Le Marquis Eiffel - باريس

I am not sure if it's just because its Paris but for a 4 star hotel the rooms are very small !. Also with only a small breakfast area the wait for a table can be quite inconvenient at peak times. Overall adequate but is it worth the 4 star rates charged, I do not think so.

The hotel is located near the Tour Eiffel with all its appeal, yet is on a side street and very quiet. The Metro is covenient as are any number of places to eat and drink. The staff was pleasant and helpful with suggestions and directions. Nice touch--sitting in arm chairs to complete registration process. After an exhausting travel day it was certainly appreciated! The room was small, yet nicely decorated and the space was effectively arranged to maximize comfort.

We planned a 6 night stay in Paris and found the Le Marquis as a low cost option for a hotel. It is a great loction just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. We chose it because of the "view of the Tower". Our room was on the 4th floor and we could not see the tower, only the searchlight on top. The room was on the small side though it had a King Size bed. It was clean and well kept. Our rate did not include breakfast which was disappointing because I thought that I had chosen a rate that did. Not a big issue but it the hotel staff was not the most helpful or friendly.

The hotel location was great... walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and also close to the Metro station. The staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful!! The rooms were clean and well decorated. Highly recommended... Will stay there again...

We loved our hotel for the location and service. We would stay there again.

Great hotel. No problems or issues. I stay in lots of hotels with my job, so I have seen alot of good and bad..... this hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms have a dark, romantic feel to them, and are very quiet, unusual for a city centre hotel. Will be staying here again

I would highly recommend this hotel. Great price, fantastic location, and great service! This hotel is reminiscent of the famous "W" Hotels. There's a grocery store across the street, a bakery two doors down, a butcher next door and bike rentals across the street. You will experience Paris like a true Parisian in a quiet, non-touristy area. This location is ideal to see the entire city and it's so close to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding neighborhood has great shopping and restaurants WITHOUT all the tourist traps! If I ever go back to Paris, I will be sure to stay here again.

a good solid choice, very peaceful, I liked the neighbourhood but there are more interesting places to stay in Paris. Overall would definitely recommend if you need to be out that way for UNESCO etc.

Everything was very good from the state of the room and amenities to the breakfast except the wirelss internet and television, both of whihch suffered all through my stay of four nights. I was offered to change room but felt it was not worth it for one night when they finally gave up trying to resolve the problems. Otherwise excellent, pleasant, in a very safe area for walking after dark, close enough to transport to be convenient and genererally a nice hotel.

We spent a few days around Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The location is great- a small grocery store a cross the street, but if you go towards one of the main roads there is a Monoprix (a much nicer and larger store) within walking distance as well as many nice restaurants and casual restaurants close. The service at the hotel was great, even on a holiday! And free wifi in your room, plus a computer w/ interent downstairs. We would definitely go back!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and was near metro stations. The hotel was located on a quiet street that had a nice grocery store. Check-in was the highlight, as the attending person helped us to navigate our Paris visit, and even had our room ready at 9:00 AM. The hotel itself was small, but charming, and the room size (Superior) was nice for a European room. We would definitely stay again

I stayed at Le Marquis for 9 nights in July 2010 for my honeymoon and i was extremely happy with my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is only about a 5 minute walk to the eiffel tower and a supermarket is literally across the street from the hotel. There are a lot of nice restaurants and a McDonald's within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were all very polite and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris!

Small boutique style hotel in the quiet back streets close to the E.Tower. Clean, helpful staff. Did not eat in the hotel breakfast 20 euros each for typical continential. If you want to be nearer the main shopping area then book on the otherside of the river, otherwise you will continually be usung taxis, circa 10-15 euros each way...when you can find one. Would we stay here again yes..it was clean, safe and quiet. We drove and were able to park right outside, but they do have a small car park locally.

Good small hotel in walking distance to metro. Rooms were small but clean and the staff were very helpful including booking restaurants for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would return again.

