Really enjoyed the breakfast, reasonable price.

We concluded our Italy trip by spending one day in Milan before flying out of Malpensa airport. Michelangelo Hotel was perfect for this purpose! The train station was right across the street, as was the metro (the ride was only a few minutes to the Duomo) and the shuttle to the airport. So convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful...and the hotel amenities were bountiful considering we were in Italy. The rooms were large and comfortable, as was the bathroom - complete with a whirlpool tub. An extensive breakfast served every morning was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel, even though previous reviews stated that it was in a shady part of town. We needed a place to stay overnight between France and Cinque Terre Italy. You are literally less than 100m from the Milano Centrale train station which was great. We arrived just after dark and I did not feel unsafe at all. You can almost see the front door of the hotel when you exit the train station, and when we looked around the next morning, the location seemed just fine. It is not the best part of Milano, but I surely did not feel unsafe. As for the actual room, Hotel Michelangelo stood up to rooms I have visited at several Ritz Carlton Hotels. The staff was also very nice and spoke fluent English. The room was very well kept and very clean with lots of cool amenities like automatic blinds that can be open or closed from the bed. Lastly, the continental breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip. Lots of fresh fruit, meat and carbohydrates to choose from. Most Milano attractions easily accessible by a short walk to the train station to catch the metro. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Milano for a night or two.

Hotel offerred a good breakfast that was included in rate. Clean room and very close to central train station/subway. Decor is from the 80s but for Italy and price this hotel was a good deal.

my partner and i had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel michaelangelo.it was easy to find coming from the station.the staff were very helpful and polite.the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were very good with a great selection.i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone going to milan

From the airport a bus to the Central Station every 10 minutes. The Hotel is right across from the station. Very modern and commodious room with all the accoutrements. Small dining room, but very nice free breakfast room. Could use a concierge to help plan touring.

only two working computers, the rest are not working, it was really bad news for me.

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean with an outstanding breakfast. It is very close to the Train station and a Metro stop. The Metro station is just minutes away from the Duomo, the Gallery Vittorio Emanuele, including good restaurants and shopping. Reasonable express bus transit to/ from the airport is available via the adjacent train station. The hotel serves a good dinner but a bit expensive. However, recommend to avoid dinner in the neighborhood around the hotel as it does not feel safe.

I stayed at the Michelangelo for 1 night to catch the train again the next day. Great location for this purpose. This is the only hotel I have ever taken a bath in. Great Jacuzzi tub. New, clean. Just what I needed between trains. Area was questionable. I was alone and came across many scary people. Cabs were expensive. Metro worked well.

I was a bit scared of my hotel choice when I first drove past the front of the hotel (awning damaged etcc ) but was very releived when I checked in. The room was lovely, clean and the facilities were excellent. We could not speak Italian but the staff went over and beyond to understand what we wanted to do and provide directions etc.. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Milan.

great location, clean rooms and good size. only down side is service, but i guess that's expected from italians... we had to wait more than 10 minutes at reception to be checked in even though there was NO ONE in front of us. the reception guy just kept at his filing before he FINALLY noticed we were there... other than that, everything was great, great breakfast too. make sure you make time in the morning to eat!!

The hotel is literally just steps from Milan Central Train Station. Rooms are terrific, staff is excellent and they serve a great, free breakfast that includes hot foods as well as normal buffet items. Jaccuzzi tub is just a topper! Only negative is that there's no internet in the rooms but there is free internet access in the hotel's bar. Would definitely stay there again!

A wonderfully-run hotel with an exceptionally helpful, professional, multi-lingual staff. We picked it for its proximity to the train station, but found it more comfortable, attractive, and sophisticated than we'd expected. We had an excellent lunch there, a buffet in the bar with a very hospitable lady in charge. The only deficit, which is astonishing in a hotel catering to business travelers, is that there is no wi-fi in the rooms, and though there are 3 or 4 computer terminals available to guests, at least one of them wasn't working. And who wants to come down to the lobby late at night to check email? If you need internet access, this hotel is seriously handicapped. If not, it's a fine place, clean, surprisingly quiet, and pleasant.

Wir haben ein Hotel gesucht das in die Nähe von den Bahnhof gelegen war als wir mit den Zug nach Mailland gekommen sind. Diese hotell ist gegenüber den Bahnhof. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehn net. Früstuckbuffe sehr gut. Nur ein ding hat uns gestört, Es gibts keine Shampoo und Duschcream ins Badezimmer, nur diese kleine Hotelseifen

ミラノでの定宿です。中央駅、空港バス、地下鉄には3分とかかりません。ジェットバスタブがあり疲れがとれます。朝食はイタリアにしては　温かいおかずや　オレンジを投入すると　１００％のフレッシュジュースが作れる機械があります。

Magnifica, este hotel esta a 20 metros de la estacion central (incluye metro y bus al aeropuerto), sin embargo, el ambiente es tranquilo. La habitacion y el desayuno maravillosos y la gente fenomenal !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ruhiges Zimmer. Zentral gelegen. Sehr reichhaltiges und feines Frühstücksbuffet.

新しい施設ではありませんが、日本人好みの備品設備、サービスで、ホッとする感じのホテルです。

ミラノ中央駅に近く、地方へ行き来する鉄道、市内への地下鉄、空港へのバス全て使いやすく分かりやすいです。今回５年ぶり二度目の滞在でした。部屋のミニバーのドリンクがフリーである事と種類が豊富で美味しい朝ごはんのブッフェは魅力的です。ただ、今回はミラノサローネの開催時期でお客様が多く大変な混雑だったせいでしょうか、朝食開場の様子が荒んでいました。お気に入りのホテルなだけに残念でした。

以前も利用したが浴室のジェットバス設備他には無いサービスでとても良い。インターネットの回線が弱く、接続しづらいこと、フロントは感じ良いのに、ベルボーイの対応がちょっとお粗末だけど、駅から近くて動きに便利でりょうきんも手ごろなので、ついつい予約します。

Отличный отель.Завтраки полноценные - свежевыжатые соки,много фруктов,разнообразная выпечка . Номера чистые- ежедневная смена белья,бесплатный мини бар -вода, пепси-кола, вафли, орешки.Удобное расположение- метро в 2-х минутах от отеля ,если идти пешком то, до центра спокойным шагом 25 минут .

