I expected issues when checking in because that is my typical experience with other hotels. We had no issues checking in. It literally took less than five minutes. The only reason I gave the overall experience a "4" is because their was no meat provided for breakfast. No bacon. No sausage. I have stayed at other hotels with better continental breakfast. Otherwise, great experience and I would go back.

The hotel is not exactly in the garden spot of Indy with being at the interesetion of an Interstate and major East West street, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to give us directions, open-up the doors on the pool wall, and to call the 1-800# for Hilton for us to check on a question with regards to my Hilton Honors card.

Good hotel. We had a suit and the AC unit was in the "living room" area. Without a fan to circulate the air the living room was cool and the bed room was kind of warm.

We stayed with our children for the weekend. The room was well maintained and clean, the pool was a bit cold buut after talking with management the water temp was increased. All the fast food you could want was a few minutes drive from the hotel and a nice burger place is only a few feet from the front door. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. Over all a great stay!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was extremely clean. Our beds were very comfortable and had on nice clean linens. We would return to this hotel. Kim D

If you want to be in the Castleton area and stay in a nice, clean place, the Hampton Inn is a great choice. It has been recently renovated, and looks and feels great. I highly recommend.

Hotel room was awesome!

The indoor pool was like ice water, the price was too much for what the hotel had to offer. We had 3 people with a sleeper sofa and a king bed. The sleeper had no sheets or blanket. We requested these items and had to call back and waited over an hour being told they didn't have any clean and had to wash some and then bring them up !!! What??? Won't be back at this property...

I have stayed here in the past during the Indiana State Fair for 4-H and the staff is always very nice and I noticed that the rooms have been updated and I like the layout of the room better with the closet (wardrobe) attached to the desk. It makes the room alot bigger and the bathroom layout I liked also it was easier to move around in due to more space with the closet being moved. I will stay here again!

Hotel was OK for a lastminute stay. Breakfast was ok for being free so i will never complain about that. pool was clean and staff delivered fresh clean towels when the pool area ran out.The hotel was next to the highway so that made it nice to get in and out of the area which had lots of shopping and places to dine. Staff made it quick and easy for check out and was very customer freindly!

The staff went out of their way to make my grand children welcome.

We enjoy staying at this hotel, we have stayed several times before, great location, staff is friendly and helpful, the kids enjoy the pool.

Location was great for getting to our locations. Easy access to bypass and other inter-states. Short drive to shopping centers. A little noisy due to location right next to the interstate. But very convenient. Front desk was very courteous and helpful.

The pool room looked like a fun place to be--I didn't have time to use it, but it was a nice sort of atrium-style room with tall windows. The breakfast area was nice and roomy with plenty of tables and elbow room. It wasn't the most compact hotel--I checked in at one end and had to walk down two separate halls to get to my room. Overall, it was an okay value. I feel it cost about what it should for the amenity level that this brand hotel provides.

Love staying at this hotel when we are in town for concert. Convient location and staff is very nice. Bed spreads were "lumpy" but all in all nice stay!

I would stay there again

it was a fine hotel, but when somebody used the blow drier at night the breaker for our room blew and we were in the dark. they couldnt get it turned on because no staff there was capable of doing it so we had to get all our stuff in the dark and switch rooms. kinda a pain but oh well.

The only thing that would have made our stay perfect is if the room had not had its odor. It was like the carpet had just been cleaned and it wasn't dry yet. We kept the air conditioning turned on in an attempt to circulate the air and dry it out. The room was not dirty, it was very nice, and maybe the dampness was attributable to Indiana's humid air.