7-7-2009 We selected this hotel for our family vacation (ages 19 thru 80 years old) based on it's relative proximity to the Eiffel Tower and on previous reviews submitted by customers. We found it to be a quiet little hotel on a quiet sidestreet surrounded by other businesses. We had heard that hotel rooms in France tend to be on the small side, so opted for the Superior room type to give us a little more space. The room was still somewhat smaller than what I expected, but the beds were comfortable and we did not have any problem trying to rest. The rooms seemed to be clean and in good repair. The carpeting was a very dark print and other aspects of the decor made the room somewhat darker than I would prefer. The way in which the room was made up each day seemed somewhat inconsistent. There were no face cloths when we arrived, which I interpreted as being customary to how things were done in this country. However, they did sometimes leave them on other days. On the last day, instead of leaving two bath towels, they only left two hand towels for the shower, which I did not discover until I was dripping wet. And on one day, there was no hot water. Breakfast and coffee are not complementary and were quite expensive. There was a small grocery store nearby where we were able to purchase some cereal and milk. We were able to store a small container of milk in the refrigerator for the mini-bar and used tin foil pans for bowls when we could not find paper ones. There was also a great bakery two doors down. There was also a laundrymat conveniently located about 150 ft away. The staff was cordial but did not strike me as overly friendly. I do not speak French, so it could just be that they might not be comfortable speaking English.

Well this hotel provides an average/ level of service. I have asked for an iron wich was probably already used before world war II and let traces on my shirt. About wireless internet..it works probably after 3 Am but not when you need it. This is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel

Var där en weekend i mitten på December. Det är ett mindre hotel i ett lugnt kvarter. Finns stor matbutik rakt över gatan. 5 minuter till Eiffel tornets område. Mycket hjälpsam personal med taxi. Skrev även ut alla vägbeskrivningar till oss. Rent och fräscht. Frukost är 16 Euro per person. Vi provade inte den utan åt ute. Bra pris på rummet även. Rekomenderar även varmt skaljursrestaurangen L´armandie som ligger 5 minuter med taxi. Grym platå!

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und hat eine ruhige Lage. Die Classic-Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und das Badezimmer hat lediglich Platz für eine Person, abere das kommt bei Stadthotels oft vor. Einzig zu bemängeln war der Lärm, der IM Hotel stattgefunden hat. Die Türen sind leider nicht richtig abgedichtet, weshalb das Putzpersonal (welches an sich schon genug laut war) uns jeden Morgen geweckt hat.

Ett relativt litet hotell med mycket bra service där man får ett personligt bemötande.

Hotelli oli pieni mutta siisti ja viehättävä. Kaikki mitä vierailun aikana tarvitsimme järjestyi henkilökunnan puolelta nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja vuodevaatteista sekä vuoteesta antaisin oikein hyvä arvion - raikkaita ja siistejä. Isossa parivuoteessa sai hyvät unet ja hotellin sijainnista johtuen ulkopuolista meteliä ei ollut. Plussaa kylpyhuoneen kylpytakeista ja isoista pyyhkeistä sekä Loccitanen shampoista ym. tarvikkeista. Suosittelen pariskunnille ja rauhallista yöunta arvostaville. Erittäin hyvä sijainti.

Et mindre men roligt, hyggeligt og venligt hotel. Lille og god morgenbuffet. Mindre end 1 km fra Eiffel tårnet. Tæt på Metro og bus. Kan varmt anbefales til alle der ikke skal há diskoteque.

Hotellet levede helt op til vores forventninger. Venligt personale. Mindre men godt værelse, der var rigtig hyggeligt. Roligt kvarter i god afstand fra metro/tog og ikke mindst Eiffeltårnet. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Puhdas huone, hyvä vesi allergikolle. Hiljainen pikkukatu, nukkumisen nautinto leveässä parisängyssä. Ajankohdan vuoksi saimme netistä melkein puoleen hintaan.

Closely located for meetings at UNESCO and ESA HQ in a quiet nabourhood. Nice room and very good service at check in/out. Enjoyed it very much.

In brief - this was a very nice hotel in a relatively quiet area, but still close to the metro an walking distance from La Tour Eiffel etc. Very nice and comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was a bit expensive in view of what we got for the price, but admittedly we arrived late for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Die Zimmer haben ein ansprechendes Interieur , so wie auf den Fotos des Hotels abgebildet. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Leider hat die Klimaanlage unerträglich laute Geräusche von sich gegeben, selbst nachdem Sie ausgeschaltet war. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel hat keine Besserung gebracht. Vorsicht vor dem Frühstück. Dieses hat das Niveau einer mittelmäßigen Jugendherberge..kostet dafür 19 Euro/Person.
