Hotel is run down, the room was very dirty, elevators worked sporadically. Aside from the lobby and outside, pictures on hotels.com make things look way better than they are. I really dislike how one of the more important points, when the desk is open, is buried in the fine print. Do not book this hotel, there is much better almost right next door.

The hotel is in the center of the city, in a quiet area, with parking and is in good condition. An old building though and it is a bit dated. Room was clean and huge.

Our first stop on our vacation, negotiating Nice streets in a rental car was.....interesting! Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Huge room! WE were very surprised knowing European standard is a lot smaller than home! No aircon and we were reveling in Nice's warm weather but the huge opening windows and ceiling fans worked a treat. Our room was clean but the hotel is in SERIOUS need of some 'do up' maintenance. The shower had obviously been leaking for some time, through the plaster wall and we could see where the carpet had been wet and dried numerous times, and during our 4 day stay we could see it happening again. The kitchen countertops were cracking and lifting in places, the paintwork was tired and the furniture was VERY tired! However, we were three adult traveling together and we were there to see Nice, not spend the day in a hotel room. We just needed a bed to sleep in and we did go to the supermarket and get breakfast essentials as we felt 8Euro for brekkie was a little steep.The hotel asks for clients to leave the kitchen clean and all dishes done or they will charge extra. The did not have any equipment in the room to do this although there was a small dishwasher - 1 detergent tablet for 4 days isn't going to work! We purchased our own cleaning materials at the supermarket but then had to cart these around the rest of our vacation. We walked possibly every street in Nice which was easily done from the hotels location - a definite plus! On site parking - although tricky to find and only having 1 working elevator was a great. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are more about the city you are visiting than about where you rest your head for the night. Its clean, its convenient, the staff are great - its just tired.

This hotel is good for those who are traveling with friends or family. The entire hotel is a bit old & not really fully equipped. Missing some essential needs in the room or needs to be fixed. Quite neighborhood, friendly staff. I enjoyed my time in Nice and I would recommend if you have a low budget plus traveling with friends.

Hotel is in a decent location, close to the beach but a long walk to Old Nice (at least 20 mins, not including stopping for shopping/sight seeing) I visited Monoco (Monte Carlo) where it took about 30 mins walking to get to the bus stop. Negatives: The tub was dirty when I got there and had to rinse it out, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The hot water cut off after 10 minutes and didn't come back on until the next day. They charge extra for everything (extra towels, cleaning, extra rolls of toilet paper, phone, taxes...) Positiives: The room was spacious and did include a kitchen which was nice if you plan to stay in, but for me, I was doing too much sight seeing and didn't have time for cooking anyway. I didn't need much because I wasn't in the hotel much except to sleep, so if thats all you need it for, its definitely a decent stay for the price.

We had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchenette. Loads of space. Acceptably clean. Rather run-down & could do with a refurbishment. Main drawback: no air conditioning, all rooms hot and stuffy.

Friendly staff, convenient for seafront, town and airport. Clean but in need of a cosmetric refresh. Room was spacious and comfortable enough. This is a central location with no air conditioning, so sleeping with windows open means there is bound to be noise from traffic or other residents (with their windows open). But this was only a problem some of the time, and air conditioning would keep me awake anyway - and is bad for global warming. The bathrooms have baths with shower attachments but oddly they don’t have a rail or backet to hold it on the wall - investing a couple of euros on this would be a big improvement (but better a bath with shower attachment, than a shower with no bath !). Having a free change of towels and linen just once week is plain meanness if you have bought more than a weeks worth of accommodation - and I had to remind them on the eighth day they still hadn’t done so ! Every two or three days would be more appropriate. Don’t bother with the hotel breakfast which is over priced - visit one of the local boulangeries or a café on the Promenade.

Very helpful staff. Room for 5 people delivering great value for money. Remember in Nice.. if in need of taxi.. ask front desk to order one... almost impossible to get one from the street. Not fancy, no AC, but surprising with clean towels and such. Quite a long walk to old town, but rather close to the beach.

+ the reception staff were friendly and helpful - hotel room as well as the corridor leading to it were worn-out and run-down - once again, that place was really depressing - there was not even any toilet paper in the room - value for money was clearly negative Make no mistake, 3 stars in Southern Europe never mean the same as 3 stars in Northern America. In Northern America it would an honest mid-level place of stay, in Southern Europe you get a dingy hostel that calls itself hotel.

