Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center - وادي سبوكان

Great place just off I90 to stay Bloomsday weekend with the family. Sweet little pool, great rooms, great breakfast selection, but stay away from eggs and hashbrowns. Not my brightest move for a prerun meal.

Hotel is older but updated, and very clean. We had a first floor room with a patio off a grassy area near the pool. Loved it! Hotel had all the amenities and very friendly staff. Good restaurant, and great location just off the interstate. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel overall was very appealing and the room was fine. The bedcover had a quarter size stain on it under the foot blanket. Whe we actually got ready to go to bed at 12:30 a.m. one of the beds had another larger stain on the sheets. Other than this everything was fine.

It is only a few minutes from Downtown and you cannot beat The MAXX. Nothing better than one of the best bars and restaurants 40ft from your hotel room door. Heck we never went outside once we came back from our day in Spokane. I will continue to stay here whenever I come to town.

After reading some recent negative reviews on this hotel, I some doubts about staying here. I was so glad we kept our reservation! I asked for an early check in and they were more than happy to accommodate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nicely renovated. I was very pleased, and would stay here again.

the bed is Confortable, the rooms are clean and over all very happy we went there!

The beds need new mattress's.Very lumpy. Soft on one side and firm on other side in each mattress. This is the only complaint. The overall rating is a high satisfied but not quite a very satisfied.

The motel i feel was overpriced for what you get, it was a really nice motel but definitely needs updated, it had an older style tv in room with just the basic cable, no pay per view movies like advertised, the food in the restaurant was overcooked hashbrowns and toast were burnt, and service acted like it was inconvenience that i payed for breakfast with booking of room, the only real positive was the bed was quite comfortable, i probably wont be back unless price goes down to 70-80 a night

Parking was terrible with no handicap spaces available. Everyday the parking was full long into the night due to the restaurant/bar patrons and all of the convention rooms busy all day and until well into the night which is fine except again the parking is terrible and people are always walking the halls talking. In my room all 4 lamps needed repair. Everytime I touched one of them I thought it would fall apart in my hand they were so loose/wobbly and instead of 3 way bulbs they only hand single setting bulbs in 3 way lamps. When I first opened one of the cabinet doors to unpack I thought the door was going to come off in my hand the hinges were so loose. The bed had a top sheet then a light blanket and at the foot of the bed was a folded blanket. No bedspread or comforter. And the bed was made with the sheet and blanket at such a low level (about 1/4 of the way down from the top of the mattress you couldn't cover up higher than your ribs. No I wasn't impressed at all! When I stayed at a place across the street in the past at least it included breakfast.

The Mirabeau is a great value and the restaurant is top notch. I always enjoy staying there when in the Spokane Valley.

Clean rooms and facility, however, I found this is just a recently renovated building. Putting a new coat of paint and changing small fixtures still left the room feeling dated and there was a distinct musty smell. Also, breakfast was overpriced. Will look for other options next time.

Good rates and close to the highway for an escape to the Idaho border. Walmarts close, valley mall and close to most decent shopping for the area..

Great experience & was quite impressed. Rooms very spacious, w/ amazing beds! They're really soft, but not backache soft. On site restaurant & we had room device. The food was great, but Lobster bisque was AWESOME!!

Great service at the lounge/restaurant.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel for a family event. Its comfortable, clean & the location works for me. My ONLY negative is the shower heads. They are very small & weak. I don't want to take a shower there.

Great hotel and location. Very clean and included breakfast selections were great. Each day we had a different breakfast. Wifi coverage was great. On Friday night the band in the lounge was good. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Booking with you guys was fast and extremely simple. It was really late when I had booked it but my the time I got to the door, I was being taken care of and getting the info on how to get to my room. It was really nice since we had been on the road for three hours straight!!!

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and has had friends stay there as well. This weekend has made me upset because the maid tells the front desk that we have been smoking in room which is untrue. I explained that it could've been our clothes or the trash I dumped before we left. I can't speak to the right person, they keep taking my name and number and tell me it's got to go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed. If they don't fix this problem, we will no longer stay at this hotel and I will recommend everyone I know not to stay there.

