I like it very much staying at the hotel!!

Perfect location for overnite before cruise. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Convenient shuttle from airport and to cruise port. Personnel friendly. Breakfast decent.

Good customer service the receptionist was on top of everything even when it was super busy with smile. housekeeping was not good at all the lady I spoken to continue to have an attitude and did not want to do her job. nice breakfast area, complimentary shuttle bus was a plus.

We stayed in this hotel twice. The first night was problematic because something in the plumbing kept making weird sounds through the night. We got a different room for the second night of our stay and it was very quiet. Our first room had a refrigerator, the second room did not. The hotel has a nice pool area with a little tiki hut bar, and there was a festive atmosphere. Breakfast was extensive -- scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy, waffles, yogurt, pastries, bagels, cereal, juices, etc. And there was a nice patio to enjoy it on.

room was clean, stall was courteous and place is well maintained. Close to discount stores. Shuttle service to the airport. Close to the airport. I will definitely stay again.

Loved it; its close to the airport, the cruise port, the freeway and the shopping mall is next door. There is food and any services in walking distance. Loved the amenities of this place.

Other than minor maintenance issues and the lack of a restaurant, this hotel is worth the money. The on-site grill on serves a few items and each one takes 30 minutes or more to prepare and the results are not worth waiting for. The neighbouring McDonalds and Taco Bell are faster and have better quality food.

The first night we stayed, there was noise in the plumbing pipes and the noise came from them not just when used but on and off the whole night. The next time we stayed there was no problem with that. The hotel pick up and drop off at the airport was very nice. We also left our car there while we were gone for a week for a very nominal fee. The breakfasts were very nice and more than expected. Nice eating arrangements around the pool or inside if you desired. The location is great, very tropical, next to a shoping center if you needed/wanted something. We also took a drive down to Dania Beach which was fairly close.

Overall, the condition of this hotel is very bad. The doors to the rooms look like they have not been painted in decades and the stairs leading to the second floor were very dirty and in bad repair. The directions the front desk gave us to just get to our room were totally confusing. The only good thing about this place is that that it provided shuttle service to our cruise port! There was also a couple of fast food places and an outdoor mall next door for those last minute items.

THIS COMFORT INN IS A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY BEFORE OR AFTER A CRUISE IN FT. LAUDERDALE. IT OFFERS A FREE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE PORT. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, ALSO. IT IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AS A SHOPPING CENTER IS NEXT DOOR WITH MANY FOOD AND RETAIL STORES...ROSS,MARSHALL'S, OLD NAVY, DOLLAR STORE AND MANY MORE ETC. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LUXURY...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY. AS ROOM UPDATES ARE NEEDED. THE PROBLEM FOR THIS COMFORT INN IS PROBABLY THAT THEY ARE SO BUSY AND IT MAY BE HARD TO SHUT DOWN A PORTION OF THE HOTEL FOR RENOVATIONS. THEY ARE THAT BUSY. IT IS THE BEST VALUE PRICED HOTEL IN THE AREA WITH THE AIRPORT AND CRUISE PORT TO AND FROM FREE SHUTTLES.

GOOD LOCATION FOR QUICK OVERNITE STAY BEFORE HEADING TO AIRPORT. RESTAURANTS ARE WALKABLE, SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT IS CONVENIENT AND QUICK

The staff of this hotel were very friendly and ready to assist you with any issues.

They got us to our ship, but it is very tight and crowded in the lobby as well as in the parking/ pick up area. It gets confusing and overwhelming for many guests.

I stayed here to save some money. More upscale places had the government rate, but this came in below with free wi-fi and breakfast. Continental breakfast was good. Besides the cereal and pastries they had a waffle station and a dish with scrambled eggs and bacon, much more hearty than expected. Localtion was convenient to get to from the airport and bed was comfortable.

Very clean and enjoyable. Employees were friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet and was for four hours so no hassle getting to eat.

The hotel staff were very helpful with everything, they even got us into a room at 10am after we missed our connecting flight and were exhausted. Rooms were reasonable for the price.

This hotel is very old and in dire need of a significant upgrade. The pool area is acceptable, but the rooma are not, especially at the price charged. I would never stay here again. Other Comfort Inns I have stayed at have been decent. Even the elevators are scary.

I took the last parking spot at 10:30 pm. I wanted to go somewhere but did not because I wouldn't have had a parking spot when I returned. Some box moving trucks took up several spots and cars honked all night long in protest as they rounded the lot not being able to park. The AC unit was VERY loud. Otherwise the room was quite nice.

The location was right off the expressway and easy to navigate. The hallways were a little dirty. However, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The small take out restaurant was out of some food items but fortunately there is a McDonalds and a Taco Bell next door that were open.

The safe was not bolted down and the comforters on both beds were nasty. Overall the room seemed old and out of date. Good location though. Not bad for a night, but wouldn't want this place to be my vacation location.

This hotel is good only if free shuttle service from FLL airport and cruiseport is used. Breakfast was good and service folks were good. Issue is hotel facilities, no good TV channels and very poor maintenance around the rooms. Body lotion was missing on few days. Towles were less. Elevator had issues and floors around it very bad. Reception had no idea about Disney channel and insisted it in #3 by tricking the guests and after few calls agreed that was not subscribed.

