DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown - ناشفيل

The only thing we didn't like was our air conditioner in our room didn't work properly. We called 3 times for mantainence and they came but it never was fixed. It was so damp and muggy in the air just wouldn't get cold.

Excellent! The staff was helpful and friendly...our room was clean and comfortable...vallee service was efficient and friendly (maybe a little high)...location was close to all we wanted to see. Would gladly stay here again.

hotel was very nice, we stayed for an event going on at the downtown convention center, and the double tree was within maybe 3 blocks so we walked each day. 4 blocks from broadway! I only have 2 complaints, they only offer vallet parking and it's $$$ a night. we ended up parking in a public garage close to the center for way cheaper. They still charged my credit card for vallet, they said they would remove it but it's still pending. other is the beds in the 2 bed room are full size, a queen would have been nice!

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are nice but they have DSL internet instead of wireless. Rooms seem to be outdated. Time to be updated but would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Front desk was friendly when i checked in. Easy walk to all the downtown sights. only thing i didn't like was you could hear everyone in the hall and the next room.

I thought it was nice and clean. I had a half marathon that began at LP Field and it was an easy walk from the hotel. Only drawback is that you have to valet park, so there is a lot of tipping. But the valet was fast, the workers were nice.

This hotel is close to everything in downtown Nashville. The people working there are great! My light fixture went out in my bathroom, and it was fixed that morning. The swimming pool is small, but that is my only complaint. It is so comforting to stay at a place where the people make you feel so at home.

Excellent place to stay in downtown.

Great walkable location to all the sites and action. Easy 4 block walk to The Ryman auditorium and the the Broadway Honky Tonks. Everyone friendly; went out of their way. Food good at breakfast restaurant. Bartender very personable. Front desk staff steered us the the best steak house: the Stockyard. Loved your complimentary shuttle van--drivers always friendly and took us to all the right places. Would come back in a heartbeat

Stayed here for a weekend trip. Close to all the sights and sports. Room service never showed up or could sort out what happened. Bellmen and front desk were slow. Nice room though.

The downtown Doubletree staff was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful- suggestions about places to eat (Dimo's) as well as things to see and directions to get everywhere. The free shuttle was an added plus to get down to the "tourist" area. The hotel location was an easy walk to any of the bars on the "strip". We were making plans to return in the airport before we even left Nashville!

Brilliant stay but no wifi in the rooms which at the prices they charge thougt they could provide this. Also parking very pricey.

We had a great time (notwithstanding that Starbucks in the lobby was closed on Christmas Eve-lol). We were very happy with the recommendations for things to do made by staff. Room was nice, clean, good location. Thanks!

This was a fabulous hotel that was located close to all of the must see places. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a fantastic time in Nashville. We will be back.

The location of this hotel is ideal to see events at LP Field, enjoy downtown, tour the capitol building, Ryman Auditorium, or Country Music Hall of Fame. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is nice. However, there are a few things that you should know in advance before booking a room. There is a sizeable deposit required upon check-in which is used toward incidentals such as valet, movies, phone, etc. Half of which is refunded upon checkout, the other half is mailed to you within 72 hrs. of your departure (unless you used any of the above mentioned services.) There isn't an in-room safe, refrigerator, or microwave. Starbucks closed sooner than they posted. The Hotel Shuttle doesn't run past 11 p.m. or travel further than 1 mile. Our particular room was constantly humid to the point that moisture soaked the large window sill and ran down the wall near plugins. The heated pool was cold. If you are using a luggage cart you have to take two different elevators. The hotel was very peaceful though. You are free to come and go as you please without hassle. The valet was very quick and friendly. And believe it or not, I would stay there again. Next time I will be sure to hit a grocery store before I hit downtown, bring a small toaster oven, a dehumidifier, and a cooler. Be sure you get your complimentary cookie upon check-in, they are delicious!

I stayed at the DoubleTree downtown Nashville as it was just a few blocks away from Bridgestone arena. I book a reasonable, but not cheap rate on Hotels.com because it was convenient. When I arrived and asked about my Hilton honors perks they said I would receive them because, I booked through an outside service. I know it cost me breakfast and a few other perks, plus loosing a stay towards a free night. Check the rates, if you want to use your rewards program.

First arrival to our room was horrible. Heater didn't work, internet didn't work, TV didn't work and the sink drain was broke. Called down to the desk to ask for assistance on the internet. They told me to call my computer tech support, their system was working. Asked about the TV, they said it was fine. We asked for the Mgr on duty. He moved us to a different room. Which was a suite, and everything worked. We stay at Hiltons where ever we go. But this one will NOT be a repeat. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great location,minutes from Broadway Street,excellent service and of course free warm chocolate chip cookies .

The hotel was nice, but the room was dirty and the maid service terrible. Our friend's room was great. Make sure to book a "non-smoking" room.

Excellent location. Room had two full walls of windows, which was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom did not have a fan and thus all the moisture from showers has resulted in mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was shocked to see this in such a nice place in such a great location.

The hotel had no airport shuttle and were not helpful in this regard. Also, we nearly missed our departing flight because the hotel failed to give us a wakeup call as promised.

We really enjoyed our stay at Double Tree and will probably return next time we visit Nashville. The only problem we had was check in time wasn't until three and the event we were attending was at three. They did store our belongings for us in a storage room.

Great place to stay! Very close to all of the downtown life, too!

A bit pricy is the only negative.

Great location to Printer's Alley and Titan's stadium.
