Didn't use a lot of services, but overall very happy with everything

Close and convenient to all of downtown. Interesting hotel layout and friendly service

Very pleasant; all employees with an excellent attitude. Good breakfast buffet. The premises in very good order and very clean.

Overall a very nice hotel. Our room was a bit noisy at night as it was close to the elevators. We tried to get a change, but they were not able to accomodate us.

I was a comfortable room, clean, and nice view. Restaurant was good and all employees were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Great location to the Frank Irwin Center.

We had such a nice stay that we'll probably stay here for all our Austin trips in the future. The food at the restaurants is great, the room was very comfortable and the location was perfect.

The hotel is in a great location. Walkable to many parts of DT Austin - E6th, W6th. S. Congress and Rainey St are walkable, but they are decent hikes so we took cabs which are readibly available and less than $10 to each. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay at this place again on our next trip to Austin. The room was nice but the shower area could use better lighting which is a minor inconvenience.

really liked it other than our view being the highway and homeless shelter

Good location for downtown, comfortable bed! Only issue was charged for wifi and didn't tell you when you logged in that it wasn't free. But they took it off my bill when I gave them that feedback.

The Omni is a great hotel for families. We have stayed at other Omni's and my children just love the "Kid's Welcome Packs" and the attention they receive from the staff, this Omni was no exception. We had a wonderful time and the location was exceptional for walking to a variety of locations, especially "The Museum of the Weird," a must see!

For the price, I was a little disappointed. I expected a much nicer bathroom, at least one that had lighting in the shower so you could see what you were doing.

My family stayed here after a business trip at another hotel chain. The difference between the two was night and day. Omni had more amenities being I signed up for their free preferred customer program. Free WiFi, complimentary cocktails, water bottles, hors devours, free breakfast, free morning beverage delivery, and more. The other hotel was not only was over $50 more per night, they'd nickel and dime you. Not Omni and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They also gave us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, being it was our anniversary. The other hotel we stayed at . . . Nothing. Omni, you Rock!!!!!!!!! Thanks for making my stay awesome.

Just there for one night to attend concert. Very convenient location to 6th St and Austin night life with outstanding service. Don't expect all the lower level rooms to have a view. Our window was overlooking a roof with ac vents and duct system. If I were the for a romantic weekend I may have been disappointed. Not a problem though for us since we did not spend much time in the room and great location was our main concern!!!

Room and hotel was OK. Shower sucked and no free wi-fi. Really, in Austin, expensive wi-fi charged by the mb? Wont stay again here again considering the room price was high.

The only room apparently left when I booked was handicap assessable. If your not in need of this service the bathroom is very inconvient. No place to put toliteries in the shower or counter top.

Overall it was nothing spectacular, especially for a "higher end" hotel. Small point, but I was sort of turned off by the fact that it shared the lobby with the rest of the businesses in the building. However, the bed and room were very comfortable, and all of the staff were very friendly accommodating. The best part was the location: close enough to the action of 6th street, but far enough to be quiet. I would stay there again.

They had an elevator down, so long lines for elevator usage. Lots of convention type people. Otherwise enjoyed spacious room and Starbucks in lobby. Excellent, quality hotel.

My wife and I went to Austin for the first time to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and our hotel choice couldn't have been better! Robert and Mark and the rest of the Guest Services/Concierge staff were awesome recommending resteraunts and shopping and also some nice extra perks they gave us for our anniversary, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the room upon arrival! Room was very clean and very upscale. The room was a little small, but we didn't mind, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Great shower! We will definitely stay again next time we go to Austin!

Clean, modern hotel in central Austin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Friday and Saturday night can be a little loud as it's close to the entertainment district. This could be good or bad, depending on the purpose of your trip.

Excellent, typically I eat at my Hotel, this weekends stay this didn't happen, however the hotel was excellent. Price was resonable, will certainly stay at another Omni hotel and have already stayed at many Omni hotels. Good Job.
