I feel that it needs cleaning and the decoration of it needs updating but the staff are very welcoming

Very bad area but they had double booked for about 20 customers

Adequate - very tired looking for a Ramada hotel, past its best, no atmosphere. Won't book again.

Tiny, cramped room - literally no room to swing a cat (if we could have fitted one in). Dodgy area. Concerned about safety of car. Cannot complain about pleasant service or reasonable price, but unlikely to stay there again.

Very basic room which was not as comfortable nor as clean as similary priced hotels (such as The Premier Inn). Duvet cover had a red stain on it, pillow cases had black stains, dust and cobwebs around the room, hairs from previous guests in bath and bathroom, toothpaste stains in glasses in bathroom. Extremely expensive drink prices at the bar. I wouldn't go again nor would I recommend it, I'm even reluctant to go to a Ramada hotel again due to this experience.

Clean hotel,proper breakfast,quite far from city center. You are looking to spend about 8-10 pounds for the taxi.(one way).Suitable for the short brakes.

The hotel adequately fulfilled our need for somewhere to sleep whilst visiting our daughter nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and relatively inexpensive though getting the shower to work was something of a game of chance! The immediate surroundings were not worthy of any exploration or consideration so I presume the 6 coach loads of tourists that were staying there were travelling economy.

Bit of difficulty getting to hotel thanks to sat nav and the hotels post code given, but did find eventually. Staff friendly and polite. Room clean and tidy, and cleaned each day. No problems overall- quite happy!

From looking at previous reviews for this hotel I was more than a little dubious as the write ups were not good, so I was pleasantly suprised with the hotel. The room was very good, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and check in and out was speedy. The only complaint would be that the reception and hallways were not cleaned whilst we were there, i.e. food left outside the hotel room all night and was still there when we left the following day, the same for rubbish in the lift, but all in all for the amount we paid I was very happy.

Tiny room with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel. The standard of the room was pretty shoddy - the window came apart when I closed it and the shower head was not properly attached to the wall. Not a place I would recommend!
