for the bartender who could have cared less about serving his customers. Hotel is pleasant and well situated if you have business in Highland Park, as I did.

This hotel was extremely clean, my sister is a bit of a clean freak and took paper towels and wiped the tile floor and there was no dirt!! (i know she's weird) Anyway, the people were extremely nice and helpful. Thanks!!

Nice hotel but dont ask front desk for suggestion. Ask them, Should i take train or cab to Convention center and needed to get there in 45 minutes. They told me to take train (one) and I would get there in 30 mins. Not True Took me 11/2 to get there and two trains. Miss my baby competition. Very upset.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. My room was gorgeous. The only negatives were that I was not told that a breakfast was included with our stay so I was not able to take advantage of that service. Also the shuttle service that they ran to the Market Center was very erratic. This service was critical for those of us there for the Gift show. We had to fight for a shuttle on the last day and this was after verifying three times before booking that a shuttle would be available for the entire duration of the show. Except for thiese minor hitches, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and included a direct shuttle. Unfortunately, although, I had a confirmation number, the front desk insisted that I call hotels.com before they released the room. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before they gave me a key. Check in was the only disappointment.

I had a flight to catch at 6 am. I woke up at 4am to take a shower. I let the shower run for a good 10 minutes and still no hot water. I had to take a cold shower in the middle of January, to top it off it was freezing and raining outside. Other than that I stay was great.

Airplanes taking off/ landing woke me up in am. Surprisingly far from downtown Dallas - only OK of you have your own car

Over all, I like this Hotel, Front Desk person(people) is very friendly. I like how fast the elevators are. Its super fast to go up and down. I didn't have to wait for more than 5 seconds for it to come. One thing i was concern....the AC/Heater in my room was a bit loud. Wonder it was just my room or all rooms the same??? But the comfy and the cleanliness of the room and bed. It didn't bother me.

This is our second stay at a Wyndham hotel since July (first was in Denver). Wyndham has obviously got the hotel business figured out. Check-in took about 3 minutes. If given a choice, I will choose a Wyndham hotel every time!! Thank you!!!

The stay was great. It was so convenient everything around our hotel. The staff was great. The only thing was that no Hot tub /and the pool was out side

This hotel is a great deal. Spacious and clean rooms are well worth the reasonable price. The staff was helpful. Good happy hours in the bar. Definitely recommended.

We found 4 black bugs in our room and we were only there for 8 hours two were found on our pillow after we got up in the morning. Very disappointed

Quick shuttle to and from the airport. Very nice, updated hotel.

When a lodging has Fox News on repeatedly it says to me as a little more liberal person that I'm not welcome here. They could even have on the local Fox affiliate or cartoons (ESPN usually works well for me). I have recommended this hotel to others in the past, but I'm now not sure. I definitely wouldn't have, but after mentioning this my first morning (Thursday), Friday evening it was changed to ESPN where it stayed through my Saturday morning departure.

Very friendly staff, very nice updated rooms, great location close to Love Field with shuttle service, great meeting room facilities, and the sports bar had wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

Entering the room, it must have been over 80 degrees in the room as the air conditioner was not on. I had brought drinks and other food items and the refigerator didn't work. It is very close to the airport and there is a convenient shuttle.

a good hotel for those having business at Lovefield airport or surrounding area. Convenient and having good quality rooms. Has a typical American hotel bar. Good selection of beers but the bar food menu needs improvement.

Efficient staff and a nice but not amazing room. Photos on Hotel.com do not match the guest rooms. Lighting in room is terrible. Bathroom door interferes with toilet. Manager and staff exceptionally helpful. Nice gym, acceptable outdoor pool.

I visited Dallas for one day and one night. The Hotel was very close to the area I wanted to Visit. Check in was a breeze, the Staff friendly. The room was awesome, Bathroom was exceptional with walk in shower. The room was well laid out with many convienences. Only comment was pillow selection. All pillows were for back sleepers , needed a flatter one. But , this was a minor thing.

The hotel was overall very satisfactory. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower with controls on the back wall. (needed more water pressure) Possible things to make even nicer: - no directory to meeting rooms in lobby - had to ask someone at the checkin desk where my meeting was being held and how to get to it. - room service - waited over an hour for room service to be delivered and then had to make a second call. Order was promptly delivered then. - water pressure in the shower was very weak - lighting wattage strength could be better.

Excellent Room and great location. They have a shuttle to and from Love Field. Great Sports Bar and Grill. Wonderful stay.

The hotel boasts high class the moment you walk into the big lobby. The lobby is very roomy and clean with places to sit and places to browse. It has a pricey restaurant and a small shop. The surrounding neighborhood has lots to be desired. I got a corner room facing an awful blight of a vacant worn out mostly abandoned industrial complex which may have seen better days and needs to be torn down. I was angered by the railroad tracks right by my room wondering when the train will pass. I found that it was just a service entrance for large railroad tankers at the facility down the road. No trains had passed all night. The room had a big screen HDTV, but no HD signal for it. The alarm clock didn't work. The A/C droned all night. The wi-fi signal was poor and sporadically non-existent. Other than that, the room was clean and it had all the amenities.

Very close to LOVE Field. If you are working at the World Trade Center it is close by easy drive and better value than when you get down by the market center.

This hotel is a gem in the middle of a pretty rough area. Not a 'slum', but pretty run down. I would not want to be out at night around there. The location couldn't be better for travelers on Southwest Airlines flying into or out of Dallas Love Field - it is right across from the main entrance to the airport property, and has a free shuttle day and night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was actually a little nicer than I was expecting. The bed was quite nice, and the bathroom was almost elegant. A few gripes, though. There was a lounging chair in the room with a pillow that said 'Smart' on it. What was not so 'smart' was that apparently the ottoman that was supposed to go with it was in someone else's room, not ours (we saw a picture in some promotional material that showed an ottoman). In the bathroom, a couple of problems: a drain stopper that was broken and just laying in the sink - surely the maid noticed it! She should also have noticed that the tub was draining excruciatingly slow, resulting in ankle-deep water by the time I was finished with my shower. Not pleasant. Another gripe was that our room seemed to be right across the hall from the maids' closet and they started chattering loudly pretty early in the morning right outside our door. This was not a brief conversation. My wife was trying to grab a few extra Z's, but the chatter made it impossible. Other than that, a pretty impressive place and perfect for our purposes (my wife was arriving on a late flight and we were driving out in the morning). Just hide your valuables in your car (or take them inside) and don't go out alone at night. I would definitely stay there again in the same circumstances.

Chose this hotel for a girls weekend. Nice rooms. Good amenities at the hotel. Nice fitness center. Five cardio machines and weight center. Business center had a broken copy machine. In room movies. Room service. Free slow internet access. I'd probably stay here again.

Less than a 5 min drive from Love Field, super convenient. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was polite and accomodating. Room was comfortable and seemed new. Great room for the money.

The hotel was otherwise fine, but I was annoyed that they charged us more to have more people in the room (we had four), but they didn't have supplies for four. There weren't enough towels, coffee and soap/shampoo in particular.
