Loved being Boston on a gorgeous Spring w/end. Ate dinner at Trade 1 block away. Great food & Trendy.Went to Red Sox 100th Anniversary of Fenway Park. Visited the Gardner Museum.

Whenever we mentioned where we were staying, people were so impressed that we were staying at this fancy hotel. Craziness enough, this was the best deal on Hotels.com for surrounding hotels. We wanted to stay closer to Childrens Museum and Aquarium and we were surprised as to how close we were. Easy walking for ourselves and our kids. Staff was fully attentive and on the spot with room service and other requests. Definitely surpassed expectations for us Arizona travelers. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

5 star service, gorgeous location, impressive lobby, the most comfortable bed, well trained staff. Everyone was so helpful. We took a boat from the airport right to the hotel. Lindsey checked us in and was the most helpful clerk we've ever had. Hats off to the Boston Harbor Hotel. We will be back!!

I travel to Boston very regularly. The Charles or The Liberty are much better locations for my work. But the staff at the Boston Harbor Hotel makes up for the distance (from my work) in spades. When you can stay at a hotel that makes you feel like you are at home, who wouldn't jump at the chance. Facility is a bit formal for my taste. But a friendly smiling face is by far my dominant memory of the hotel.

Wonderfull staff, great room, cool location

would have loved to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea to end the day in my room, but they do not provide makers in the rooms. One must either go downstairs or order room service. Ugh. Quite inconvienent. Other than that, beautiful hotel, lap pool and spacious gym.

Boston is beautiful and the Bar Harbor Hotel is well situated - we had a great view of the harbor and were able to walk to Quincy Market for shopping and touristy stuff as well as to the Northend to a great restaurant for dinner and pastry shop for desert. We also ate at the Rowes Wharf Sea Grille - fantastic food and service!

Had Harbor View room. Loved it! Excellent service throughout the hotel (door, desk, restaurant and bar). Great lap swimming pool.

We have stayed here several times before, and once again had a fabulous stay. We always book the Harbor View Suite - it's a little more expensive, but the view is fantastic. The extra space of the sitting area is also a really big plus. Everything was fantastic, the rooms are beautifully appointed, the bed very comfortable, plenty of space for luggage and counter space. We received a lovely plate of fruit each day, as well as free bottled water (try to get that in New York!) Although the bathroom has only one sink (no problem for us) and a tub shower combo (I actually like having the tub) it was done with marble throughout - very pretty. We haven't eaten in the resteraunt, as we always go to the North End and a steakhouse when we are there, but the bar is really nice - an old fashioned dark wood, low light bar, good sized, great liquor selection, nice bartenders. Service was impeccable from all staff members. We'll be back again.

The lamps shades on each side of the bed were dirty and old. The bathtub is really disapointing for an hotel like this, old, too small and too low, it doesn't match with the beautiful counter and sink. No mini bar in the room, this is very strange!

We have stayed in hotels all over the world, this one is among the best. The only complaint is no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby for early morning coffee drinkers.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. The hotel has such great restaurants, we only left one night to go out to dinner. Close to the financial center, the neighborhood is very quiet on the weekends. The hotel is within walking distance of the North End and China Town. Right on the water, the Harbor Walk is directly behind the hotel and a beautiful location for a long walk of sight seeing on Boston Harbor. And to top it off, they have early morning yoga class on the ninth floor rotunda overlooking the harbor. The only downsides were that parking is confusing if you self park and there were a few occasions when hotel services called us too quickly to check to see if room service was satisfactory. Will go again, it is on the pricey side but worth every penny.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that they had some kind of trouble with the "key" system on the day we stayed at the hotel. So it was inconvenient for us to get someone everytime we wanted to go back to our room. The room was very comfy, and the hotel was so close to Quincy Market so my husband and I could walk there and get the best clam chowder ever! Parking was $29? for overnight.

Sounds odd, but Boston Harbor was nicer, and more expensive, than I needed for my business trip. Service was excellent, room was immaculate, and they opened the business center for me at 4 am when an urgent problem came up. (And they have bowls of fresh apples available at the elevators). It was distinctly stuffy though. I seemed always to be the only one in the lobby without a tie and jacket. I don't need three guys to hold the door open for me. And I don't need someone to turn down the bed at night. Unless you are wealthy enough you no longer need to work, save Boston Harbor for honeymoons, anniversaries, or the day you take your company public.

Before arriving in Boston I called the hotel to ensure we had a room on the pet free floor, due to my husband's dog and cat allergies. They were able to accomodate us and also deep cleaned the room before our arrival. We mentioned I was celebrating a birthday and they left a plate of sweets with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate. A nice touch!

THe Boston Harbor Hotel has their act together. From the moment you enter the lobby, throughout your stay, you are consistently greeted by well mannered and friendly staff. Every aspect of our stay was delightful.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and clean and we had a great view of the Harbor. even though we only stayed one night it felt like a vacation. I highly recommend staying here especially if you can get a water view.

This hotel was just a super place to stay. The staff were friendly, helpful without interfering with your space. The food in the restaurant was just second to none. Our stay was just so Pleasant and it was v difficult to leave.

Absolutely splendid. The service, friendliness and respect shown by every employee I came in contact with was genuine . The hotel is beautiful and location is unrivaled. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Boston. Our room overlooking the harbor was spacious and I loved that the windows opened so we could enjoy the breeze. I wanted to take the bed and sheets and pillows with us.......luxurious! Stay here b/c all your wants and comforts are anticipated and provided with a smile

Phenomenal service, from the moment you step out of your car, to the bellhop, concierge, front desk, cleaning services, laundry services. Immediate dinner reservations were made, confirmed over the phone, and then a paper copy promptly sent up and slid under your door with a nice golden seal. Room service was exactly on time with eggs perfectly prepared. Was upgraded to a suite at no additional charge! Would never hesitate to stay there again!

Top of the line in Accomodations, Service and Location. Walking distance to the North End, the Garden for Bruins Games and Downtown. Very attentive staff. My only issue would be that the room is a little small.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is a grand hotel with all the extras. We had a lovely visit and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very confortable, had many extra touches and great location. We loved loved loved this Hotel and Boston. It was so easy to navigate the city. When in Boston, definately consider a side trip to Martha's Vineyard.

Staff was great. Room was over priced. Room was clean and well kept. For the money I expected a nicer room.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was amazingly curteous and helpful. Nice indoor lap pool. Great location! Quiet room. Nice city view. Very clean.

Very pleasant & helpful staff. Upgraded to a harbor view room which was spectacular. Very convinent location.Fitness room & spa very nice.Trendy. Would love to stay there again.

A very nice hotel. The room was clean and more than amble for our needs. Parking was expensive, as it is at other Boston hotels.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. We have stayed there before and it always continues to impress.It's a little inconvenient if you want to spend a lot of time on Newbury Street, but it is walking distance to the North end.

Right on the Boston Harbor, the location of this hotel could not have been better. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly, especially the maid service. There was an extra expense of parking, and internet was not free nor cheap. The nicest dining places in Boston are nearby (or a short cab-ride away), and are reasonably priced.

What a glorious experience at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Elegant decor. Interesting antique maps in the public rooms. Luxurious linens and every amenity in the private suites. However, we couldn't get the room cool enough.
