You need more parking! It's too frustrating to feel like you can't get in your car and drive somewhere, because if you do you might lose your parking space and have to go out and move your car from the pay lot at 3:00 AM! But the hotel staff deal with this well...it's a problem because there just isn't space, and it's hard on them to have to deal with anger about it all the time. Could you work out an arrangement with the pay lot across the street, where you give guests something to put on their dashboards so that they're known to be hotel guests?

We stayed at this hotel to visit CNN center, coke world and Philips arena. Great location however the hotel was run down. Fridge gas insulation coming out of the door on the inside, the only door that worked was the room door. The closet was stuck shut and the same with the balcony door. Also on a busy loud street that radiates into the room, and beside a sex shop. NOT woerh staying here.

Great stay at this hotel for the Toys for Tots Santa Pub Crawl Dec 10th. Location was perfect. Restaurants nearby were excellent. Will be staying here next year for the annual event and recommending to others who will attend.

Hotel was decent enough to stay in but needed updates and remodeling...for example the bathtub was chipped and the walls and windows looked like they needed to be replaced.

My hubby and I stayed here while visiting for a wedding. The hotel is very charming, reminiscent of an apartment building, moreso than a hotel. We had a GREAT room and the full kitchen is a plus. The bathroom is a bit tight and the parking lot is a nightmare if you are coming in late, or trying to get out of it when it's full. The spaces are very tight. Overall, we truly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. The staff was EXCELLENT, especially Tamoko.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Everyone asked us was our stay ok. The staff gave us great directions whenever we asked. Would stay here again & would refer this hotel to others.

Hotel location is good. Maintenance of room not so much. We found a couple things on carpet (like a small piece of plastic wrapping in the bedroom and a bottle cap in the kitchen/living room) which indicated that room had not been properly vacuumed before we checked in. Also, after we checked in, we went back downstairs to familiarize ourselves with the hotel and facilities such as bathrooms, computer and lounging areas and dining room for breakfast the following morning. There we saw a huge rat walking on the counter. I alerted the person at the front desk who saw it with his own eyes. Unfortunately the rat disappeared through a hole behind a dispenser before they had a chance to catch it. A hotel rep reassured us later that they were dealing with the issue, having called a pest control company to take care of it.

Great location, nice hotel. Staff was friendly, gave a cozy & safe feeling. My room had everything I needed. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to increase the outside lighting for the parking area. It's convenient but a bit dark.

We were verp pleasantly surpeised at the Midtown Atlanta Residence Inn. We knew it was listed as an historic hotel and it was quite comfortable. We upgraded to a two bedroom unit upon arrival. The bedrooms were quite large (especially the master bedroom). The suite was very comfortable and quiet. The location was very convenient to many of the downtown attractions. The hotel really helped us enjoy Atlanta.

The hotel is very outdated and my wife and I had a hard time falling asleep on their bed. The parking fee was a bit too much for me, you can park just down the street about 50 meters for $12 and across the street for $5 during the time of my stay. The water pressure in the shower was great. For what I paid for the room I would have been more comfortable somewhere else.

A good spot if you are going to the Fox theatre. Hotel parking fee can be avoided by nearby on-steet (weekends) or nearby lot parking.

This was my second stay at the Historic Resident Inn of Atlanta. Upon my arrive I was put in a single room but the drain in my bath made a constant noise . I simply reported it to the staff , they gladly moved me to another suite. The only fault to this visit was the expensive parking fee but one expects that when visiting any major city including Atlanta. I will stay here a third time .

Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The room was clean and a good value for the location. I was offered dinner when I arrived (late) and reminded about the hot breakfast. I thought the parking fee was high but considering I didn't not have to take a cab to my event I didn't mind. I will use this hotel again.

Great room for the money and excellent location with restaurants and pubs nearby.

Close to a MARTA station.

Needs new mattress in room #704!

Le falta mejorar sus colchones, pero es algo fácil de solucionar. Me gustó es acogedor buena atención, ubicación y limpio. Volvería a usarlo gracias.
