La Quinta Inn Coeur D'Alene Appleway - كور ديلألين

We came to Coeur d'Alene for our daughter's wedding @ Hitching Post. We were impressed with the hotel in general and the room specifically. Being so close to the freeway, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the rooms were. Our biggest surprise was how great the beds were, a really sound nights sleep. We were able to have a small celebration in our room after the ceremony and not feel super cramped. And the room had been cleaned while we were downtown but the decorations we had done were left alone yet the rest of the room was spotless. We had our dogs with us and the dog park was very nice with easy access from the building. My only complaint was the grass was clumped up from a recent mowing and we tracked it back into the hotel.

Hotel was in difficult to find location, but staff were great and they were pet friendly. Clean room s!!

Some of the rooms with two queen beds have a little kitchen area with stove, counter, and microwave. This type of room is really nice and spacious. The sheets were nice and the pillows and comforter were down and really nice.

After driving 9 + hours, we arrived at La Quinta hotel in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho around 11:30 pm, we were greeted and handed our card keys (which didn't work for our room on the 3rd floor). I left my daughter with our luggage outside our room, went back downstairs, told the clerk our keycards didn't work, she took them, reprogrammed them and handed them back. Once again, they didn't work. After three rounds of this, I refused to do it again and insisted she try the cards. She was fairly rude, grabbed the cards and marched off like I was an idiot and she was sure the door would open. It didn't. She told us she'd 'be right back'. We sat down and waited a good 20 - 30 minutes, she never returned. I went back down stairs to find her sitting in the back room EATING. She had no intention of coming back. The manager was called and arrived, handed me a real key and apologized. We entered our NON SMOKING room and were nearly blown away by the stench of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

Good place to stay, staff should be a bit more friendly

we stayed here during our move, it was a one night stay; 3 adults and 2 pets. hotel was decorated for christmas, very nice touch. the hotel was almost empty. the room was convienient, clean, large and comfortable. i would definetely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our trip back.

This was in a convenient location. However, the noise was high both inside and out. The hotel is literally right next to the interstate and the walls were very thin. The noises of the hotel woke us up at 6; to include a barking dog. Something to be aware of I guess. The continental breakfast was convenient, basic hotel continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable though. Good price, pretty comfortable, good location, but too noisy for my liking. Oh...and the breakers got blown in our room, along with another couple of rooms that were on the same breaker. Annoying when trying to get ready.

This is a clean and well-maintained hotel. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. The location is close and accessible to the city center and to shopping on the north end of town. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The best part of our experience was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Overall, a clean and comfortable, pet-friendly place at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at this laQuinta hotel. It's not the Ritz but was a very good value, quiet, clean, accessible, and the staff was one of the best. Next time thru I would dedfinitely stay here again. Quite a few resturants within 3 minutes of this hotel. The best is: NO NOISE!

Clean & comfortable. We appreciated the available washer and dryer. The pool was comfortable, clean and available 24 hours. The breakfast was well stocked and had a decent variety of options. Would stay again.

As per our request aq cot was in the unit. Front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. Great family motel. We will definetly stay again when we are in the area. Lots of local shopping places, walmart, costco etc.

everything at this hotel was good,except for the road to access is very confusing

We stayed here while passing through on our way to Seattle. Staff was polite, rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were excellent and breakfast was good. And the beds @ the La Quinta's are always realy comfy. We will stay here again and this is a perfect hotel for when we go to Silverwood.

Very good overall experience. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Made for a very nice sleep.

Although this is an older hotel that needs updating, it was clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub.

We had reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms had dog hair in the sheets. The other room was clean with new carpet and fresh paint.

I have no complaints about this hotel. Stayed there for 5 nights and breakfast was great every time, hot tub was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, service was perfect. Perfect distance to anywhere you want to go! For the price I paid I will go there every time I visit Coeur d'alene in the future!

Very helpful & friendly staff. They let us know about the free breakfast, very courteous & were knowledgable about the area.

Sink would not hold water with stopper employed. Faucet would open with considerable water pressure; had to learn to pull gently and slowly. The door knob and closing bolt are loose and slip out toward the door jamb on the bathroom/commode door. The clock/radio alarm would not set to selected time. Room used was #307. TV picture was not the greatest.