I recently stayed at Mirabeau Park and I couldn't have been more pleased. I have traveled across the country several times and stayed in countless hotels. On my recent business trip I was extremely happy to be staying at the Mirabeau park. Although, this hotel on its own is within our price range on a business trip cost per night, I was able to get an upgraded room through Hotels.com at the rate of a more standard room. Overall the service and quality was fantastic and the bed was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

It was quiet and clean. We enjoyed the glass wear for drinking and coffee.The only thing to improve our stay would be firmer beds.I kept rolling into my husband.

Very nice hotel, great service and clean rooms. The food at the restaurant is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who stays at the Mirabeau.

Excellent facilities. Unfortunately the beds are a little to soft and in the particular room in which I stayed the heating unit was somewhat load. I reported the heating unit to the staff and discussed the bed issue also.

While the hotel is older, it is nicely appointed and well kept! Very clean. The TV's are large, but the old clunker style and who cares about that? We were not in the hotel much as we were in the area for the holidays and spending most of our days with family. The beds were way comfy! The service was kind. No refer in the room or microwave. But knew that when we booked it. Just forget how much we like having some cold drinks when we get back to our room. All in all tho, a lovely stay!

Very satisfied with stay though tv in room could be updated as picture was fuzzy and Internet wifi was very slow. Minor issues but issues that require minor fixes

I was pleased how quiet my room was during my stay. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. I did appreciate the location of the hotel and its convenience to shopping and eating establishments. The available robes are a nice feature. The price was very competitive and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I had a very good stay. No problems at all, except for the computers that I used. You need a better server/hookup. They were slow and kept "freezing up."Room kept exceptionally clean and neat. I felt totally safe as a single woman alone.

Every thing was just fine. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food in the restarurant.

It was OK. A little further from D/T Spokane than I thought, however the room rate difference justified the travel time.

Nothing annoying, nothing unexpected. All clean, professional, very nice.

This was our third multi-night visit; if we choose Mirabeau Park on our next trip to Spokane Valley, it will be for their wonderful beds and comforters and the cleanliness of the rooms. We have stayed in both the updated construction and older wing and are perplexed by the lack of a bathroom fan, a basic component in hotel construction, in our opinion. To get a mini-fridge requires an upgrade, although since the space for one is built-in to each of the rooms we've had, perhaps they'll add them at n/c some point. The outdoor pool & hot tub area is nice, but since the building is quite spread out, if you want to use it, I'd recommend you request a room nearby when you confirm your booking. We have not used the hotel's restaurant since it's too pricey for us, but there are local businesses where you can get inexpensive meals. The lobby has a sophisticated look, but the front desk personnel have been, with only one exception, simply perfunctory; a far cry from even polite attentiveness that we expect when paying for more than the most basic accommodations. The 'business center' consists of two computers and a printer in the vending machine area near the entrance.

Very nice hotel. Great restaurant too with terrific and friendly service. Incredible deal on the room. The room could stand some updates, but I was more than comfortable and satisfied. Being 9 miles from town was no problem at all.

We were just there overnight, but had a great stay and a wonderful breakfast in the "Max" restraurant. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. We will probably stay there again sometime. Great value for the price!!

This hotel was very clean and had nice accommodations. I stayed for three nights while on a business trip and was completely satisfied. Comfortable bed in a large room. The grounds were clean and well manicured, with garden areas inside the facility. Small store for incidentals and snacks. I did not use the pool. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and felt great. Max's restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic; great food and atmosphere. Close to a mall, other shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Mirabeau should be listed as at least a 4 star, not a 3 star. The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable pillow top. The entire hotel has been tastefully updated....even the halls, which in many hotels are still behind by decades. Rooms have granite topped kitchenettes and big flat screen tv's. Zero complaints. I booked because of reading the reviews....and they were all true!!!
