Comfort Inn Airport/Cruise Port South - هوليوود

This is a woonderful place to stay. The employees were all nice and concerned that our stay was comforable. The only thing that kept this place from getting all 5's was there were dead bugs in the pool.

room was not great to stay in.and the bed was not comparable

We needed to stay close to the airport and this hotel was perfect. We had the complimentary breakfast and then took the shuttle to the airport. It was so easy and stress free.

I have been staying at this location for over 6 years on business. It has a great location, a friendly staff and a great Tiki bar on premisis. Will stay there again.

Arrived at airport, called hotel for shuttle, no answer. After several attempts to call, gave up and took taxi. Hotel reimbursed for taxi. Other than McDonalds and Taco Bell nearest retaurants are $25.00 taxi rides away. Television in room volume kept going up and down, and lots of interference in the picture mking it unwatchable from time to time. Bar fridge was full of ice and unusable, microwave was disgusting. Next morning when we went to catch our reserved shuttle to our cruise ship there was chaos at the front of the hotel. Instead of having it organized one man and a clip board was it. A staging area or names on the shuttles where they were going to or tickets, even a PA system to say which shuttle is loading now, anything to organize the shuttle service. Everytime a shuttle came in everyone waiting rushed forward to find out if it was their shuttle as none of them had any identification as to where they were going. Some people had been waiting for hours to get to their ship. This hotel commanded a premium price for less than standard service. I will never go back to this hotel again!!!!!!!

This hotel is old, doors hardly closed (you had to slam them to close, or pull very hard to open), bed was old and uncomfortable, renovations to the room where poorly done, I could go on!! Stay at the hotel next door, you will have a better experience.

Showerhead rusted furniture chipped cracked no frig and no m/w late evening no parking within view of unit lot full should assign parking according to rooms

This was a great one night stay before leaving on cruise the next day. Breakfast very convenient, room was very good, and ideal location. Right next door is a Taco Bell and McDonald's. Would definitely stay there again.

Integrity and Honesty is alive and well at Comfort Inn Great staff - helpful, accomodating and friendly Our great trip ended sadly when I noticed on the trip home to Canada I had lost my anniverary ring at the hotel somewhere. I called the hotel and left a message only to hear back shortly that the ring was found by the chambermaid and placed in a safe for safekeeping. I was elated with the help and ease from the hotel staff in making arrangements for it's delivery back to me. Thanks again to our chamber gal, Josie and Alice !!!

The FREE shuttle to and from airport as well as Cruise Line Port was not impressive. They were slow and did not show up near as often as promised for pickup. Lost a lot of R&R time. Mightbetter had rented a taxi. On day of departure, shuttle to pick us up at 6:00 AM and hotel would not provide more than coffee to us before leaving despite spending quite a bit to stay there one night. For the 3 couples like us who had to take the shuttle at 6 AM, you'd think they'd make arrangements for us to at least have soem muffins, or access to small frig to have a couple cups of yogurt. But, no chance of that. Just sent us on our merry way with our cup of coffee and a lot of dollars lighter in the wallet. Hotel rooms were nothing to write home about. I was disappointed in the hotel. I expected more and for the money charged, it wasn't worth it.

This hotel has continued to go down hill; have stayed here several times pre-cruise. Rooms need major facelift, beds are uncomfortable and pillows were very small and also uncomfortable. My sister cut her leg open on bed frame that was sticking out. Customer service at front desk was terrible. Will not utilize this hotel in the future.

This hotel is old and it shows. Plus it doesn't feel clean. It was minutes from the airport, but I wish I stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. Its cleaner, quieter, and had a better breakfast - I'm sure.

While the accomadations where more then adequate, I fell in the tub, because the floor of the tub was like a sheet of ice. Very scary. Luckily. I only scraped my elbow. When told of the problem the manager didn't offer any compensation. Would not ever stay here again or recomend it to anyone.

great place! very accommadating.they were very busy with people going on cruises and remained very pleasant to all!!!Great employees:)

The first room we were given was not very clean - the bathroom was really dirty. I went down to the front desk, we were changed right away - the next room was great. This is an older hotel but very well kept up. The staff are super friendly. I left a couple of items there in error, went back a week later and they were in their lost and found.

O.K. accommodation for the money - handy to cruiseport and airport.

Free Shuttle to and from Airport and Cruise Port, nice free continental breakfast poolside. Rooms are clean but not fancy, Hard Rock Casino nearby as well as shopping... good location for quick overnight to cruise port. I'd rate hotel as 2 or 3 stars. Friends travelling with us has problems with their room lock key and had to wait hours to get it fixed but it did get done around 1a.m. Kuddos to repairman who showed up so late. Staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to Cruise Port was very convenient and full up.Lots of cruiser stay here.

Hotel is close to the airport and the room was not bad at all for the money. The staff was not helpful with information or operation of the hotel.

I paid for an upgraded room, but the room was inferior quality, very dated and 'well used'. I will not use this location again.

If you need to stay one night prior to departing for a cruise, this isn't a bad place to stay -- especially for the price. Little higher price on the weekend (which is naturally expected) ..... free continental breakfast..... transportation from airport and then to cruise terminal was well done. Can get VERY crowded with everyone checking out at the same time (early checkout of 11 AM is a little early compared to most hotels) but it is what it is.....

Enjoyed my stay, my only complaint us that it's so close to the next door hampton inn that I went in there at first by mistake

Ask for the forth floor inside, Parking lot side and second floor far to noisy. Henry is great, rest of staff lethargic and indifferent, The hotel is tired looking but clean. No bed bugs as others stated,

Very nice staff. Very friendly

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Had a free breakfast, but didn't partake, as my flight left too early in the morning. Just stayed one night and took the complimentary shuttle to the airport in the morning. Everything was great, but it was a little loud, as a lot of cruise-goers do one night stays here as well before embarking, and the layout of the hotel was kinda weird.

Hotel was great enjoyed my stay

Fairly basic motel, though that's all we needed for 2 nights before we caught our Cruise. Room etc very clean, Breakfast was fast and furious, the ladies who put everything out and kept the food coming were fantastic, shame on some people and their rudeness.The Breakfast room is very small, however you can sit at tables around the pool or take it back to your room if you desire. Most staff were friendly and helpful, a couple on the night shift weren't so forthcoming. I'd stay again for a short stay.

My stay at Comfort Inn on Stirling Road was an excellent experience. I had a plaza in walking distance and food was at my convenience. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale.

For the money and closeness to the cruiseship terminal it was a good deal.

This hotel was conveniently located to the cruise port and provided transportation for us from the airport to the hotel then to the port. It was wonderful. We would stay here again.
