Luckily, we only stayed one night, but the hotel is old and not very well kept. Tiles in the bathroom were missing, the tub floor felt like it might fall through to the next floor, sheets were clean but stained from previous use, there was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The room was a non-smoking but smelled of old cigarette smoke anyway. The front desk clerk took a good 5-10 minutes to address us because she was on the phone with someone else at 9:30 at night. I don't recommend this place.

I specifically asked for the room to be free of smells- because of asthma problems..... But the room REEKED of carpet fresh my entire stay... Very hard to breathe.....

Service at the front desk was excellent,very friendly .The room was spotless,AC worked well and bed was very comfortable.

wasnt very pleased with the room, very small beds, not a real good breakfast

Over all, the rooms are clean and professional. Free Wifi is in the room along with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Everything in the room including the bathroom is fine. Breakfast in the am offers coffee, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, etc. Nothing fancy however you get what you pay for. Over all this hotel is great if you are working in Rome and looking for a place to sleep, shower and eat. The few hours I spent awake in the room was time using the wifi and getting work done. It provides you what you need. Office staff was friendly and helpful with anything needed to make stay more comfortable. Also, close to Starbucks and 4 or 5 restaurants. Some are within walking distance. Pizza places deliver to your door as well. Wil stay here on my next trip.

For the money, this is an adequate hotel. The furniture is a little worn but clean. The location is very convenient for business in Rome. There is a small fitness gym, business center, and a continental breakfast. If you want to use the hotel wi-fi, be sure your room is located near the front desk. It's not a hotel you fall in love with, but it's clean, conveniently located, and affordable.

Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Great value for the price

The beds were Full Sized not the Queen Size I reserved!. Plus, at the time of signing in, would not apply my AARP discount because I reserved room on line. Continental Breakfast: No Grits, eggs or bacon. Employee's were very friendly!

The experience was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room had one flaw, there was a burned whole in the comforter.

The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable with an ideal location for our travel needs. We were there for a tenns tournament at the Rome Floyd Tennis center. The only downside was competing with the hotel full of 7 and under baseball players who managed to take down the free Wi-Fi with their X-box systems. Not a good thing when trying to work. The management did resolve this by Sunday though and everyone on staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The hotel itself is old, so the room was a little run down. Cracks in the wall and seals around the doors not perfect. Water and water pressure for shower was great. I would stay again.

Our hotel stay was nice. The staff was excellent, the hotel was decent. The pool was very nice. Overall it was satisfactory!

I wans't expecting as nice of hotel and accomodation for the money....Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower hot....Can't really ask for anything more.....I plan to stay there again..

I stayed at this hotel the night before an event I was participating in so when I was looking I was just looking for some where to get a good night sleep. Well, upon arrival every thing looked good from the check-in counter but when I arrived on the 4th floor it was very dimly lit and half of the paint on the room doors was peeled off. The room was beyond freezing when I arrived and the covers on the bed were so thin that I couldn't get warm. The bed was very uncomfortable and required me to toss and turn all night. The room was fairly clean expect for the bath tub had several strands of hair in it. Staying in this hotel as a single woman, I did not feel very safe and secure so needless to say I will pick a different hotel if I ever have to stay in Rome again.

Hotel was fairly clean. Could use a touch up behind the bed and fridge. Good room for the money.

was great. Close to where I have Army Reserve Drill. Had a lot of restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed my stay and will be returning.

The smell of the room was not good. Very musty covered over by Air freshener.

This hotel needs to be closed and re-done.After years of traveling this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It really stunk!It was unreal. It has never ever been updated. Unclean is an understatement. It was nasty.gross!

I first stayed in this hotel 20 years ago when it was pretty new, and it has held up fine. It is, and has always been your standard hotel and standard hotel room... and they don't overcharge you for it. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast room was spacious and there was a good selection of simple breakfast food. It looks like they were re-doing the pool area, and it looks like it will be nice. For the price, I don't know that you can expect better anywhere.

This hotel really needs improvement. I had reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived to check-in, there were no non-smoking rooms available. When I entered the room, of course it smelled like cigarettes, but there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. The toilet seat had light brown color stains from maybe cigarette burns and had a musty smell. I had to cover it in toilet paper before each use. The sides of the sink were falling off and the hair dryer was hanging from the wall. It was not a pleasant stay for me and thank goodness I was only there for 2 nights ans was not in the room most of the day. I was also in crutches and none of the staff ever offered to help with my suitcase. They just looked at me. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time, I know I should spend a little more and get something that is clean and the staff is more friendly and helpful that cares for their guest's satisfaction and comfort.

I was fairly confident with the choice of hotel because it was a known hotel.I did read all the reviews and knew I wasnt goint to be staying at a five star hotel but I expected more. I was suprised to find the reviews that we not favorable accurate. The room had a musty odor and the a/c unit made a horrible noise all night. The bathroom overall looked dingy and like a 1st grader caulked the sinks and counter. The was no fitted sheet on the bed and the carpeting was almost moist feeling. The overall feel was dingy and made it difficult to sleep. I was dissapointed overall with the room.

For the money this was an ok stay. Nice continental breakfast. Relsxing and clean enough for an in town stay and close enough to every thing. No complaints

The hotel was much nicer than we expected for the price. We stayed in a similarly priced hotel in the area in March and were disappointed. We knew that they only had an above ground pool so we tried the Days Inn this time. The ONLY thing we didn't like was the free breakfast, but we've found most motel/hotels have poor choices for their free continental breakfast. The in ground pool was very attractive and inviting. I even did a load of laundry in their coin operated machines at less than I would pay at the laundromat!

It was nice, clean, service was good too.
