Very happy!! Daughters played basketball and the room was near the gym!!! quiet and pleasant!

Very good.room and daytime staff very helpful. Could walk to fave coffee shops and restaurants and downtown shopping. Perfect location. Plan more return trips and will definitely stay here.

We had a great stay. The location was quick to get to the Arena where our conference was, easy location for shopping and restaurants even if you wanted to walk. The hotel is plain, heavily used, but well kept. We were there with a lot of people there for the same reason. I believe the hotel was completely booked. Yet they were able to handle the crush without problems.

Not at all pleased with stay. Serena at the front desk was the only pleasant staff we encountered. Our room was ok but it was not clean as it should have been. Disappointed overall .

The front desk workers were very cordial but the overall cleanliness of hotel was not good. It wasn't in a very safe area of town. The curtains were dirty and stained. I didn't really want to take my shoes off and walk in the room barefoot. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless you simply want it for the location.

Bathroom was dirty. Pillows seemed to be already used. Parking was at a premiuim do to some guests taking up 2- spaces, Charged $10.. xtra for microwave & fridge. Hotel service was good.

Very nice place to find in Spokane, has easy access to pretty much anywhere you want to go! Comfortable and would recommend to anyone that has convenience high on their list!

It was fabulous!

this hotel is older and smells like cleaners.The staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good. It was conveniently located for our needs. I am definitely used to a little higher quality however.

Noisy since close to I-90. The room looks nothing like the pictures. Much worse. Old, dingy, dirty. Stains on carpet. Bathroom had spots everywhere -- mirror, back of door, rust spots on tub, crusty stuff on shower head. Booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1. We wouldn't have even stayed that long but it was so late when we checked in and too tired to deal with it.

This hotel was amazing for the price we paid. The rooms were very comfortable. We were upgraded for free without even asking! The continental breakfast was also very surprising. Hot food, waffle maker and much more. Not the prettiest hotel, but a good location and great bang for your buck!

After looking for "cheap" hotels in Spokane, this one seemed to stand out well above the others in the same price range. We weren't disappointed at all. I was surprised to learn that the continental breakfast was more of a buffet (make your own waffles, french toast, bagels, breakfast burritos, etc). The location is great, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly. Got nothing bad to say about it.

Very convenient location for are stay. Heater AC unit needs a fan only option. The constant off on was annoying. Breakfast was ok service was good.

I stayed here since the hotels surrounding the convention center were booked. It was very close and convenient for me. SMALL dining area for breakfast but clean rooms, nice staff, great price.

We stayed one night as we were in town for an event at the INB. The room seemed ok, my son did not like that it did not have a flat screen, but the TV still worked fine. The shower/water pressure left a little bit to be desired. The buffet breakfast had a larger variety than expected but my son was disappointed that they offered breakfast burritos but had no salsa. The beds seemed comfortable and overall it was ok for a quick one night stay. The sign on the entrance door did have me a little worried about the neighborhood as it stated that they cared about their guests and to please remove all items of value from our vehicles and to make sure our car was locked. We did not have a problem though.

We stay at this location each time we visit Spokane. It is well located and consistently friendly. It is also reasonably priced. Well recommended.

Nice place to stay just off I90 one block. Easy access to and from the freeway. Nice staff continetal breakfast was good only draw back small seating area.

not to bad, the bathtub needed to be cleaned better. pay attion to detail. The work out room temp was way to low 50 degress was a little cold for winter and the persone at the desk couldn't turn it up. Other wise It was nice. Good location for shopping and parks. Beds were very compfy.

The door of the room was apparently broken into sometime in the past. The quality of repair on the door was absolutely poor and very difficult to open the door with the key card. Did not feel secure in that room. Also the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in, ever. I kept sliding off the bed onto the floor, thought that I was on a water bed. Room was clean and the rate was good, but not much beyond that. The continental breakfast was much less then what I have had at other hotels. If you are looking for a good nights rest and security with a realistic continental breakfast, then look somewhere else.

I was visiting family and really only need a room to sleep/get ready in. This place was good enough, but nothing to rave about. Simply put - it's a motel. The rooms have paper-thin walls. Their free breakfast is probably the best benefit, though it can be crowded/take a long time to make breakfast.

