Michelangelo Hotel - ميلا

Great location, right across the street from Train/Metro station. Very nice room, okay in size, nice bedding, very cool power blinds, great shower/jacuzzi. Breakfast is TOP notch - the best our of all 4 hotels we stayed during our 8 days trip in Italy. Great service at breakfast area. Fresh orange juice, yes, I really mean fresh orange juice. Pick your own orange from the basket and put them on the juice machine. Great selections from fruit to meats, variety breads, cheese, etc. If you can find good deal for this place, go for it.

This hotel is conveniently located across the road from the Central train station. Nice clean room but the pillows are rather uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

I stayed there for 1 night. Easy to access - it is located just in front of the central station. The reception staff made me feel at home. The room was excellent. the same for the breakfast. Best value for my money. Don't think twice - - take it.

Room was not so clan as i had hope for 4 star hotel! But other then that it was very good hotel and near the station and very good personal and breakfast! I would stay there again!

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location, great breakfast, etc...

I felt almost comfortable in the hotel, especially a location and free snack bar. Also, it was very clean. :) But, wifi was not comforted for me, because it can be just in the lobby! Thank you~

The breakfast looked beautiful but we had to leave at 6am, so unfortunately we couldn't partake. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk, but couldn't make it work. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean, well-lit and the bathroom was exceptional, evening providing filtered water for drinking.

Excellent hotel next to Stazione Centrale where one can access trains,metro and bus connections.Only a short walk from the hotel doors and no need for expensive taxis if one has loads of luggage. Breakfast was complimentary and there was an excellent choice of continental and cooked foods available.The highlight for my family was the fresh orange juicer using fresh oranges.There was a choice of teas and coffees served by polite and efficient waiting staff. The bar was manned by a very accomodating fellow who spoke very good English and had a sense of humour.Drinks were accompanied with a selection of nuts and hors d'oeuvres at no extra charge. Seating in the foyer was plentiful and comfortable but rather low and difficult to get out of for elderly folk ,is my only criticism of this otherwise excellent hotel.

Although this is a business hotel it suited our needs perfectly for our one night stay. Literally across the road from the Central Station it was easily located . The room was excellent and the breakfast satisfactory. We were impressed with nice touches such as the littte bedsite mats and slippers and the complimentary soft drinks and chocolate bars from the mini-bar were very welcome. Good adjustable air-con kept the room temperature just right. Our initial check-in was was less than welcoming but other staff more than compensated. We left clothes behind and received an excellent response when we called to enquire about them. We retrieved them within minutes beatifully folded and packaged. Our 10% discount made this reservation affordable.

the area was a little noisy but after closing the window it was okay, and the people were very nice. nice strong shower. food not so great

My wife and I stayed here overnight whilst travelling by rail through Italy. The hotel is very convenient to the main station and for early risers serves an excellent breakfast from 6am. Excellent value for money and throughly recommended.

Great location right across the Milan Central train Terminal. Excellent value stay for the price for both business and families alike. Helpful and professional staff. Recommended if you want to be centrally located in Milan

The only complaint with this hotel is that we were charged additional fees for a double that were not mentioned on hotels.com. This cost us about $50 more per night at an already pricey hotel. There were only two of us and there was no need for more beds or any other amenities.

On the hotel.com website, it states there is a sauna. This is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. There is NO sauna. I was looking forward to relaxing in it after an overnight train ride from Vienna and inquired as to which floor it was on. The desk clerk told me NO sauna. Later that night, I pulled up the hotel info and showed it to the front desk staff. False advertising. Also, the maids and minibar staff just open your door without knocking. This can be annoying.

Very close to central train station where you can take train,subway and taxi, two min walk. The hotel has a bit dated furniture but all was very clean. Our drain in the bath did not work but was fixed within 15 min after reporting the problem, so very good. Rooms were quite large, bigger than some other hotels i stayed in in Milan in same area and price level. Also close to hotel are some restaurants, including a mc Donalds. Breakfast was not great but also not bad, they serve American coffee unless you specify what you want, we call this " dishwater" where I am from ! I stayed there for two nights and would pick the hotel again if I would have to stay in Milan again. Drinks in the mini bar were free of charge ! No alcohol though. First time I have been to a hotel where they had free soft drinks.

Great location and fantastic hotel. Well worth the price and we had a very comfortable stay.

I enjoyed my staty here. The hotel was quiet and featured a very handy location.

Located near Central Station, very convenient. Like the hydro bathtub which help to revitalize after a long trip, not forgetting the free minibar that is very thoughtful of the hotel.