A very comfortable room at a good price. And only a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais. We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful service.

Everything that you would expect in a hotel of this price. Reception was multilingual and prompt to help you out the best way possible. Lobby was pleasant to wait. Check-in time is a little late (3pm) and there is no internet in the room, but only in the lobby. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A basic hotel with all the amenities you need to sleep. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is free but incredibly slow.

We stayed in the 4p. appartment for 4 days at the end of March for the excellent rate of about £120. The hotel is what you expect from this sort of money; it has everything you need, but maybe not of a 5 star quality, which is absolutely fine for a short stay. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has everything including a dishwasher, although no microwave. The beds, however, were a bit small and worn out, but again, fine for a couple of nights. It's only about 20 min from the airport by the 23 bus, which costs 1 euro for a single and you walk into town from the hotel (about 15min). The local area has everything with a large supermarket nearby and plenty of small shops and cafes. We stayed on the road side of the hotel, which can get a bit noisy if you leave the windows open, so ask for the rear side of the hotel, or just make sure you're tired enough to sleep through it. The staff are pretty helpful, we arrived before the 3pm check-in time, and although we were not allowed to check in, we were shown the lugguage room and given direction where to go in town. Overall, if you're not expecting a 5 star hotel, this hotel has everything you need and offers the best value for money in Nice.

the staff were friendly, the room was fine and also clean. although there was free wifi in the foyer area, it was not fast enough to operate on my 3g phone. An English speaking news station on the TV would have been appreciated but that is the only fault I would have.

I have stayed there both travelling alone and with my spouse and kids. It's fantastic to have your very own kitchen and also laundry facilities downstairs. The rooms are spacious, clean, with big windows. The staff is fabulous! So helpful, kind and engaging. I can't believe something so well kept could be so affordable and I will always look forward to going back. Things I was less fond of: the room was cold (in winter, granted). It was non-smoking but still, it did smell of smoke. The free internet downstairs was really slow. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the train station and 4 minutes from the sea. I would recommend it to anyone who feels like having a full-fledge impeccable apartment for less than the price of a hotel.

Good value,convenient and a good place to leave the car.

The hotel room was very run down and the beds particularly hard. Reception staff perfunctory but not particularly friendly. No satellite TV. It was extremely hot and having the window open meant very annoying street noise from passing traffic. We ordered breakfast the first morning and when we got down at 9.30am, it was sitting on the table waiting for us, but for goodness knows how long...Not nice. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told we had to provide our own! We figured maybe 3 star in France was not equivallent to 3 star in Australia, however, after a train delay, we booked an additional night in a different 3 star hotel and this was lovely. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel provides sufficient spaces for accomodation but it could be better because everything was simple and no attractive decoration and equipments were seen. Location is good and close to sea, train station and shopping center. internet was disconnected always.The most important disadvantage was lack of air conditioner which makes the room imtorable during the day in July-Augest.

The location of this hotel is good, just a few blocks away form the Promanade des Anglais. The apartment was spacious, but not especially clean. The apartment was in bad need of renovation. No air-condition. The toalet is siuated in a small room near the door, without any windows. To wash your hands, you need to go the shower room, in the other end of the apartment. 5 TV channels, all of them French (after a couple of hours, one stopped working). The reception (friendly staff) close at 8PM. No check-in possible after this time! At the same time the front door closes. All guests will get a code for entering the hotel after 8PM, but unfortunately the code didn't work, neither for us nor for the other guests. The hotel offers parking in a garage under the hotel (EUR10/night), but if you drive a big SUV you will not be able to enter the garage. Kitchen in apt is small, but OK. A supermarked nearby (on Boulevard Gambetta) has everything you need. I recommend this hotel if it's OK for you to stay a bit simple. Beds are good for up to 4 people. We entered Nice by car from the West and followed our GPS to the hotel. The GPS selected very crowded, bad streets to the hotel. I recommend you to first enter an address on the Promenade (e.g. 37 Promenade des Anglais, 06000 Nice) and then the adreess of Residence Nice Fleurs. This should give you a better access to the hotel.

A spacious room for the five of us. Close to Promenade des Anglais, that was nice. It was very hot and there was no airconditioning. Not very clean and the shower over bath had no hook so you have to hold it, which I don't like. Very noisy street, couldn't close the windows because of the heat. There were no lightbulbs in the bedside lamps.I don't understand why??? The room will be more comfortable when it's less warm.