Low lit hallways, uneducated staff when asked about rates/business computer, business computer doesn't have internet, and the elevators open to a narrow hallway with a coke machine in front making it a problematic bottleneck for people exiting with a crowd waiting to enter. I was warned not to get mugged by a lady in the hotel, and immediately packed up and left for a reputable and safe hotel. There was also a smell of which I can only describe as a mixture of chemicals, cigarettes, and body odor.

Pros: Close to downtown Cheap Clean and comfortable Cons: Neighborhood Breakfast was put away right at 9:00am (no chance for seconds)

Extremely friendly and efficient front desk and maintenance staff. The excellent breakfast helps to offset the moderately priced room. Biscuits and gravy are to die for and the breakfast burrito is very tasty. Serving area is too small though....a few bistro type chairs and small tables. Get there at 5:45A.M and start drinking coffee until the official breakfast starts at 6:00A.M. Great location across from Starbucks and a 7-11. Some undesireables roam around in the area. I just stared 'em down and had no trouble even staying 3 nights. Walk confidently and stay off the phone while walking. Comfortable bed and a generous sized room. Shower was a little finicky to operate initially. Maid service was top notch. Laundry room was small with 1 washer and 1 dryer but got the job done. $1.50 per appliance. I had read most of the reviews before visiting Spokane and I was still pleasantly surprised. I had a comfortable stay for 3 nights and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Continental breakfast had a large variety.

This place was the best deal in Spokane when I was traveling through. It was clean and comfortable at a low cost, and they have a complimentary breakfast (with waffles and french toast!). What more can you ask for?

We have stayed at the Fairbridge numerous times while in Spokane and each time, we have been more than satisfied with everything! Besides inexpensive accomidations, the motel is conveniently located within the City, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent! We recommend this motel to all of our friends who spend a night or two or more in the city.

This hotel offered a good deal on its room and is right near all that downtown Spokane has to offer. It's a bit tricky to pull into when you are coming from the highway, but it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and there was a nice selection for the free breakfast the serve. All in all, I think we will stay there again given the opportunity!

We were NOT pleased with our stay. The hotel is convenient, right off of the exit, but the customer service did not have a welcoming feel. After we complained about something, the front desk person was not accomodating. Upon getting into the bed did we discovered the sheets and blanket was not changed because of the loose hairs that were on it. And the floors were not vacuumed or swept because there were small pieces of food in the bathroom and crumbs under the bed. The complimentary breakfast was okay. We will definitely not stay here again even if they offered the cheapest rate in Spokane

The lobby is very small and there wasn't a large spread for breakfast, but the staff was very helpful and the room was quite nice.

I just slept in Fairbridge Inn Express. It is clean and comfortable. It is in the downtown of Spokane, just 15 min to the airport, very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom where functional. This is not quite a bare minimum hotel, but close. Was a little upset that even though we had phoned and told them we would be arriving late, they had given our room away and we had to pay extra (we booked two rooms) to be upgraded to a room we did not really want. At least there was a room

This hotel is a little tired but clean. The staff are working hard at their jobs and do what they can to accommodate guests. We were looking for a basic, safe place to stay and that's what we found. The breakfast was a little better than expected and got us started on our day. The central location and low rate were key to our first reservation. We've already booked a return visit. Room for improvement - microwave and fridge in every room would be most welcome. Summary - No frills but you get what you pay for.

I was in town for one night for business and was very satisfied with this hotel. My job requires a bit of budget travel and have stayed in many dingy, loud and uncomfortable establishments. Considering the price, this will be my new place to stay while in town. Nothing fancy, it was clean, simple and in good condition.

Though there was a stain on the curtains that looked remarkably like blood, the rest of the room was fairly clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Bring earplugs, as traffic noise is pretty loud. Overall, the price was right and this was not a bad place to stay for the money!

We have always been happy with our stay here. Some of the rooms need to be re-modeled, but the staff are very friendly and accomodating. We will stay again.

The bed was way too soft. Need to replace the pillow with ones that are thicker or have extra pillows in the rooms. Not enough towels walls too thin was able to hear all noises.
