موقع الفندق عظيم... على مسافة سير من برج ايفل وأيضا قريب الى محطة القطار. طاقم الفندق ممتاز!! لطيف جداً وخدوم!! الغرف كانت نظيفة ومصممة بشكل ممتاز. أوصي به بشدة...سوف أقيم هنا مجدداً...

A quiet neighbourhood (a bit dull) not too far from the Metro. The hotel was expensive for what it is and the facilities it provides. Small old fashioned rooms and bathrooms. The lobby area is clean but the room floors are slightly grubby with scraps of waste paper in corridors and a look of poor quality cleanliness. We left our room at 10am and returned at 4pm and our room was not made up and had to complain to a reluctant receptionist to have it cleaned and the bed made up

The Hotel employees were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay but the room is a little small.

The staff are great! We got in at 7am extremely fatigued from our travel and thankfully the hotel let us check in early. Thank you! That gesture from them was priceless to my eyes. The room was great, clean, spacious and comfy. The only drawback was the last night our internet connection dropped and the elevator in the morning was not working. We had to bring our luggage down from the 6th floor down a tiny stairway... But overall it was a great stay and the staff were great! Thank you !

The staff was very helpful with all of our requests (even got us taxis in the snow!) The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were friendly and booked us taxis when we needed them. However for the price we paid we would have liked to have had breakfast included. The breakfast we paid for was lovely and the smoked salmon was a lovely surprise. The room was compact and very comfortable. The bed was great and the bedding luxurious.The bath was watermarked though and needs replacing.The hotel was undergoing a bit of maintenance and they'd had new carpet put in some of the rooms. Housekeeping hadn't got round to cleaning up the carpet bits so we marked it down a little for that. The hotel was a 10 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower and we felt very safe walking back to the hotel at night. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and maybe we will if we ever head back to Paris. Once in a lifetime trip and she said yes !!!

Hotel was very nice. Close to Eiffel Tower, but far enough away to be in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient to Batobus, we we used frequently. Breakfast was extremely overpriced, but market across the street.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the 7th which, for my money, is the best neighborhood in Paris.

Absolutely excellent hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel, close to the Eiffel Tower in a residential neighborhood - now many shops or restaurants right around the hotel, however, it is literally next to the 100+ shops of the Suisse Village antique markets. If you are looking for art or antiquities in Paris, this is definitely a place to check out as the selection is huge and the prices aren't overly inflated. We used the Metro to get to most other sites from the hotel. Overall, I'd rate it a 3* - the decor is a bit dark (dark red and brown color scheme.

nothing remarkable, smallish room, but decent enough and well located near Eiffel Tower and Seine. Reasonable value for City Centre

Helpful staff who all spoke good English. Comfortable room with en suite. Relatively good size room for location. Near RER and Metro and easy walking to Eiffel Tower and all sights

Overall a pleasant exoerience. Pros: 1. Location- 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, which made it easy to visit during day and night, which is a must! Also supermarket across the street. Also not too far of a walk to the Arc de Triomph and the main shopping area in town. 2. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. 3. Hotel staff, all 3 people we saw, are friendly. Cons- 1. Hotel staffing was poor. Only 1 person at the front desk, which is literally just a table and chair, who has the job of 5 people. The woman that checked us in was very friendly but not very helpful when it came to being a concierge when we had questions about tours or things to do in the area. Only 1 lady cleaning the entire hotel. One day we got back to our room around 5pm and it still was not done. 2. Not much shopping or night life in the area. Everything, including restaurants, is closed by around 10pm. Would recommend staying closer to Champs-Elysee area for shopping and night life. 3. Small hotel- none of the cab drivers knew where it was.

Room was in a good condition. Hotel was close to public traffic and the eiffel tower. nice, calm area.

