Nice hotel. Ease of access to all things including restaurants, Disney, Downtown Disney, Seaworld, etc. Parking wasn't as bad as others have commented. You just don't have the luxury of valet, big deal!

The hotel was clean and service was fine. A great hotel for the price. I would definately visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Caribe Royale. Our check-in and out process was very smooth. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the staff was very nice and helpful everytime. The only downfall was the dining was a lil pricey buy I expected it. I did take advantage of the free transportation to and from the Disney parks which saved money on parking. I would recommend anyone to stay here and I would visit again.

Loved the hotel and the pool waterslide!

Nice hotel, but they charge for wifi access and use of a computer.

Excellant hotel service...

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here and we'll be back. if you have a car, you're right down the street from Downtown Disney and just a few miles from all the parks. Plus, there are literally dozens of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The suites are perfect for a family of four, with a separate bedroom allowing for some privacy/sanity. My two boys are more than comfortable on the pullout couch, especially with their own flat screen TV. The in room fridge/microwave allows you to enjoy breakfast/snacks. We didn't have time to use the huge pool/water slide on this trip, but it's been great in the past. There are restaurants on site too, but we've never tried them . . . heading out into the neighborhood is too convenient. It's also very easy to get to/from the airport. I've paid the premium prices and have enjoyed the on-property Disney experience many times. Overall, however, I'll take the convenience and price of the Caribe.

This is a great hotel for the value. This is the second time we have stayed here. You can purchase the park tickets on site at the Expedia counter without waiting in the long lines. You can also get discounted tickets through the timeshare counter that is onsite. We will definitely stay here again. The rooms are spacious. We have two small children that loved the pool and slide. Enjoyed it very much.

I spent many hours searching for our disney hotel and it paid off - this was excellent. The restaurants are a bit pricey but with the fridge and facilities in the room you can easily pop out to the reasonably local supermarket and buy some food. We drove to the water park which wasn't covered by the shuttle, so be aware of that....but there is no charge for the parking there. I would recommend this hotel - the pool was good too.

Excellent overall! For our family of 4 it was the perfect spot to stay... convenient to Disney World and also nice in and of itself with good restaurants and pool. The room was lovely, just enough space and clean. Staff were very courteous.

The Caribe Royale Hotel provided all the services that, I wanted for myself and my family. We had no discrepancies and we had a great time staying at the hotel.

Good location and easy to park car. Hotel staff very polite and friendly.

Very nice hotel, clean, kid friendly. Only down side is parking is terrible you will walk a long way to hotel entrance. Also do not use their transporation to the parks you add so much wasted bus time

Our stay in the hotel was very satisfying for me and my family, everything was well taken care of and overall the hotel looked fantastic. The service was nothing below welcoming and they were very fast with our check-in's and servies/questions. Although it's location is something bothersome the overall hotel is very good to stay in.

No shuttle service to/from airport!? It's 2012 WiFi should be as standard!? Nickle and diming guests $10 a day for decade old internet speeds is not acceptable. Providing quality WiFi is not expensive. Certainly worth the increase in guests and/or guest satisfaction. Clean rooms, friendly service and an overall nice place to stay. It's a shame the little details hold the Caribe back. Maybe better management with more attention to detail will improve future ratings

Picked this hotel based on location and reviews. Held up to it's hype in all ways. Great pool area including the bar and pool side food. Easy access to I4 which takes you anywhere you need to go in Orlando. Suite rooms very sizable and worked well for a family of 5. Service was good, hotel was clean and the price was best I've seen for the value.

We travel regularly within florida....stayed 2 nights during springbreak. There are way too many rooms/guests for the pool that is onsite. It is super crowded and they seem shortstaffed constantly. I feel sorry for them...the grounds are nice, but it feels like they are trying to save money on staffing. 2 busy bellhops during spring break....why? 2 busy guys working the one pool bar/food counter. why? Bottom line--The services available does not seem in balance with the capacity.

Check-in process was very slow, but everything else was great.

Loved the hotel! Convenient to all things Orlando. Even if you never leave the hotel you will have a magical vacation! The pools and restaurants are amazing! Live steel drum music and poolside cafe are perfect! Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Great location, nice amenities, but for the business traveler a little disappointing. Really, charging by the day for Internet Access? That is enough of a reason to keep me from coming back there on business...nobody charges for Internet these days!

Everything here was perfect! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

We stayed in a Suite and was more than happy with the size of the room and the amentities. Prices in restuarants very reasonable, close to parks, stores, etc. Will definatly be returning even if we don't have plans to visit a park. Would like more time in the Hotel to enjoy the amentities.

I booked this place through hotels.com and when I was Looking for a place I specifically asked for a 2 bath Since I was going to be sharing this room with 5 other People. Upon getting there it was VERY small and had only 1 bathroom. The sheets were very nasty And the sleeper sofa bed mattress was so thin that you could feel every spring. It was awful. It was also very over crowded and you had to park a mile from where u stayed. Would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is best is you have a car, as there is nothing in convenient walking distance. However, the rooms are spacious and have a refrigerator and microwave. They offer a great deal on cabana rental. The pool is extremely crowded. Staff is very friendly

Great facility. Our girls loved the pool. We really enjoyed the suite style room set up. The drive to Disney property is direct and easy to navigate.

You need to replace your sofa beds if they're all like the one we had to sleep on.(in fact we couldn't sleep it was so uncomfortable). The regular beds sere fine as was everything else but if you offer a sofa bed you need to make sure that bed is good enough for one to sleep on. Other than that the hotel was great. The outdoor pool was fun and the restaurants were fine. I'd go to this hotel again but I'd make sure no one had to use the sofa bed.

This hotel is conveniently located to all the Parks, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, well decorated, and had beautiful landscaping! The beds were extremely comfortable. Caribe Royale met all of our expectations and more!

This hotel provided superb service and amenities. Great price through Hotels.com. Close proximity to Disney World parks, Convenient shuttle to the parks. Wonderful pool and water slide and waterfall for kids to enjoy.

We picked this hotel based on all the positive ratings and they were accurate indeed. Everything about the hotel was great...my only complaint would be the quality of the pillows (too firm for our taste). The hotel is almost a straight 2 mile shot to all the Disney parks and about 6 miles form Universal.
