revoultions to get water to come out. Alam clock would not set. light flickering in bathroom all the time. Rattling noise coming out of the bathroom overhead duct all night long. Won't go back.

I thought i'd treat myself to a comfortable overnight. Well when i got there to check in i waited about 15 minutes in line. Then i was given a room in one of the wings that i had to drive to but the signs are not clear so i ended up driving around in circles looking for where to park for my wing... My room only had a standing shower so if you want a bathtub make sure you ask. Room service adds gratuity to your bill but when they bring the food there is a space on the bill for gratuity so it is misleading and I ended up paying gratuity twice. All in all for a comfortable pillow and thick towels it wasn't very convenient. It's a huge hotel and it takes a long time to do anything.

Beds were very comfortable. Location is a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Airport shuttle was full at 5 am but the hotel quickly added another one on short notice. Bit confusing about cost of extra days for valet parking. Was told 3 different rates by 3 different parties.

It was fine.

This was an excellent airport stay. I had only a few hours for sleep and not only was the room extremely clean but the shuttle driver - Troy was amazing and the front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and given the proximity to the airport the room was amazingly quiet. I was very impressed and so should Doubletree be by this hotel's staff. A definate stay in the future.

One of the cleaning personnel walked in on my wife when she was returning from the restroom. It was barely a knock and the door flew opened. She had to yell at her to closes the door. They need to develop a better system in the future.

Check in was far too busy had to park 1/4 mile away from hotel entrance probably won't stay here again. Will look for smaller hotel

I chose this hotel because of the ratings. Location is close to airport which is good. The room was smaller than expected for the price but very clean. My disappointment was upon my arrival there was no bellhop to help or cart handy for luggage. I man-handle two 50lb, one carry-on bag, and a large computer case up the front stairs before receiving help. When checking out around four the next morning I called the desk for a bellhop, letting the clerk know I wanted to be on the next shuttle. After waiting several minutes, knowing I’d miss the shuttle if I waited longer, (again no cart in sight) I man-handled all my luggage down the length of two very longs halls, through the public area past the restaurant and hotel store, and finally around the corner to the front desk. What didn’t set well with me was while I was huffing and puffing like an old work horse pulling my luggage I saw the bell-hop lazily shuffling around his desk in the front lobby as though he didn't have a care in the world. I paid a high price for my stay so that I’d have help on a lengthy journey. Any high quality hotel has bellhops who are eagerly waiting to help you and understand the meaning of service. I’m not a fussy or demanding person and understand if things are busy, but this was not the case. My experience was distasteful enough that I will not stay in this hotel again. I boarded my airplane feeling sweaty instead of freshed by a good night’s rest in a high-end hotel.

I've stayed here multiple times and will likely return. Lobby Starbucks is convenient for breakfast. Hotel shower is old but bathroom has nice upgrades. HVAC system is noisy. Lobby restaurant had $29 Chicken Dungeness Crab dinner that looked like it was microwaved. A real disappointment. Shuttle is convenient. Parking over priced at $23/day.

Overall, it was a great stay. Clean rooms & public areas. Relaxed ambiance. Very friendly & helpful staff. Lots of comfy nooks & crannies to hang out in and chat with big chairs and tables all over the hotel. This is a large hotel, so if you have a problem walking, please let the desk know so they can locate you appropriately. The food is really pricey at the hotel, but everything I had was good (breakfast buffet, sandwiches and snacks). There is a Taco Bell, a Jack in the Box and Dave's Diner within a short walking distance. Wouldn't do that too late at night, however. Parking will cost you extra if you have a vehicle ($21 per night), so calculate that into your total cost. I got a great rate for the weekend I booked.

Living quite a distance from the airport, I try to stay at this hotel whenever I fly out and back--it has everything I need and like (good food, coffee bar, peace & quiet, clean & comfortable). Good shuttle service; also has a reasonable park & fly. Just has an atmosphere I like, and, of course, there are those chocolate chip cookies:yum!

Good rate, but they nail you $23 night for self parking

Liked frequent airport shuttles and well-controlled heat/air. Nice rooms with lovely bathroom.

We really like the DoubleTree. It is nice in almost every way. TV not working well, which is important to my husband. The TV was either having mechanical problems or the clicker needed new batteries. Otherwise, everything nice. Everyone nice.

It was basically a layover traveling from Hawaii to Chicago (via Seattle) and met all of my expectations. Food prices were a bit high. Overall, a great hotel!

The hotel is nice in certain parts I was on wing 3 3rd floor very musty smelling and damp, I had to spray air freshner to sleep there the first night. The location is GREAT and the hotel is nice just my room and others I talked to on that wing was having same issues. Bed is very hard, not comfortable. Do not shop in the gift shop crazy prices 3.99 for a bottle of water 14.99 for a small 20 count of advil, I spent 50.00 on simple supplys seriously like 4 items. The price of the hotel food is expensive as well but the one night I ate there the food is GREAT. I mostly ate at places across the street. I won't stay there again but if you don't plan on eating in the hotel and you stay in the Main wing you should be fine.

Very attentive staff including the shuttle driver/ bellman. I was traveling with two large bags and he took them to my room and explained where things were in the hotel. The warm cookies that they give you on arrival are very good and comforting after an 11 hour flight. The housekeeping was impeccable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Location and timing of shuttles is good. I feel that I received very good value for money. Would stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

It was great to open the room door and be impressed by the room quality. There was really no view but for a one night stay it was worth the price. They brought up a crib for my infant and allowed us to order room service when we checked in since it was going to close in 10 minutes.