A lot of noise and walking around in the middle of night.

The hotel cleanliness was terrible. The lock on our door was not safe and we were on the ground floor and we asked for a different room and of course none was available. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport for an early check-in and unfortunately the airport shuttle only runs every hour which meant we had to leave even earlier so we were at the airport two hours earlier than we needed to be. But what is the most important is how disgusting and dirty the room was.

We were only there to sleep but it was a nice hotel for what we needed. Shuttle from airport and shuttle to port were great. Also was able to set up my shuttle back to airport from port so it was convenient. We would stay again!

Not a bad place for a one night stay. Great hit breakfast, ham and eggs and nice selection if fruits and pastries. The place could use some work and AC units are noisy. The staff is very friendly but the check in process is antiquated.

Great hotel and location for our one night atay prior to our cruise. Crowd was over welming for breakfast and seating around the pool was limited. Breakfast selections were good.

Nice hotel a little older but well maintained. Good pool. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the science center if you have kids.

it was dirty not very appealing very convenient to get in and out of the airport and port staff very pleasant the place needs to be cleaned up and up dated

The place was completely booked, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given the wrong room at first, but when I told them, they quickly rectified the situation. It is an old building and looks it. It was clean enough--EXCEPT for the carpets. Our feet turned black as we walked on it-gross. We wore socks the rest of the time to protect our feet. There was no hot water in the morning, but when we checked out they said it was fixed and there was some timer on the hot water tank:/ The portable crib was gross just like the other hotel we stayed in, but we were given clean sheets and I soaked it in Lysol spray before the baby went in it (normally we bring our own, but forgot this time). Overall it was ok, and not too bad for the price!

Even though we stayed only for two nights the room needs to be more clean.bleach needs to be applied to the linens and hotel needs to really remodel the rooms for two hundred for the two nights i should've got a nice fresh smelling room and also please shampoo the carpets!

The location was a high priority for us, near the airport. Older property. Assigned room had VERY noisy heating-cooling unit. I spoke with the front desk and within 15 minutes we were in a quieter upgrade room. Very pleasant, responsive staff. In all, our needs nicely met.

I was nervous about the mixed reviews, but this hotel was perfect. I was in town for one night, flying in and out of FLL. It was a short cab ride to Seminole Casino, which is where I was headed for the evening. The bed was comfortable after a long night out, the room was clean, and the airport shuttle was convenient. I look forward to staying here in the future!

The rooms are dated and dark. Seemed clean enough. We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It served it's purpose but nothing more than that.

Glad it was just for one night. Proximity to the airport was good and breakfast was adequate. Would probably recommend for someone needing a reasonably priced hotel very close to the airport.

Overall not as bad as I thought it would be. When I first arrived I was disappointed with the look of the hotel and the throngs of people streaming through the lobby. This hotel is used by people coming down for cruise ships. The downstairs bar was disgusting very dirty and smelling of cigarettes. The pool was clean and the patio area seemed well kept. The rooms face outward there are no hallways so if a bad storm hits or someone is enjoying their bass a little too much you will hear it. The room was a bit dated inside. The carpet in my room had a couple of nasty stains and a spot that looked as though gum had been smashed into the carpet. It did have a flat screen tv and a nice desk with a leather chair to sit in. They have free WiFi. The front desk employees were useless. I asked for take out menus, and the woman behind the desk handed me 6 when I asked which was good she replied "uuuuuhhhm I dunno". The staff seemed to lack any profesionalism the nicest staff member I met was the woman cleaning my room. Basically you get what you pay for!

We arrived at 4:00 pm, after traveling 12 hours and had to wait over an hour before we could get into our rooms. There were a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their rooms and tons of luggage blocking the walkways. Needless to say, I was not very happy.

CHECK IN WAS AT 3:00PM - WE ARRIVED AT 4:00PM AND THE LOBBY WAS FULL OF PEOPLE WAITING TO GET THEIR ROOMS! OUR ROOMS (THERE WAS A GROUP OF 6 WITH 3 ROOMS TOTAL) WERE NOT READY UNTIL ABOUT 5:15PM! AND THEN WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I GOT TO OUR ROOM THE TOILET SEAT WAS ONLY HALF ATTACHED! THE LID KEPT SHUTTING ON OUR BUTTS WHEN WE WOULD SIT ON THE STUPID TOILET!! AND THEN WHEN I WAS IN ONE OF THE BEDS I JUST FELT SOMETHING UNEASY AND SURE ENOUGH THERE WAS A BUG CRAWLING UNDER THE SHEET! I COULD HARDLY SLEEP FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT AFTER THAT! NASTIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER SPENT A NIGHT IN AND WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN A CAR THAN SPEND IT IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN!!!

My first reaction was that I was in Port Au Prince. The lobby was very cheaply decorated and there were three gentlemen, employees of the hotel, speaking Haitian to each other, while helping two ladies arrange their room. The property looks like it was built in the 70's, with a torn up elevator, and rooms with broken down appliances. The usual products in the room were scarce, no shampoo, one small bar of soap, and a poorly cleaned room. I would rate this hotel as a flat 2 across the board, except for the location is very convenient to the cruises and airport.