I spent 3 nights at Residence Nice Fleurs with 3 other friends and it was a very pleasant experience for all of us. We booked a 4-person apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable as there was two single beds, a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchenette was also well-equipped and we managed to find all the utensils we needed to prepare dinner. The hotel is not too near Vieux Nice, but its a pleasant 15-20 min walk along the Promenade des Anglais to get there. Initially I was apprehensive about this hotel because of several bad reviews about the condition of the hotel, but I did not encounter any such inconveniences. I remember someone complaining about the corridors being pitch black, and that is true, but only because one did not press one of the several light switch that are illuminated along the wall. (Its a good way to save electricity!) For the rate I paid, I would definitely go back to this hotel!

The hotel was great, HOWEVER there was an optional additional fee for air conditioning of 6 Euros per day, which could only be purchased for the entire stay, meaning all or nothing. The bathroom had no toilet paper, which we had to ask for in person at the front desk. Must be a "European thing".

ch hung me up a bit, but the price made it worthwhile.

per quanto concerne le nostre esigenze,possiamo conideralo nel suo insieme soddisfacente.Occorerebbe a nostro parere un rinnovamento degli arredi (tende,piano cottura,moquette..sorebbe un hotel"ottimo".

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et fait le maximum pour les clients. La résidence, bien que située à une certaine distance du centre ville, est dans un quartier agréable. Les appartements sont simples mais très propres. Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour un court séjour en toute indépendance.

Hôtel bien placé. Cuisine bien équipée, manquait seulement un micro-onde et quelques ustensiles comme épluche légume, couteau de boucherie. Le hall et les parties communes sont jolies et propres. Notre chambre était très spacieuse mais aurait besoin d' être rafraichie ( moquette tachée en autre, rideau qui ferme pas de manière hermétique et laisse passé le jour). Il aurait été bien d' avoir au moins deux prises confort de chaque coté du lit et une lampe de chevet également de chaque coté. On peut avoir accés au parking par ascenseur directement dans l' hôtel. Les points fort sont parking sous l' hôtel avec accés direct on peut rentrer à l heure qu' on veut , cuisine dans les appartements, pièce spacieuse.

Das Residence Nice Fleurs liegt nicht weit von der Promenade des Anglais. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Busse, die sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zum Flughafen fahren. Wenn man sich auskennt, kann man problemlos zur Altstadt laufen (ca. 20-30 Gehminuten). Unser Zimmer war nicht "übertrieben" sauber, aber auch nicht dreckig (der Teppichboden könnte ausgewechselt werden). Das Bad und das WC waren sehr sauber. Das Nice Fleurs ist nicht ein typisches Hotel, es ist eher ein Aparthotel. Unser Zimmer war sozusagen ein Studio mit einer offenen Küche. Was ein bisschen negativ war, war der Lärm, der aus der Strasse kam (1. Stock und keine schalldichten Fenster). Wäre das Zimmer Richtung Innenhof gelegen, wäre es bestimmt besser gewesen. Dennoch würden wir das Aparthotel definitiv weiterempfehlen (gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis).

probleme d'ascenseur!! panne probleme de porte d'entrée à la résidence (ouverte et en panne...)n'importe qui peut rentrer dans la résidence..pas de code à faire code identique sur 3 jours pour accès parking...!!!! on pourrait payer un jour...et rentrer les autres jours gratuits!!! rue très bruyante!! pour 3 nuits. et au mois d'octobre et...vu l'emplacement rien à dire

Cortesi alla reception, mantiene nei servizi quello che vedi sul sito. La cucinetta permette di prepararsi la colazione, manca un microonde per poterci anche fermare ai parti. A piedi si arriva al lungomare (15-20 minuti) ed alla zona pedonale (30 minuti). Buon punto d'appoggio per vacanze fino a una settimana.

Excellent accueil à la réception. Jardin très agréable. Petit-déjeuner très bien mais peut-être mettre les croissants à disposition plutôt que d'office. Le logement est spacieux et propre mais un peu vétuste. Moquette tâchée, canapé déchiré, cuisine un peu ancienne. Logement très calme côté cour.

Bonne situation mais aménagement, équipements et mobilier à rénover et à améliorer.