Great hotel, great location and very clean Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Free internet, free dvd rental, free printer use. 5 mins walk from station, loads of bars and Eiffel tower Opposite a big supermarket too, very handy. Very reasonable priced rooms as opposed to others so close to Eiffel Very quiet street. All good, no complaints what so ever Will stay again for definite!!!!!

I am not sure if it's just because its Paris but for a 4 star hotel the rooms are very small !. Also with only a small breakfast area the wait for a table can be quite inconvenient at peak times. Overall adequate but is it worth the 4 star rates charged, I do not think so.

The hotel is located near the Tour Eiffel with all its appeal, yet is on a side street and very quiet. The Metro is covenient as are any number of places to eat and drink. The staff was pleasant and helpful with suggestions and directions. Nice touch--sitting in arm chairs to complete registration process. After an exhausting travel day it was certainly appreciated! The room was small, yet nicely decorated and the space was effectively arranged to maximize comfort.

We planned a 6 night stay in Paris and found the Le Marquis as a low cost option for a hotel. It is a great loction just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. We chose it because of the "view of the Tower". Our room was on the 4th floor and we could not see the tower, only the searchlight on top. The room was on the small side though it had a King Size bed. It was clean and well kept. Our rate did not include breakfast which was disappointing because I thought that I had chosen a rate that did. Not a big issue but it the hotel staff was not the most helpful or friendly.

Great hotel. No problems or issues. I stay in lots of hotels with my job, so I have seen alot of good and bad..... this hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms have a dark, romantic feel to them, and are very quiet, unusual for a city centre hotel. Will be staying here again

I would highly recommend this hotel. Great price, fantastic location, and great service! This hotel is reminiscent of the famous "W" Hotels. There's a grocery store across the street, a bakery two doors down, a butcher next door and bike rentals across the street. You will experience Paris like a true Parisian in a quiet, non-touristy area. This location is ideal to see the entire city and it's so close to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding neighborhood has great shopping and restaurants WITHOUT all the tourist traps! If I ever go back to Paris, I will be sure to stay here again.

a good solid choice, very peaceful, I liked the neighbourhood but there are more interesting places to stay in Paris. Overall would definitely recommend if you need to be out that way for UNESCO etc.

Everything was very good from the state of the room and amenities to the breakfast except the wirelss internet and television, both of whihch suffered all through my stay of four nights. I was offered to change room but felt it was not worth it for one night when they finally gave up trying to resolve the problems. Otherwise excellent, pleasant, in a very safe area for walking after dark, close enough to transport to be convenient and genererally a nice hotel.

We spent a few days around Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The location is great- a small grocery store a cross the street, but if you go towards one of the main roads there is a Monoprix (a much nicer and larger store) within walking distance as well as many nice restaurants and casual restaurants close. The service at the hotel was great, even on a holiday! And free wifi in your room, plus a computer w/ interent downstairs. We would definitely go back!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and was near metro stations. The hotel was located on a quiet street that had a nice grocery store. Check-in was the highlight, as the attending person helped us to navigate our Paris visit, and even had our room ready at 9:00 AM. The hotel itself was small, but charming, and the room size (Superior) was nice for a European room. We would definitely stay again

I stayed at Le Marquis for 9 nights in July 2010 for my honeymoon and i was extremely happy with my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is only about a 5 minute walk to the eiffel tower and a supermarket is literally across the street from the hotel. There are a lot of nice restaurants and a McDonald's within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were all very polite and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris!

Had a great time at Le Marquis Eiffel. Good staff who was helpful with any request. Short walking distance from the tower, and and even saw the top of it from the window.

Bra, topp service og hyggelig betjening.

Ett litet hotell med bra service, trevlig personal och rum som erbjuder det man behöver. Med 5 minuters promenad nås Eiffeltornet. Hotellets läge är också tilltalande då det ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde utan störande trafik.

Bonne impression, toutefois la salle de bain pourrait être plus grande. Éclairage de la chambre pas assez modulable. Quartier calme et proximité de la Tour Eiffel très appréciable.
