It's okay. But the shower didn't work well, not enough water flows. The bathroom need improvement.

Exceeds expectations! Love the wine bar in the lobby. Great view of lake from our room!

The hotel was nice but I found some body trash bags behind the sofa like the room wasn't properly clean and the ice box was dusty like it haven't been clean or even used in a while. And the cost to park your car was a ARM and a LEG

This was our first ever stay at the Fairmount Hotel at Millenium Park. Everything was really excellent. The hotel is beautifully designed and laid out. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. We had a drink in the bar and a fantastic meal at Aria. The hotel is conveniently located to many attractions in the downtown area. I highly recommend the Fairmount.

The $58 parking is over the top! Wouldn't stay there again because of that Additionally, the $16 a night wi-fi fee is on the high end and frankly, since I know what the system costs, is a ripoff. I'd rather pay a little more for the room and get reasonable, if not free, wi-fi, and a break on the parking!

Hotel is lovely. Very good location. Wonderful staff. Only criticism, Aria restaurant food is OK, not great.

Good location depending upon what you are doing. Foods kind of pricey ($60.00) breakfast for two! Room was huge and pretty nice. I'd book again.

We've stayed here several times, and also pleased with the size, quality and cleanliness of the room. It's only 3-4 blocks from the Magnificent Mile so not in the congested area but takes only five minutes to walk to where the action is located.

We have stayed at the Fairmont Chicago several times and they always set a high standard for excellence. Stella at the front desk was just delightful. A good location, wonderful views and the service is always great. We look forward to returning.

Stayed on a quick weekend trip with friends and loved the location and layout. Very nice place for the rate paid on hotels.com

stayed in a king suite with deluxe view on NYE and thouroghly enjoyed my stay. saw fireworks from my view as well!! enjoyed the sushi bar at the restaurant in the hotel and even went wine tasting in the hotel as well. overall id stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Staff was great with the exception of the valet service and bellmen which were hard to find. The floor we were on was suprisingly beat up and tired. The room was nice and in good condition.

Great Hotel in the Theatre District! Everything was great......but our room must have been an after thought. Long hallway in room with no room for bags. Very comfortable King bed. Just a little aquard, but will not stop me from going back!!

Very nice hotel experience. The only glitch was an automatic charge for valet which was supposed to be included in the package. The bill was slipped under the door in the morning and had been charged to my credit card. I was credited after a call to the front desk. It was handled promptly with no hassle and a very nice apology. Perfect customer service.

Found a dirty shirt left in my room; Upon leaving the hotel for some errands I informed the desk.. They said they would take care of it. I returned 90 minutes later and shirt was still there.

Great hotel -- Room was very comfortable with all the amenities and very friendly staff. Health club is a good size - no waiting for machines. Join the President's Club ahead of time online or when you arrive (it's free) and you'll get free access to the health club and free internet service in your room.

The hotel and location were great. Would be nice though to have access to a more affordable breakfast -- the Aria restaurant in the hotel charged $13 for a bowl of oatmeal -- a bit steep! Not justifiable for business trips and too high for leisure travellers.

Hotel was nice itself. Our room wasnt cleaned, hair chunks in the shower and the drain didnt work. We asked for a new room and had to wait 45 mins in the middle of trying to get ready for the night. It made us late and no sorrys or credit off our bill. A call to the health dept. wouldnt hurt this hotel.

We parked the car in the Aon public parking garage. Unfortunately this garage cannot be accessed from the hotel on weekends. You have to walk over to the Aon building and go through this building's security entrance. Or you can easily valet!

The king size room and the accomdations in the room were very nice. The view, though foggy at the time, was still impressive. Walked to Art Institute, House of Blues, etc. Great night and a great price.

Our recent stay at the Chicago Fairmont was wonderful. We were there New Years weekend and everything from the doorman to the bartenders was perfect. Even the less obvious things like room security and limiting access to guest room areas on a weekend filled with celebrations were provided. It is unlikely my next stay in Chicago will be elsewhere.

The Fairmont staff and service was excellent. Would defnitely recommend it and will return.

Hotel was beautiful and the service was really top notch. My only issue was we didn't realize our reservation only guaranteed us a room and not a room type so we ended up in a double. We'd have checked in earlier had I known. The once though was amazing considering it was NYE in Chicago.

stay in the sity every year for the christmas holiday,,,what a great choice.never had to step into a cab was able to walk to everything from state street to michigan ave. areas... having the valet waived for the season was a great incentive to stay there as well...........

We were generally please with the hotel but they had approximately 1,000 young people attending a mock UN meeting. Elevators (8) were essentially not functional. We were on the 5th floor but people on the 30th probably waited for 45 minutes for an elevator to come.

it was quite the inconvienience having people yelling outside your door all night, young adults flooding the elevator to full capacity everytime I ride them. lobby full of people . annoying to say the least

Fairmont is high end. Sink drain plug did not work. Room coffee maker was broken, very little closet space. Not good value for the rating.

Hotel was fine, but breakfast service was substandard and room service quality was mediocre at best.