今回PCを持って行ったので、家族や友人と簡単にSkypeができ、本当に有難かった。ネットも無料で使えたし、朝食もおいしかった。得にオレンジを3個ほどマシ－ンに入れて作るフレッシュジュ－スは最高！また是非利用したいと思った。

何時もミラノ滞在はミケランジェロと決めています。何に於いても日本人スタッフがいることが心強い。親切で大変ありがたかった。朝食も豊富なフルーツがそろっていて、また食材が多いのも良かった。ただ一つベットのスプリングが柔らかくなってきているので、変えた方がいいのではないかと思います。古く真中がへこむようになっている。でも、贅沢は言えないかな？何時も格安、前割で泊まっているから。

常宿です。冷蔵庫内の飲み物やチョコレートは無料。日本人が多いですが、すべてにおいて満足です！

отдыхали с женой и остались очень довольны. все отлично начиная от завтрака и уборки и заканчивая удобным номером. особенно хотим сказать большое спасибо портье марине которая относится ко всем просьбам с большим вниманием и помогает во всех возникающих вопросах

駅から近く、部屋も広く日本のホテルの感覚に近い利用ができるホテルだと思います。日本人のスタッフがいて日本が通じるということが書かれていたと思いましたが私ら3泊4日滞在していた間には見受けることはなく、何かフロントで聞くときはすべて英語での会話でしたので日本語が通じると思って利用される場合はよくご確認された方が良いかも知れません。朝食はみなさんが書かれている生オレンジジュースを頂いて来ましたがおいしかったです！あと、中央駅周辺で信号待ちしてると黒人系の方が時間を聞いて来ました。嫌な予感がしたので時計を持っていないと拒否したらそれ以上何もなかったのですが、滞在中、何度も同じ場所でその人を見かけ、仲間と思われる人らとお金を見せ合い、あたかも今日の稼ぎを見せ合っているように見えました。憶測に過ぎませんが何か良からぬことを企んでいるように私は感じましたので行かれる方は気をつけてください。あと空港まではシャトルバスが中央駅のホテル側、やや奥手の方で発着しているようでリナーテまで安く行けました。荷物もスーツケース2個とボストンバッグ2個とキャリーバッグを荷物室に入れましたが無料でした。マルペンサもありましたよ。全体的には快適でしたのでまた利用したいと思います。

　部屋の広さ、設備とも良好、朝食もとても良かったです。イタリアの雰囲気は乏しいですが、全般的にはすごくお勧めのホテルです。 　部屋でWiFiが使えなかったのが唯一のマイナスです。

Tutto benissimo, personale gestile, ottima prima colazione, checkout rapido. Unico neo un TV antidiluviano ma tanto non l'ho nemmeno acceso :) Sicuramente da consiglare

出張でツインルームのシングルユースで利用しました。 部屋はリラックス出来る広さで、一日の疲れを癒してくれます。バスタブのバブルはリフレッシュ出来ます。 セキュリティーも安心です。　 朝食も充実しているし、快適です。 セントラル駅から近いこと、一人で入れるレストランも周りにあること、出張で行くにはおすすめです。

ミラノ発　７時２５分発の列車をどういうわけか７時５２分発と思い込んでいて、何かの魔がさし７時１７分に９階の部屋で列車のチケットを見て、びっくり。 その後、すぐに支度をして部屋を飛び出ても、予定通りに出発した列車に乗ることが出来ました。 それくらい駅に隣接しているホテルで、特に国鉄を使って動き回る方には非常に便利なホテルかと思います。

God beliggenhet i forhold til sentralstasjone og T-bane samt "hovedhandlegaten" Boenes Aires. Bra frokost, litt tungt frokostlokale men OK. Ikke lov med strykjern på dette hotellet! Kan anbefales

中央駅のすぐ横で立地は申し分なし。部屋は少し設備が古いところもありますが、つくりはしっかりしていますし、清潔で問題ないです。スタッフの応対も丁寧。朝食おいしい。生オレンジジュースをしぼってくれる機械がいい。ミニバーが無料サービスなのもすばらしい。おすすめします。

３泊しました。 初日の到着が１０時以降の為このホテルを選択しました。 ミラノ中央駅に近く、移動にとても便利でした。 フロントの対応は、フレンドリーさはないが要求にはすぐに対応してくれました。 朝食は、種類豊富でそれなりに楽しめます。 朝食レストランのスタッフの対応は、宿泊客が多いせいかこちらがお願いしてからやっと飲み物を聞いてくれるというタイミングだったことが残念。

荷物が多い海外旅行において駅に近いという利点が大きかった。また朝食も充実していて、ハムやジュースなど種類も豊富だし野菜もありました。 また泊まりたい。

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is professional. I definitely use the hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family when they go visit Milan. However, there are not a lot of restaurants or places for sightseeing accesible on foot in the neighborhood, so it would be better that they collect the information of those or tours before they visit there.

私のお友達にもいいと聞いていましたが、本当に快適で、朝ごはんはとても種類がたくさんあり、満足でした。 お部屋のお菓子やドリンクも飲めてお得な感じでした。