Great value for money and just across the street from the central station. (10 minutes subway to Duomo)

It was smaller than I thought, but consistent with other hotels in Milan for the price. The staff was VERY patient with me while I was sightseeing in Milan. They helped me figure out how to get around the city...and were very clear on directions. If you go to Milan, be prepared to steam your clothes in the bathroom because clothes irons aren't allowed in hotel rooms (strange thing but true). Overall a great experience with helpful and patient staff. The bartender (female) was very nice, talkative and spoke great english!

It is hard to beat the airport shuttle and train station across the street. I often walk to to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is well appointed and familiar for an American traveller. I speak Italian but they are accommodating in many languages. The restaurant is surprisingly good. The blood orange juicer at breakfast is a high point for my wife. I have co workers stay there and none of them have ever offered a complaint or a better alternative.

Arriving in pouring rain, there is no better feeling than knowing that your hotel is across the street from the train station. Deserving of its four stars, the hotel's desk staff was superbly helpful, and after three weeks in the Balkans, a hotel where everything worked was just wonderful. It's a wonderful place to stay, with a metro stop at the train station or readily available taxis. The machine that squeezes fresh orange juice as you insert the oranges is a real treat, and the breakfast staff is quite wonderful. We'll stay there again.

For me the best thing about this hotel is that it is close to malpensa shuttle bus service. The rooms were very clean although old fashioned and breakfast was better than expected. Excellent value hotel, if you choose to stay near the train station choose this!

This hotel is just steps away from the main train station and was very easy to find when I arrived from the airport by shuttle. It's well maintained and had very helpful staff. I really liked the breakfast - it had about 5-7 choices for fruit and very fresh pastries! ( what else do you need? :-). While my room faced a busy street, it was still pretty quite at night. The metro could be accessed from the train station and then it's easy to get around the city. There is also a cash machine and a currency exchange at the train station. My only complaint was the Internet. I didn't have my laptop with me and used the computer in the hotel - it was ancient! And the connection was really slow. It's simply embarassing. There is an Internet cafe about a block away near Macdonalds which I had to use instead. Overall, great experience, would use again especially if need to stay a night befiore travelling to other places by train or plane.

A short walk from the Central Station with its main line and metro connections, the hotel offered a useful short term base for a weekend stay in Milan. Room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. 4 metro stops (10 mins) to the Duomo with its sites and shopping attaractions.

Big hotel in a very convenient location. Right next door to Milano Centrale station -- literally 100 metres or less. Room was clean and relatively modern and the hotel has all the facilities of an international standard. Lots of shopping and dining close by and within easy walking distance.

We were so happy with this place from a friend's recommendation, we went back to stay in it again. Location is awesome.

The Michelangelo was a very nice place to stay in Milan. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was just opposite the train central station. The room has all the necessary amenities to make the guest stay comfortable. The internet connection was very good. Their breakfast was more than filling. Hotel helpful staff gave us directions to places all the time.I would definitely stay there again next time I will be in Milan.

Great location - next to Central Station. Nice staff - very accommodating and helpful. Jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise and was kept very clean - used it every night. Wired internet connection was excellent - did not have a single problem with the connectivity - and was included in the room price. Breakfast was included, but wasn't stellar - just the typical European breakfast of cold cuts/cheese, cereal, pastries, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee was extra so be aware before you order it and have it billed to your room. Bathroom comes with both 110V and 220V options which was convenient for US travelers. Windows were thick, but traffic around Central Station can still be heard. Large in-room safe was convenient - was able to fit my entire 15" laptop in there. Bed was comfy. Room was a little outdated, but clean and organised - very high-tech - switches to open/close curtains and customised storage places in the drawers for the nick-nacks (stationary, pens) - everything had it's place. Carpet was a little worn, but room came with new slippers. TV - not many English channels, except news.

I've been travel many place so I stayed many different hotel. I choose the michelangelo hotel is because of location. It close from train station and include breakfast. This hotel staffs are nice and kind. The hotel wsa extra clean and breakfast menu was varierty and tasty. I was very satisfy to stayed this hotel and I will choice this hotel when I go milan again. I don't need to worry again where i will stay for my further visit to Milan.

Great location, right across the street from the Central Station. Unfortunately it is not a place to walk in the evening. The breakfast is excellent and the room window is really sound proof.

Very efficient hotel for business stay. Effective, friendly service. Everything works quickly and smoothly. Nice Rooms

The hotel was satisfactory. Room was clean. Internet connection was very good and satellite TV was nice. Breakfast was also good. I was happy and would stay there again.

This hotel was great...right across the street from the main train station in Milan. All the modern conveniences, including free internet (via Ethernet). Friendly staff who spoke reasonably good English. FABULOUS restaurant next door (Giglio Rosso) - we ate there all four nights! Highly recommend this hotel and location to the train (although not much to do in the area.)
