Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Independence - إندبيندينس

We were in town for a marriage weekend getaway. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, service and condition of our room. Close to a great selection of restaurants while we attended our seminar weekend at a nearby hotel. Just like home!

Very comfortable, very clean and very convenient to restaurants

Felt like I was at a home away from home. More like a little apartment than a hotel. there food selections are great, real food, not just stale muffins. The room was a little dirtier than I would have liked to have had it. There was mold on the shower curtain. I said something to the frontdesk and it was all fixed by the time I returned that evening. The location is great! Lots of places to eat in the area and right off of the freeway. When I have to return to Cleveland, this will be my place to stay.

This spot was very nice. I was please to come to such a nice room after half a day driving. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Thought the place was over priced and over rated. Took forever for them to get the room ready, and then when we got the room it wasn't all that clean. The 2nd day we had been gone all day and when we got back, around 4pm, they were still cleaning the room. The beds were ok, not the best

This is a great hotel if you are traveling and have kids. It's close to all major highways and there are restaurants, gas stations, etc. in the immediate area. Loved having the kitchen to have snacks and drinks for our child. Dishwasher was great for washing cups, etc.

Good hotel for a quick stay in Cleveland or to the Clinics (whcih are very close by).... Very good complimentary breakfast.... One warning to travelers.....My GPS was totally useless finding the hotel address however.. It is one of those roads cut by the highway or something... My GPS brought us on a adventure down a dark lonely road to nowhere... We had to turn around and go back to the highway exit then we just looked for the right road... Found it in a few minutes the old fashion way-NO GPS!!!!!

hot tub was cold and pool was even colder the hotel charged me a huge fee on my credit card for smoking in the room and never smoked in the room was in handicap room with a person on oxygen smoking was only done outside but used a papercup for ashtray and then disposed of the cup in trash can in the room they took pictures and then charged me for smoking was screaming mad they did that beware of this hotel even if i did smoke in the room was crazy i will never stay there again

The entire property was clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and always very accomodating. Parking was a breeze; always found a spot right outside of our room. Great pool. Loved the sport court. The hotel was in a great location, close to downtown Cleveland, restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We were amazed at the size of the room! We didn't really use the kitchen but it was great that it was there. We were able to hook up to the internet with our laptop, we were close to everything and it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The staff was excellent since I messed up our reservation and they took excellent care of us! It was like a mini-apartment and we will stay here anytime we are in Cleveland!

We had a wonderful time staying here and got a great room for the price we payed. Much more than expected!

the only complaint was that the person upstairs must have been wearing iron boots and paced the floor until midnight. otherwise the place was truly first-rate, including the breakfast. (we did not complain to anyone about the pacing.)
