The place was great...it will be our new stopover between Denver and Tucson.

The hotel was satisfactory but it was infested with moths. There must have been at least 100 in our room. Management sent someone witha shop vac to eliminate them. He eventuall got most of them however, moth dust covered the room afterward.

Bathroom was not very clean. Bathtub had hair in it and on the toilet. I enjoy watching the Fox News station and this hotel did not show it. So for that reason I will not stay here again. Also parking was limited out front. IWe had to park on the side and the lighting was not very good, could have used more lighting.

Staff were great...the inn is in..average condition but a convenient place to spend a few nights to see the area

The workers at the front desk were very rude. There were no towels at the pool, employees were too busy to go grab some towels when asked for one. Requested and paid the extra fee for a roll away bed and didn't receive it till 11:45pm! Toilet wouldn't flush. Found trash left behind from previous lodgers left in our room. On the plus side the beds are super comfy and they have a really neat indoor/outdoor pool.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable, the shower had alot of water pressure, the pool, hot tub was wonderful. I will definetly stay there anytime I go to Albuquerque.

Staff was friendly and prompt the hotel was lovely!I

The decor was outstanding. It was exactly what I wanted with the Native American New Mexico ambiance. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was super nice. I would stay there again when passing through.

Love the beds very comfortable! !!

We didn't pay a lot for the two nights so I can't complain too much. There were only two issues. No coffee in the room because they ran out and the room was not stocked with towels. We scrounged for coffee for the second morning and towels were brought promptly when we called for them.

As the review title suggests, I was pretty happy with this place considering I essentially paid 2 nights to stay 4. I loved the comforters on the bed and the balcony with a view towards the west. Very pleasant at night. I wasn't so pleased with the lack of continental breakfast, the slowest elevator on earth, and the fact that there wasn't an ice machine or anywhere to get water on the fifth floor. Also, I was pretty bothered by the fact that the cops showed up the first three nights I was there, including an undercover officer roaming the area by the pool, which suggested this place was either under siege, or a hotspot for some sort of criminal activity.

Wonderful accommodations so long as you do not want a quick breakfast.

Carpet not very clean, Needed to go around corners and do a more throw job. Bedding questionable? mattress pad torn, sheets and pillow cases didn't look real clean.

The hotel staff are wonderful. The lobby is inviting and has a wonderful southwest flare. I was expecting a little more from their "Jr. Suite." All of the rooms are the same size, they just go up in price as you go up in floor. In my opinion, the extra expense is not worth sleeping on the 5th floor... with a wonderful view of the freeway if you are on the south side. If you are looking for a clean affordable room with a decent hotel restruant, you have found the right place. Just do not expect much from the "Jr. suite."

The front desk lady wasnot very nice at all she was kind of rude. around 2am the electricity in the hotel was off and was very hot and we cannt open the door cuz the freeway is too close and is too much noise. they dont appolagize for the problem. the hotel is very pretty but those problems dont make me happy at all. one of the reason that we stay there is cuz our air condicioner is not working and we went there and was worst :(

Such a festive, native theme hotel - loved everything - right from the beautiful entrance doors, wood columns in lobby, glass elevator - so much to describe. Room was wonderful with top quality bedding. Clean & fresh smelling - loved everything about it - including the friendly staff. Would highly recommend it.

Bartender was so friendly and welcoming to everyone. She had lots off energy! The front desk staff were excellent. One woman even looked up road conditions when we were leaving, due to an unforseen snowstorm! Loved the hotel decor. And--they allow pets. Ask for the ground floor rooms--there is outdoor access off of them, making it more convenient with dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

The charges on my credit card are wrong, an additional charge of which is unneccesary. Will contact this establishment and get it straight.

The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The decor is very south western and unique to the area. Only complaint is that the wifi was a little flaky and slow- otherwise it was a decent stay and would recommend.

We googled for coupons for this hotel and found a 50% off - so the price couldn't be beat. It was a great stay! We asked for a mountain view room and they said no problem. The hotel is older, but well maintained. It is next to a Starbucks! The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. We payed for one then took it to our room to share. We would for sure stay here again!

My stay @ Nativo was great. thewas staff friendly & very helpful, especially when I locked myself out of my room. Thanks 4 the hospitality, Nativo Lodge!

The Nativo Lodge hotel in Albuquerque was okay. The one thing that stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly, everyone of them. They made you feel so welcome the entire time. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. The walls seem so thin that you can hear the people next door easily. The beds were soft and we seemed to fall to the middle while sleeping. The hotel was decorated well, although it didn't seem like a very clean hotel. Didn't like that they didn't have a free continental breakfast. The elevator was super slow every time we used it.

comfortable, convenient nice hotel for business stay

The Nativo is conveniently located if youhave to do any day traveling to Santa Fe. I like the lobby area, it's very unique and imaginative. THe rooms are fine. Nothing special but clean & comfortable. On one side, there's a great view of the Sandia Mountains. Indoor/outdoor heated pool is great for kids.

The hotel was fine. Service good. Breakfast buffet not worth price.

Never stay in room 301 very very loud right over. The entrance can hear all the banging of cars. Tv did not work with remote. They could not get another remote suggest they keep more than two on hand . The night manager did give us coupons for the dining room. This has always been a nice stay, but it was just a crazy stay.

Our first impresssion of the Hotel was not so great, the grounds looked unkept with trash and debri around the grounds. The front desk people where very accomadating and friendly. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. We did not realize the hotel was pet friendly which was not a problem but the pet next door disturbed us wth its howling. When my husband went out to gas up our vehicle the next morning (which was parked in front of the hotel) he discovered that it had been stolen. The hotel management was not to concerned. So.... all in all not a great experiance.

wonderful place to stay....

If you have kids, make sure they don't put you in a room that is adjoined to another. The sound barrier is poor and my neighbor complained we were too loud in the morning when our noise level was reasonable. Also, no free breakfast available for the price, was kind of a let down.

It was so refreshing to stay at a non-chain hote. Ambiance and decor was great. People very friendly.

The was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at!

Excellent themed decor upon arriving at the hotel, which is continued throughout the interior. Low lighting and exposed beams give the space a nice comforting ambiance. Check-in service was quick and helpful. Balcony overlooked the freeway, but the noise wasn't a problem at night and the fresh air was pleasant. Beds were very soft - which I don't have a problem with, others may. The hotel bar was very friendly and had excellent and well priced dinner - a step above what I expect for hotel food. The bathroom was my only gripe, but given the attentiveness of the service elsewhere in the hotel, I'm confident it was a one off experience and will be corrected.

Nativo lodge is a comfy home away from home. It pairs a fun tribal experience with all the amenities you'd expect from a great hotel.

It took me forever to find this place and GPS couldn't locate it. The room had some sort of white powder all over it. The bed was uncomfortable. And I was a bit scared of bedbugs. That being said... Downstairs, the bartender was so sweet and nice, and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. The food was great. It was a toss-up, but I would not stay again.

Easy to get here and within a mile or two you can shop for food in several restaurants. Not for from the exit up to the mountain.

This very comfortable, fairly priced hotel presented a Native American theme in a very stylish manner that gave it a quite different look than the average cookie cutter approach.
