DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Missoula - Edgewater - ميسولا

It was perfect! The grounds were immaculate and attractive. The cabins were cute but when we walked in, we were floored! The beds were awesome pillow tops with pillows so perfect I thought about taking one.....I didn't though. The shower was wonderful with two heads, a large sunflower style above and a regular one. The large curtains that separated the vanity area was a great touch. It's on the water with fir pits across the walkway. The free morning breakfast was not continental.....it was a buffet. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

In Missoula for just two nights and needed a place close to the University. The level of customer service was extremely high as was the quality of the facilities. The view from the dining area and bar is superb and clearly the locals come here for both the view and the food. After checking out I realized I wanted to use the fitness center later in the day and the front desk provided me with a key to enter the center as well as a towel, etc. for use in the private shower associated with the center. Will be back.

This hotel had the best fitness room I have ever seen in a hotel, with the most modern equipment, weights, plush towels, and a very clean space. Also, everything about the hotel felt luxurious to me, especially the towels, the bed... The customer service was above and beyond what I expect and I plan to stay there again. Also, it is very convenient to downtown. My only trouble was finding the place as there are signs for the hotel where the hotel is not located. As someone with a poor sense of direction, this was a little confusing to me. But now that I know where I am going, I plan to go back.

We stayed at the hotel while visiting the MU campus. It is within an easy walk to the campus or about a 5 minute drive. The staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful. We had trouble with our television and they had it corrected right away. We had a very nice dinner in the hotel's restaurant which has a nice view of the river. The room was comfortable except for the temperature. The hotel was still on 'winter' mode, so only hot air came through the vents when we tried to cool the room. We were advised to leave the fan off and open the door to the balcony to cool the room. This helped, but didn't cool the room enough to allow for a comfortable night's rest. Other than the room temperature, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Missoula or the MU.

older motot inn in very good shape; dinner prices at restaurant relatively pricey but view of Clark Fork River is nice; room rate very competitive with the newer hotels several miles further from downtown and the University

Bathroom sink was dirty (everything else clean) upon our arrival. I stopped by the front desk to tell them about it on the way to dinner and it was spotless by the time we returned. I've stayed here many times and will be back many more!

Comfortable room. Courteous Staff. Loved the brick oven pizza at the restaurant, and the view of the river.

The Finn and Porter restaurant and bar had great happy hour specials, especially enjoyed the appetizers.

While this Hotel is a little bit dated, it has been well maintained and the sheets / beds are comfortable and updated (a Must as far as I am concerned). The fact that the hotel is a little bit dated makes it possible, I think, to get a phenomenally located room at half what you would pay in a newer hotel. We were upgraded at check in to a balcony room overlooking the river, the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel quiet and comfortable... I will ALWAYS check here before any other hotel when staying in Missoula. Sitting on the small deck, listening to the water flowing by and looking at the leaves turned on the cottonwoods on the far bank with the university beyond... well... it was great! (and the shampoo and conditioner are nice too!)Oh! If you are going to the university... there is a walking bridge over the river to the campus just a few feet from the hotel...

The location was really convenient while staying for the Cat-Grizz game, but was over-priced considering the shape it was in. Several fixtures in the room like in the closet and toilet paper holder literally fell apart when used. It was comfortable enough, though; especially considering how little time we spent in the room.

I got a really unforgettable night there. And I love the free cookies, they are delicious. The only problem is that they only have ourdoor swimming pool and outdoor spa and the water is not hot enough for us to swim outside in such a cold weather.

It was really cool. All my friends had a great time there. The only problem is that they don't have an indoor swimming pool or spa. It's a liitle bit cold to swim in winter outside.

Room was very nice and everyone was very friendly.

Hotel was very clean and quiet and convenient for business meetings which was why I was in Missoula. Also had breakfast meeting, delicous food and wonderful staff. The view of the river and campus was outstanding.

The room was great and with a beautiful view. The restaurant exceeded all expectations and was incredible!! Great place

We were just passing through. The hotel provided comfort and good food for the night. It was all I expected.

A bit dated, but it was a clean, comfortable hotel. The location was convenient.

Great location on the river and close to downtown!

Upon arrival, the area looked a little less than what is normally experienced at a Doubletree location but that could possibly be because of the neighborhood. At the front desk the receptionist was very nice and accomodating but did forget to offer the cookies. Once reminded, she did get us our cookies but they were not warm like at other locations. The rooms were nice but it was noticable that they may have been converted from another hotel chain at one time. Overall, it was a nice stay but I could not see spending the extra money to stay again, I would more than likely try a competing chain.

A short walk across the river to the University of Montana at Missoula, and close to great shopping and food downtown. There is a nice walkway/bike path that runs for several miles along the river that we enjoyed, and on Saturday, there is a great Farmer's Market with music and good food and produce, as well as artist and craft booths. The staff at the hotel was marvelous with easy check in (complete with warm, home-baked chocolate chip cookies), and very responsive staff (I needed a shower cap and it came to the room in 1 minute). Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious.

This hotel is older but it's kept well. The cookies are awesome! Second time staying here and will most likely choose this hotel again next time.

We drove all the way form Denver and arrived early, 9 am instead of close to 1-3 which is when regular check in was so we were worried that we would have to pay an extra night but they just greeted us, found a room that was open and had a similar view and gave us both cookies! The rooms have so many comfy pillows, great flat screen TV and updated bathrooms with granite and tile. We spent most of the weekend in the room just relaxing. It was great!

Great welcoming staff, very lively bar scene with beautiful diningroom overlooking the river. Perfect location for walking to the campus of U. of Montana. ONly negative was no elevator to the 2nd floor.

The hotel offered a very quiet to stay. Also has to a great restaurant in it. No river view rooms were available but still nice location. If you are in to the big name hotels you will enjoy your stay. I didn't feel like it was worth the extra money for the stay though.

Nice hotel, great location if you like to walk everywhere like I do. It's very near the river trail and also to downtown restaurants and shops. The shuttle service is a real plus.
