Smal rooms, planes to hamburg airport flighs low over the hotel. Highspeed internet Where??? The wireless has low low signal. Kingsize bed is small

For the price it is a good hotel. Same standard in center of Hamburg will be 50% higher price.

Good location if you drive. Free safe parking. Only 5 minutes to the centre with the U-Bahn next to hotel. Clean cheap and nothing to complain about.

This is a very nice hotel, simple, not a lot of amenities, but clean and comfortable. We booked a non-smoking room and were giving a smoking room. We asked to switch and were forced to pay extra because it was an "upgrade" to a non-smoking room. We argued vehemently and eventually got the originally quoted price and a non-smoking room, but unfortunately the young man who heard our complaint was a bit rude. Sorry, no matter what the customer is always right, and when we are offered other than we reserved we are to be treated with great professionalism and OVER-THE-TOP politeness. NO RUDE DESK CLERKS ALLOWED, NOT EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER!!!! The economy is too weak. We can ALWAYS go elsewhere.

i found the hotel staff brilliant the room was basic but more than exceptable and very clean the only problem i had at this hotel is that the area it was in is not very friendly at night i had a bit of trouble walking to a local restruant at night as i arived to late to eat at hotel but in the day the area was fine and there is a quick and cheap metro to hamburg centre 5 mins away

Easily accessible from Hamburg main station. Ok, not in city center, hence quiet, gas station near by to get supplies, very convenient, clean. The staff went extra mile for me and always had a smile. No minibar in room but for the price offered, no complaints. Very large shower area, beats the 4 star hotels on space. Very practical. Highly recommended for short comfortable stays.

A very nice greeting from the desk clerk both in the evening and in the morning set a pleasant atmosphere for our stay here. However the limited parking and the misleading hotel services book were disappointing. The Hotel Services Book said room service was available and it wasn't, it also said that they would bring you a tray of coffee or tea anytime of day and they said they didn't offer that service anymore! This was very disappointing as there was no coffee in the room at all.

I went to the hotel and the taxi pulled up to the front of a lovely place, and when I checked in I found that my room, along with many others, were in the annex out back! It was quiet, the view of the back of the hotel was wonderful! The laundry bag in my room had already been used, there was no list for laundry services to be found. The wireless internet as promised was free after you registered and gave them your email address which is now filling up with spam, and it was frequestly so slow I went to sleep watching the hourglass spin. Carpets were dirty in the room, and next door to "the annex" was a lady's fitness center that blared loud music every night from 7 to 9 so you have to keep your window closed. Of course there is the breakfast, or the dinner buffet neither of which was worth the trouble or the cost. And lets not forget the U-bahn ride just to get into the city where everything is that you will want to see. Take my advice and choose another hotel in the city.

The Motel 6-style blueprint meant being woken up at 2 in the morning by new patrons shouting and loudly wheeling their luggage to their rooms. I requested two beds, but really got one bed platform with two mattresses immediately next to each other. Awkward for sharing a room with your father, I ended up sleeping on a cot like thing at the foot of the bed. The shower had mold. The maid didn't clean our room for 2 days even though I requested this at the front desk. No amenities or even comfortable lounge area. The restaurant was good and it was next to a supermarket and a subway stop. Those are the only positives. Don't come here.

The Hotel is ideally located beside Rauhes Haus on U2 of the U-Bahn(about 4 stops to city). Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Free internet in the lobby was a nice touch also. The price was also very reasonable.Def recommend anyone to stay here

We arrived in a rather large vehicle and the hotel reception sorted out a parking space for us. Didn't get chance to practice my limited German language because everyone we spoke to could speak good English. They were also very helpful with directions to the Airport and a local Pub. The room was good and it had a fridge which we made use of.

A standard and basic hotel; friendly staff but otherwise nothing special. The Hotel is close to the U-Bahn, but there is not much else around. Not a bad place if you simply need a basic hotel room in Hamburg.

