Hotel comfortable.Had a really good time.Want to come back and will certainly book that hotel again.

a goog place to stay,great location for sightseeing near to train station and it has a great bar to wind down before going to bed,my only problem was with the pillows to soft but i will be back to the savoy berlin.

The hotel is convienient, quiet, well maintained and the rooms are well proportioned. The staff are helpful. A minor irritation is the cigar smoking bar. Although closed from the lobby, one is at times aware of a pervasive smoke smell. Despite this I would return - very good value for the location.

Excellent hotel, the superior room was very comfortable, large and quiet. The front desk welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again. In fact, whenever we're in Berlin, the Savoy would be our first choice.

Lovely hotel close to everything, staff very very helful and informative. Very clean rooms no tea and coffee making facilities in the room though. Would have been nice to have. Mini bar in room and safe in room was a nice touch and bath room was very modern.

Great location and extremely courteous staff at an affordable price in west Berlin near KaVeDe and Zoo area. Lobby computer very useful. Room very adequate.

The desk staff were helpful and extremely professional.Our shower flooded the bathroom on our first day,but we were immediately moved to a new room.Hotel well situated for shopping,and close to public transport. recommended.

Everywhere in the hotel, including in my "no smoking room" there is a strong cigars smell, due to a smoking bar adjutant to the lobby. On the table in the room there are two water bottles and peanuts, every day replaced/added. At the end of my stay I was requested to pay for them. The excess to international local phone number is blocked. They want that guests use their expensive phones. Both above matters shows how tricky is the management. Internet/Wi-Fi is free at the lobby only.

The Hotel was excellent! Nice to see even smokers were catered for with a separate smoking room!

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Large bathroom/shower room, plenty of storage space. TV with selection of stations. 8 min walk from Berlin zoo bahnhof. 5 min walk from good selection of restaurants ( from very reasonably priced to large choice of select/exclusive reastaurants) Area generally was select and very clean. Main shopping area og Berlin is within 5 min walk.

Pros: Nice hotel in a great location. Everything is VERY clean. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing (but expensive). Cheap garage for car right across the street. U-Bahn station (subway) is just around the corner. Heaven for cigar smokers: next door is a Casa Habana (Cuban cigar store and bar). Very affordable room rates. Very friendly staff. Cons: very old & small tv in rooms (no flatscreen tv), remote didn't work, no hotel safe in room, the hotel has no bar where you could have a drink in the evening.

Very nice historic hotel in a good area of Berlin. A few blocks from the subway. It is not air conditioned, so be aware during the summer months. Also, ask for a room that is not on the street or over the cigar bar.

The breakfast buffet was very disappointing and expensive. There was no air conditioning in our room. The printer for the computer in the lobby was broken for all five days of our stay. The staff were not particularly helpful.

We took the train into Berlin and were able to find this hotel with no problem. It is conveniently located about a block from the ZooGarden station. It is only a short walk to many restaurants, shopping, and sights. It is within walking distance of the zoo and the starting point for walking tours. We had a room from which we could see the church ruins and the only drawback was early morning train noise or late night partier noise from the street (probably better if you are not facing the church). The hotel bar is a cigar bar (smoking bar) and that is the only bar available which may be a problem for some people. There is a computer in the lobby that may be used free of charge. Our breakfast was not included but there is a nice bakery/coffee shop on the corner if you think the breakfast buffet is too expensive (which we did). The staff were courteous and friendly and all spoke perfect English.

The Savoy was nice. Great location, free internet in the lobby. The room was large although a little tired. Overall a good stay

The hotel has a good location and situated in a quiet one way street.¨ We had ordered a non-smoking superior double room. Yet, the room and the whole hallway in third floor smelled badly of old sigarettes. So did the room. The bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room could not have been upgraded since the seventees. The bathroom was also very old faschion, showerhead leaking and with the brown/cyan tiles, it felt dark and dirty. This will be a great hotel when they decide to renoveate it. Until then, I'm not going back.

Hotel is quite close to KaDeWa and a huge shopping district - the location is very good if you want to spend a lot of time relaxing in the TierGarten and shopping. Not very well placed for a first timer who should probably choose to stay near Unter de Linden to get the most of the historical part of the city.

very conveniently located to the zoo train station, which includes long-distance trains availability back and have you in Pottsdam in 15 minutes. Shopping at nearby is excellent and public transportation was very convenient, going to all major attractions in Berlin. The hotel itself is very clean and is an excellent value for the money considering the location. The furniture somewhat outdated but appropriate considering the age of the hotel. I am sure the renovations and new furniture could be ordered, which would raise the price of the hotel per night, so leave well enough alone.

