Enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and hot tub was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Lots of restaurant choice in the area. Good access to highway and shopping.

According to the map it is right off the freeway. The street sign might be 6 inches long and the hotel sign is even smaller and very plain. The hotel staff told us that the county limits the signage. The hotel itself is behind several stores and other hotels. The staff was very nice when we told the about the bathroom door was warped, hopefully they fixed it. The whirlpool was just what we needed.

this by far worst Hampton Inn I have stayed in ...Hotel and furniture is old and dingy. Did not enjoy the stay.

We werer traveling with visitors from Italy and wanted to impress them with a nice hotel. We chose Hampton Inn because we always have a great experience with the chain no matter what state we are traveling in . Rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Free breakfast saves our family of 5 at least $50 and everyone gets fresh waffles and fruit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would rate this a hotel a solid 3 star.

rooms were clean and fresh, but for five people very small. Breakfast is very little choice and you eat from plastic plates.

Free coffe and

Nice hotel. Unfortunately they advertise smoking rooms and was told by one clerk they are a non-smoking hotel told by another clerk it was because of renovations. Let's get together on our stories. Specifically asked for smoking or we would have gone to a less expensive hotel. Disappointed in false advertising. Otherwise, a very nice hotel

We drove 6 hrs to Rochester to visit my sister and her new baby and got to the hotel around 11:30pm, checked in was quick and the suite was really nice and clean. I forgot to bring toothpaste and the front desk gave me some. The staff was very nice. The pool was down the hall from us and it was great for the kids. The free breakfast in the mornings was awesome especially when you're traveling with 3 kids. They had a lot of variety from fruit to cereal to homemade waffles! It was a very comfortable stay and the next time we come, this is our place to stay. By the way, my husband got to see the NBA All-Star Dunking Contest on the large plasma TV in the lobby. Needless to say A+ from him.

We had a great little getaway close to home. We just wanted to relax after the holidays, and this was a perfect place. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and so relaxing. The breakfast had a great choice of items both hot and cold. There was someone there to help me to fix a waffle, and boy was that good. After going for a relaxing time in the Jacuzzi we were going back up to our room when we were offered freshly made cookies and popcorn. Thomas was the young man at the front desk and he made the cookies himself. He is such a nice young man and he was so hepful in so many ways. We couldn't have asked for a better couple of days. We'll definitely be back. Oh and there are so many good restaurants within walking distance.

Room is nice and in good shape. Shower could use some upgrading, but no complaints otherwise. Wifi was great. Free breakfast was very good. They even had apps from applebees fo free in the lobby area as a cocktail hour thing. staff was great. would recommend highly to others.

This was a repeat visit as we've stayed here a number of times. We have family in Greece, NY and this puts us near them. We also like the fact that the Hampton is back away from the highway, W. Ridge Road. They serve a decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly. We often stay at Hampton Inn on our travels because of the consistency of service and comfort of the rooms.

staff was friendly, not the first time I stayed here but was disturbed to see how dirty the bathroom was and that there was hair in the tub

Great location. Very close to great restaurants and the Seneca Park Zoo.
