For the cost of the room and the location, this is nowhere near what you can get for the same price within the downtown Salt Lake City area.

Everything was good!

I have to say the mattress we slept on was probably better then the one i have at home! Great room, quiet, and close to many restaurants and a short drive to down town. It is right off a major highway which made it super easy to find. the breakfast was well laid out. You can make your waffles! what else could you ask for haha...

Kinda sketchy looking location. Room was decent.

Room smelled of strong, recent bug spray. Figured that was better than bed bugs. Also, the toilet ran constantly. I spoke to the desk clerk who said it would be taken care of, but it wasn't. Not only an annoying noise while trying to sleep, but a waste of water. Old battered furniture, no microwave in the room.

The entire property is tired. I have stayed in much better, more modern and less "used" for the same price or less, often. The parking lot is tight and sketchy at best. The comforter was so lumpy it was essentially a sheet. The walls were so thin, I could hear the guy next door brushing his teeth. There were only 3 plugs in the room and all occupied. The layout is strange as well. It is almost two buildings and the signs for the room numbers near the lobby don't reflect the rooms at the other end of the property. Lugged my stuff up the stairs (the elevators are at the other end of the property from the lobby...), couldn't find a sign with my room number, went all the way back down for the front desk attendant to tell me where it was like I was an idiot. Drive a little further and get a better hotel for the same price.

I would rate the room good for the price. The free breakfast was better than some, as good as most... Hotel has a small but sufficient exercise room. We did not try the pool/spa. The room was adequate, my only dissatisfier was that the heater was quite loud and was cycling all night.

Slow service, key wouldnt work multiple times, toilet gurgled all night

it was an average stay, the clerk was somewhat Prejudice, your shower was nice.

The hotel said it had been recently remodeled but that did not seem to be true at all. The tile was cracked, paint was chipped, and the carpet was stained. Our sink in our room wouldn't drain and our tv wouldn't let us change the channel. Overall I was very disappointed in this hotel.

The only reason you should stay at this hotel is out of sheer necessity. The television remote control didn't work properly. It was difficult to turn the TV on or change the channel...The hotel's wifi didn't work at all...the beds are uncomfortable...the rooms are dirty....the hallways smell bad...and the showers aren't hot.

Non-smoking room had some smell of smoke...not overwhelming. Close to interstate so a little noisy with interstate traffic.

A huge feeling and need for scratching my head awoke me at around 2:15 am and could not go back to sleep for another 2 hours due to this. At around 3 am, I called the reception and told them what had happened insisting that they should check the pillows and bed in the morning because I think they might have a bed bugs problem. All I heard from the reception was that "it is weird because we have never experienced this problem before on any room" (obviously they will not confess if they did have a bed bugs problem before). The overall cleanliness looked decent, but I think this hotel is a 2 star at best, not a 2.5 or 3 star. I will definitely not go back to this hotel due to what I experienced.

Bed was very hard, somewhat underwhelmed with the quality and condition.

the hotel was nice. the pool was pretty old and needed the bottom cleaned, stains from the drain. rooms were nice and comfortable.

When I saw the price for the hotel, I was pleased. But the location of the hotel was not great, neither was the actually hotel itself. It just had a very cheap, dirty feel to it. I did not feel safe or comfortable here. The staff member assisting us had trouble checking us in and checking us out, and had to call other people to help figure out what to do. We had wanted to swim and sit in the hot tub, but the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that I didn't want to get it. The hot tub was lukewarm and looked extremely dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. I would recommend getting something in downtown Salt Lake City instead.

The pictures on the website are much nicer than the actual hotel. I could have stayed atthe red lion or little america for 20 dollars more.

Traveling with work often I have seen a wide variety of hotel offerings. This Ramada had a great breakfast, very helpful staff, nice rooms, too many pillows, and a good price. This is not a posh resort for 500$ a night, its a good priced hotel with excellent staff and everything you could need.

Ramada Limited is not to be recommended, bad service from the management, very bad service.

Rooms are bare. Neighborhood is questionable. Hotel feels outdated. I stayed here on a recommendation from a client. I would not choose this hotel again.

The overal experience was good. However, most of the staff were not friendly, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool was very poor!

We were very disappointed in the service. The room was clean and in a good location (right next to interstate and we were traveling thru). About 5:30 a.m. the people above us were running water and it started coming up the drain of our bathroom sink and flooded the bathroom. We called the front desk to report the problem and they told us to just throw towels on the floor to absorb it. They only had 1 person at the front desk and couldn't leave to see if they could resolve the flood. When we checked out at 6:05 there were two women at the front desk and when we had called we talked to a man. Also the TV would not switch channels - we were stuck on TV Land - good thing we were just wanting to sleep there! Basically because of the flooded bathroom we weren't able to use the bathroom facilities and were very disappointed in the hotels response.

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. The neighborhood was not the best but it was right off the highway, so convenient. Friendly and helpful front desk. They responded to our request for a crib promptly. Free wifi. Good, standard hotel breakfast, open early. Bathroom could use a touch up, but comfy bed and good space.

With an awesome free breakfast and free internet, the room was well worth the price we paid. The service was great. We only had one problem with someone next door shouting at 2am but that was quickly taken care of and could happen anywhere. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have, and it's kind of a big one, is that my room was insanely hot and despite turning on the A/C full blast, it never kicked on and as a result I got almost no sleep at all. I could have slept better in the cold, out in my vehicle.

Wonderful place to stay, the staff was so helpful and were there to help us with every need we had. We would stay there again if we had a need to go to Salt Lake City in the future!

Condition boarders on a bad neighborhood. Friends were surprised we were staying there and stated that if we heard gun shots to move out and come to their house.

desk personel very helpful & nice. Even though there was no in room refrigerator staff offered to refrigerate anything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy but good. Room was comfortable & very quiet. Would return & recommend.