Sometimes it is very hot in Hamburg as well. We had the (bad) luck to be there on such a day. Fine during the day, but we couldn’t sleep at night, because the room was looking to the west and there was no air conditioning, even no ventilator.

Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war furchtbar. Bei einem Best Western Hotel habe ich etwas besseres erwartet. Auch stimmt der Frühstückspreis von 13,oo / Person in keiner Weise mit dem Zustand des Hotel überein. Wir sind wie - wie bereits von einem anderer Hotelgast mitgeteilt - sehr günstig im Cafe May frühstücken gewesen.

Wir waren zum ca 5.Mal in diesem Hotel. Alles o.k. Liegt recht verkehrsgünstig, auch in der Nähe zweier U-Bahn-Stationen

To min. til U-bahn og ca. 5 min. i U-bahn og så er man i Hamborg centrum. Godt hotel med behagelig seng, fint badeværelse, gode og gratis parkeringsforhold...

Flink personale og fine værelser. Dejlig tæt på Ubane station hvor man 10 min efter står i hjertet af Hamborg.

Wir waren für drei Tage in Hamburg. Der Empfang war super freundlich. Jedoch war das Zimmer wirklich nur funktionell. Die Türen und Fenster liesen einen Luftzug durch. Die Spinnenweben hangen in den Ecken sowie gab es größere Flecken an der Wand wo man den Ursprung vielleicht nicht wissen möchte. Der Duschvorhang war zu schmal, der Duschkopf sprühte durch die dubiose Halterung überall hin. Zum Glück war alles gefliest. Trotz alledem war das Buffet ausreichend und stets befüllt. Wer wirklich nur schlafen möchte weil er erschöpft ist, wird dies hier tun. Jedoch ist es hellhörig. Die Lage ist wunderbar, keine fünf Minuten und man ist an der S- und U-Bahn Station.

Questa volta mi è toccato il 1°piano e la camera era molto migliore.Non vi era il kit di toilette ma l'acqua si ed anche il servizio coffee break in camera.Colazione ricca ma scarsa di dolciumi.

Great food, great service, good state of cleanliness. Location is a little awkward for drivers from the A1 motorway. Excellent value for money.

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Kein Luxus, aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Gute Entfernung zur City.

The rooms given to hotels.com customers are from the older motel wing behind the actual hotel. Rooms are old and small. But they were clean and warm. Offered internet was fast enough and there were enough free parking spaces.

Hotellet har fin standard og ligger tæt ved U- bahn, så man hurtigt kommer rundt i byen. Ligger i forstadsagtigt kvarter, men man er hurtigt i centrum eller vestpå. Gratis parkering.

Har brugt hotelet før og var igen fint tilfreds med servicen. LIgger dejigt tæt på U-bahn, det tog maks 20. minutter før vi var ved seværdighederne. Gode parkeringsforhold

Das Zimmer war vom Grundriss sehr wenig einladend um nicht zu sagen etwas langweilig und eckig eng. Gar nicht gemütlich, aber ich war ja nur nachts da zu schlafen.Sauberkeit gut, Frühstück sehr gut. Ruhe: sehr gut.

Fint hotel, dygtigt personale. God beliggenhed lidt uden for Centrum og tæt på U-bahn, så man problemløst kan komme ind i midtbyen

Renlighed: upåklagelig. Service: meget opmærksom, venlig, imødekommende og effektiv. Faciliteter: velfungerende internet, gode P-forhold. Beliggendhed: kort gå-afstand til U-Bahn station, 4 stop til Hamburg HBH.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Størrelsen på værelse var rigtig god. Meget stort faktisk.

Hotellet ligger tæt på u-bane. Har overnattet flere gange på hotellet.Der er gratis p .Morenmaden er lidt dyr.

Meget godt tilfreds.

Ich kann nur positives über das Hotel sagen. Die lager ist sehr ruhig. U-Bahn Station ist gleich in der Nähe. Es stehen einige kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Zimmer sind top. Jeder der in Hamburg ein schönes Zimmer sucht, ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben.
