Red Lion Hotel Bend - بيند

In town for a conference, I didn't spend much time in the room. It suited my needs just fine.

The beds in this hotel were fantastic! Thanks for a good nights sleep.

My second stay. I came back! I felt comfortable there. Liked the other owner Restaurant just across the parking lot. Check in staff was superb. I would stay there again.

The room could have been a little cleaner. Found a dirty wash rag in the bath and a half empty carton of ice cream left in the freezer. Staff was very apologetic about the mistake. Rooms are quiet and have decent amenities.

I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Bend, which is two or three times a year. The hotel is fine, but it is starting to become a little more run down each time. The staff is friendly and service is fine, but it seems like I experience a little more apathy on each visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Red Lion in Bend. I was there for business but when I wasn't working, the location was great so I could walk to my dinner locations and it was close to my business. The room was clean and except for some allergic problems to the dog hair in the carpet, the stay was great. The breakfast was a full buffet and a tasty way to start each day and the staff was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to all!!!

The hotel was very comfortable, located in the heart of Bend with all shopping very close. The Black Bear Diner is a very positive plus as it is located right on the property and the food is delicious!

From the outside this place looks a little risky but once inside the room was very nice clean, beds were so comfy. We had the premium queen room, myself and 2 teenage daughters. Nice desk for laptop so did a little work. Certainly will stay there our next trip to Bend. Great shower, kids swam in the pool. Hot tub seemed to be missing most of it's bubble. We stayed another place the first day Red Lion was 5 times nicer at the same price. We had a GREAT time!!!!

Overall I was pleased with our stay. We booked one of the larger "premium rooms" and it was fairly spacious and comfortable. It did come stocked to make coffee and had a good size mini-fridge and microwave. The room was clean, my only complaint was the well used tub, it did not look as nice as the rest of the room. Noise from traffic was minimal as the hotel is not directly located on Highway 97 but is not located far from it. Parking was also not a problem for us. Be prepared if your room is on the second floor to climb stairs! All in all we did enjoy our stay and would book again!

We enjoyed this hotel very much! It was clean, quiet and close to many things to do in Bend! We brought our dog and were given a very nice room and treated well even with a pet along!

Upon arrival was attended to right away by friendly welcoming front desk staff. Room looked pleasant enough upon arrival yet realized right away first impression can be deceiving. The way the room is layed out there is barely enough squeezing room to walk through bulky computer chair and end of bed. So imagine trying to enter with luggage! We were tried and wanted to make a quick cup of coffee but found the coffee station not only difficult to use but wasnt stocked with any coffee,creamer sugar etc.just cups and coffee pot! Left room to run down cleaning staff who we told commented "oh yeah the reason there isnt any is because i forgot to do that room." What??? She then just grabs a wad of supplies and thrusts them in my hands while packets of creamer fall on the ground. Amazing! After finally sitting down for our long awaited coffee decided we would catch up on the news. Well hmmmm tv wont work! Ten mintues later we discover remote control is lacking batteries. Placed a call to front desk to be told "come down with the remote and we will put batteries in." Amazing considering we can see maintenece staff stand in parking lot chatting and smoking. Last but certainly not least looked under the bed to find my shoes i had removed earlier to see sereval pieces of paper(garbage) under the bed!!!!! There were 2 beds in the room however decided to look under just the one simply afraid of what i might find!

Looks shoddy on the outside, cozy and comfortable on the inside. Stays nice and warm...too warm if u r not careful. Three star amenities. Not most amazing breakfast, but better than a Dayz Inn.

great stay please get better pillows

The room was not worth what I paid. It was dirty, loud, and about 15 years out of date. I expect more from Red Lion and I didn't receive it. I will not stay at this property again.

Very clean (and I am the queen of clean). My room with two double beds was a bit cramped at the desk area because of the rolling desk chair. there was only a shower, no tub but really nice otherwise!

The hotel is great for warmer weather, because it has outside "hallways". We came in winter and it was 7` - very cold! The rooms were great. Service a little slow, but good. Breakfast buffet VERY good.

Location was convenient for driving to the downtown area of Bend and other points of interest. The heating system was excessive the first night. Room was not made up until requested (after 6 pm and we had been out all day). Breakfast was mediocre so we skipped it the second morning. Good dog relieving areas around the property and waste bags sometimes provided. Staff was friendly.

It was very cold in bend and the room was very warm, clean and cozy.

The room was clean & quiet & the staff was very courteous.

Comfortable, big room with microwave, refrigerator, coffee and wifi. Older but adequate TV. Was surprised at how good the free breakfast was, big variety (fruits, eggs, bacon, sausage and so on) not your basic Continental stuff. Front desk friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay there again.

It is a basic hotel not like most Red Lion hotels we have stayed in before. The front desk was extremely slow to get us checked in, took approx 30 min as the person was more intent on pushing the rewards card offered by Red Lion. Our shower did not work as the hot and cold was a guess on whether you could get it to work or not. The matresses need turned because of the whole you slept in at the head of the matress, I turned it for them. The TV channel guide in the room shows 40 channels but only 13 work. I would stay here again in desperation but not likely if others have rooms.

Not too bad. Looks like they may have revamped an older hotel.

Enjoyed my stay, front desk was helpful with giving directions to get around town.

Our room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpfull. The big surprize on this trip was we tried the breakfast and it was very good. I have never been disapointed with Red Lion, just remember to bring your own pillow from home because the hotel's are way overstuffed.

Hi, i'm a regular business travel and don't really care all that much about the quality of the hotel i'm in; they're a place to do emails and sleep. With that said, what I do care about while on the road every week is trying to get a good workout in. This Red Lion makes it easy by partnering with a pretty decent gym within walking distance. You just get a pass from the front desk and can go to the gym (open 24/7). This is reason enough for me to stay here every time i'm in Bend.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet, eggs are delicious! Bed was slightly soft but we have backs issues. Location was perfect close to highways, shops, etc. QUIET at night. Will book again for next year.

Good for a one night stay. Inconvenient to crawl under the bathroom counter to operate the air conditioner. Carpet had stains which but the room overall was clean. Had the Red Lion service with the motel atmosphere.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. The room was fine --nothing special but completely adequate. The only bad part was the breakfast: rubbery eggs, under-cooked potatoes and stale coffee creamer. Unfortunately (since it was the last experience before leaving), it is the final impression I have. Just go to Black Bear Diner next door.

Overall very nice stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, great downtown location.

Clean, convenient, nicely furnished. Excellent staff!

I was a little apprehensive, looking at the maps ... Turned out, it was only a 5-10 minute walk to Pioneers Park where we walked the dogs along the Deschutes River & enjoyed the lush landscaped lawns. To town, it was just 1.1 easy miles and lots of free parking everywhere, to stroll along the shops. We especially loved Drake Park, both for dog-walking/playing and picnicking on the expansive grasssy areas. The hotel seemed very tourist-oriented, giving maps & suggestions around town. Loved the well-kept Dog Areas, and the daily free breakfast was quite impressive. Pool & hot-tub were clean & welcoming. Will definitely return next time we're in Bend