The Savoy was everything we were looking for in a hotel for our visit to Berlin. The location is superb. The Savoy is in a lovely neighborhood with many great restaurants. It is only blocks from the Kufusturdam and it is a great location to connect to the Berlin transportation network. The hotel itself is charming. Our room looked out over the lovely courtyard in back and was very quite. The room was immaculate and had all of the amenities you would expect. The staff was always gracious and helpful. Our stay in Berlin was great and the Savoy was one of the main reasons.

Hotel was nice, though we didn't spend much time there because there is so much to see. Room was basic in comparison to the lobby and bar area, but clean. Was very close to a train station for U and S Bahn so managed to get around the city very easily. Great location.

Lækkert hotel, dejligt stort værelse og serviceminded personale.

Ok hotel. Men man tror at man er kommet tilbage til år 1970. Sengen var virkelig dårlig. Jeg har aldrig sovet i så ringe en seng. Men det er et ok hotel til prisen. Hvis du er en middelmådig Dansker vil du vær vild med dette hotel.

Das Hotelzimmer hatte Atmosphäre. Das Badezimmer war in Topzustand. Das Bett etwas weich (aber das ist Geschmacksache). Und die Lage z.B. zum Theater des Westens und zum Delphi (tolles Kino) ist genial. Man "fällt" aus dem Hotel und hast direkt eine tolle Abendunterhaltung. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt.

Savoy Hotel i Berlin - ett mycket mysigt hotell. Rummen var fina, rena och hade bekväma sängar. Det låg på en lugn tvärgata och det var nära till sevärdheter och shopping. I området låg många restauranger med hög mysfaktor och mittemot hotellet en trevlig musik klubb. Vi kan rekommendera att gå till någon av de trevlig frukost ställen i närheten då frukosten på hotellet var väldigt dyr. Vi var helnöjda med vår vistelse på Savoy!

Lediglich die Ausstattung bzw. der Zustand im Bad/Badewanne ist zu verbessern. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Fast ausnahmslos sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage. Vernünftiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Meget dyr morgenmadsbuffet

Hotelli oli siisti. Emme käyttäneet hotellia käytännössä muuhun kuin majoittumiseen. Huoneet olivat siistit ja etenkin lapsia miellytti kylpyamme. Sijainti oli loistava: Tegelistä pääsi bussilla 20 minuutissa, rautatie/metro/bussi -asema oli kävelymatkan päässä samoin kuin isot tavaratalot. Lähellä oli myös ihan hyvä ruokakauppa.

Beliggenhet: se tittel. Under 10 minutters gange til Starbucks og Hard Rock Cafe. Her starter også to av sightseeing rutene. Kort Taxi tur fra Tegel flyplass og rett ved U-bahn. Flere koselige resturanger rundt i området. Grei gangavstand til Ka-De-We. Frokost: Faktisk vert prisen og ypperlig service. Røkebar: For Sigarfolk, priser fra 7€ til ca 300€ for sigarene. Grei pris på øl. Romstandard: God, ingenting å klage på her. Sluttsum på oppholdet: akseptabel (nesten så jeg vil kalle det rimelig).

Rent och fint men tyvärr röklukt i alla utrymmen, även sovrummet. Bra läge för restauranger, shopping och sevärdheter. Dyr frukost. Sängen liten även fast jag bara är 152 cm lång och väger 45 kg.

Albergo "storico" situato in ottima posizione a Berlino ovest- A DUE PASSI DA ZOO STATION E DA KURFUSTENDAM. Il personale si è rivelato molto disponibile e gentile. Conserva gli arredi e l'ambientazione tipica degli alberghi anni '30, tanto che durante il nostro soggiorno vi ha avuto luogo una straordinaria festa in costume in occasione della prima berlinese del film muto "L'artista".

Wir waren in der Regel sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Service. Es ist ein gutes und sauberes Hotel, freundlicher Service etc. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Parkplatz, das Hotel nicht bieten und die Gäste sind gezwungen, einen öffentlichen Parkplatz zu benutzen für eine teueren Preis.
