Hampton Inn & Suites Baton Rouge - I-10 East - باتون روج

Had a stopover for one night. Nice Breakfast Buffet (included) and awesome pools (2 + Jacuzee). Friendly staff, check in took about a minute.

We stayed here for a family vacation and overall the rooms were very nice and clean. We had a lot of room to put a travel crib. The only problem was the thermostat control was touchy and always felt too hot or too cold. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly. There were some times when there was no one at the hotel desk for extended periods of time and we heard the phone ring for 10 minutes. A great feature is the kid pool, which is 1 ft deep and has some fountains in the center. Our one-year-old loved it. The hot tub was nice too. The only problem was that it was a little inconvienent to get to and is across the highway from an abandoned movie theater covered in graffiti, but these were minor.

We really enjoyed our stay recently at this Hampton Inn. We've stayed here in the past and enjoyed its close proximity to I-10, Geismar and our daughter and family. The rate for this weekend was better than several nearby hotels so we chose H/I. As usual the accommodations were up to our expectations and the service people were very cordial. With this location and the surrounding residential neighborhood we feel safe and secure.

Our 2 night stay was great! The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. The only problem we had was our cards had to be reprogrammed on the 2nd day however I've had this at other hotels too. Also the bathroom could've been a little bit bigger but overall it was a great experience.

Great- Breakfast a little late- more fresh fruit would be nice

Very nice, rooms were very clean. Walk-in shower was awesome! Staff was very pleasant. We will stay here again!

Overall, very good...except the toilet ran continuously...kept door closed to block noise...

Very nice. The only drawback was the water pressure in the sink was very weak.

Very Nice Hotel at a great price. Close to several attractions in the Baton Rouge area. Our room wasn't quite ready at check-in, but they were willing to work with us. Would stay there again!

The beds and pillows were very comfy! I dislike that this hotel charged $20 to my credit card when I had already paid for the hotel through Hotels.com. I was advised that this was a pre-authorization and will disappear, but this has never happened before when using Hotels.com.

The Staff were 5 star staff member very nice and very helpful. The room on the other hand was old, worn out and not clean. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and dirty It appeared as the grout had never been cleaned. The bed room had a hole in the wall where the phone plugs in and I am talking about a hole the size of greeting card with all the wires exposed. The bed was comfortable but rest was nothing special. At their daily rate one would expect a much cleaner and upscale room. The room was much like a room in a low budget motel.

Very confortable for a family of 5. The room with 2 beds and the sofa sleeper was ideal for our situation.

We have never been disappointed with Hampton Inns, and this stay was no exception. Clean, comfortable room, great bed and linens, breakfast is always hot and fresh and staff very friendly.

The televison had problems all night. I was told that the cable company was going to HD and this was the cause. It was very irritating.

Very impressed with this hotel. The room was great and the staff was very friendly. The complimentry breakfast was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

The only negative was the road noise from I 10. Rooms were great, service was great and amenities were great..

The facitilies were nice and the price was very reasonable. There was an attractive outdoor pool but closed for the winter. The facility was fairly new and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of fruits, yogart, waffles, cereal, pastries, toast, etc. Breakfast was served from 6:00 until 10:00 which was nice. The rooms were clean and looked nice. The beds, however, were so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep all night. In spite of everything else being so nice, the bed comfort is most important, so I probably won't be staying at this hotel again.

The room was quite spacious and the two queen beds were just fine. However, the sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable. Check in/out was fast and easy. Decent breakfast was included.

I stayed in the Queen Suite. The room was nice with ample room for me, my wife, and 2 teenage kids. You can tell that the hotel is new which is good and not a lot of guests stayed here so there was good parking and special one on one attention from the staff. Check-in was a breeze. Continental breakfast was also good. Will stay here again.

This Hampton was built in 2008 or 2009 so it is fairly new. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. Like all Hamptons it is a good hotel, nothing upscale, but very good. Lots of kids so be prepared for the usual noise, but the upside is that it is a solid choice for families. Lastly the location is good with the proviso that you are close to the interstate and light sleepers will hear the traffic.

This hotel was a dream after staying one lousy night at the Microtel Inn on Plaza Americana dr. (Do not go to Microtel you risk your life). I have stayed in fancy hotels and this one rates right up there for the price and location.

VERY GOOD POOL AREA FOR INFANTS THRU ADULTS. ABLE TO KEEP KIDS ENTERTAINED FOR THE SHORT TIME WE WERE THERE.

Our stay at the Hampton was very nice, it was clean and convienent i would def stay here again. THe only complaint i do have was with the person working the breakfast area i think i was to much for her to handle alone, they really needed two people working this area. Other than that i would def recommend this to a friend and stay here again.

Very nice seemed like a new hotel. Very clean would stay again if in the area. Contential breakfast was very good.

The over all experience was great. We came in with 3 kids all of them enjoyed the stay. The whole place was very clean including parking lot, hallways, breakfast area, and the most important one the room. Breakfast was satisfying there were plenty of choices for us and the kids. The only negative thing I can say is that the front desk clerk was not very courteous during my checking. He asked for my credit card and when I asked what for he said for "incidentals". I didn't here him well and I said "incidentals"? he moved on to say don't you know what an incidental is? But he said it with an arrogant smart mouth tone. I did not let this however ruin my experience. I loved the hotel and I would recomend it highly.

My granddaughter and I came from Shreveport for her Cosmotology State Board Testing. The hotel was within 2 miles of the location- SO convenient! The hotel was fairly new and beautiful. We were impressed and very comfortable. The walls are thin, though. Bring a sound conditioner. The beds were comfortable and rooms well cared for. Bathrooms were clean and almost new. Plenty of hot water.
