Having read the previous comments on the site I was expecting the worst. The hotel has obviously changed management and attitude. I travel a lot and have stayed in all classes of hotel. I expect a clean room, good bed, clean bathroom/WC and TV with good reception. Here everything was fine.There was a problem with the hot water in the morning, a fuse that had blown and it was quickly repaired. The kitchen was basic but good enough for one or two people. One gripe, but is common to all hotels is the lack of plugs to charge phones, computer etc... The hotel environment is "ordinary" and no worse than any other small country town. There is a local supermarket across the road for shopping whch has all the necessities. If there is anything missing from the room ask the staff at the lobby and they will provide it (in paticular kitchen cleaning ustensils). The heating is managed from the lobby and the room thermostats are no longer active so if there are temperature problems, once again have a chat with the personnel at the lobby. In my opinion good value for money.

I had stayed here before on a friends recommendation. It is a simple tram run from the centre of Geneva, where I was working. No fuss, simple and courteous service ideal for Geneva at a relatively low cost. Check that you have change for the tram as the system is geared for regular travellers.

Convenient location, close to the tram stop for Geneva, clean and equipped with everything you need. But, if you do the mistake to leave your keys at the reception, and you come back late (we came back at 4)...they will not do anything to help you. There is no one at the hotel, the reception is locked and at there is only one phone to call that they don't do anything. We had to wait until 7 o'clock in the morning (at the phone they said 6). Make yourself comfortable on the floor and waste the whole next day sleeping. And there is also a small municipality fee you have to pay for every day you stay there.

Huge room, two bedrooms, hall, bathroom, kitchen. Good price hotel to visit Geneve, good hotel for stay 1 or 2 nights.

Thea air conditioner did not work and the staff was unwilling to accept it or do anything about it. Anything you asked for the answer was no. The hotel has no ice in the middle of summer. It is fair away from everything.

Clean pleasant room for this price level , Sourounding neighboUrhood ,not pleasant . Close to Geneva , 5 minute walk to tram ,and another 15 minutes to Geneva center .

This Hotel is in France, just outside Geneva. Given that staying in Geneva is so expensive the cost of this hotel, it is perfect if you need to be in Geneva but you have a budget. It is a short walk (300m) in s traight line to teh tram stop at Moillesulaz, so you can't get lost. From there is 3Fr into Central Geneva. Yes, you pay for transport staying here, which you don't do if you stay in Geneva witht he travel card, but it's worth it. You don't need (or I didn't) your passport, the border station was closed for the week I was there. The room I was in was very tidy and a good size. The little kitchen was very useful though understocked with little cutlery. There is a supermarket about 50m away which is very convenient for travellers who want to stock up on food and not eat out all the time. I didn't go to any, but there are several restaraunts near by. THe staff were very friendly for the most part. I only went to breafast one day, expecting the full cooked breakfast to load up for the day ahead. The staff memeber there was unfriendly and at 9:00 the food had run out, even though breafast runs until 10am. The staff member didn't feel like stocking up with more. That was disappointing on an otherwise good stay. Don't expect views, there aren't any. THe location is very working class in Gaillard, full of communters to Geneva. But if you're there to see Geneva, you could do worse than stay here and commute in each day. I'd recommend a stay here.

I stayed at the hotel 6 nights. It's practical to take the tram into Geneva, just a 10 minute walk to the tram stop from the hotel. There was free internet connection in the room, but it didn't didn't work very well: the connection was always poor.

Location is great with a 3 minute walk to a tram that takes you right into Geneva. Very affordable (even if you book day of) and the rooms are Very clean. I would recommend it.

I booked the hotel thinking that it is in Switzerland as illustrated on the website as it is in Switzerland!!! In the fact it is in France. You have to take your passport all the time with you as you will pass the customs daily going to Geneva. The another thing is about the hotel itself, there is no airconditioning and it was very hot. It is difficult to sleep in that hot! However regarding to the cleanliness of the room, it is clean and is cleaned well during guest staying. Additionally, it is closed to Geneva, less than15 minutes driving.

Bel hotel mais au milieu d'un zone en plein travaux....Pas facile d'acces..mais globalement bon Hotel et bon service.

les chambres ne sont pas assez isolées phoniquement et la baignoire est petite, le lit est confortable et la chambre a tout de même un petit charme

Les chambres sont propres, l'hotel qui se situe juste à la frontière se trouve à quelques minutes du centre de genève via le tramway, enfin je trouve que le service est impeccable et le personnel très avenant.

Odeur noséabonde de tabac dans les couloirs, froid polaire dans la chambre avec thermostat HS et fenêtres laissant passer des courants d'air , luminaire des toilettes démonté et avec ampoule grillée... bref, cette nuit passée en vêtements polaire (heureusement que nous partions skier et que nous avions des couvertures dans la voiture!!) avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans

Nous apprécions particulièrement la situation de l'hôtel mais cette fois-ci notre lit n'était pas très confortable. Malgré tout nous sommes contents.

Seul gros point négatif de l'hôtel le manque de marquage pour y accéder et manque d'aide pour situer l’hôtel avec un appel téléphonique. Etat extérieur de la structure pas avenante mais intérieur en bon état et matelas très confortables.

plus d eau chaude après la 1 ère douche !!!

Dommage que pour un appartement pour 4 qu'il n'y ai que 3 chaises (pas très pratique pour manger) et que tout est pensé jusqu'au torchon sauf le produit à vaisselle qui aurait été très utile. Sinon, hôtel convenable mais environnement pas terrible.

Hôtel situé tout près de la frontière suisse et des transports en commun. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel très avenant.

Hall d'accueil, ascenceur et couloirs très froids Appartement côté rue très bruyant et mal équipé( pas de bouilloir, manque de couverts,de verres...) Très difficile de faire de "l'élégance" dans un ancien my Suite.. Bref c'est cher surtout que l'autre Park&Suite "confort "d'Annemasse est lui moins cher et plus agréable!

Bon accueil; aspect général de l'hôtel bon; cependant un gros problème de courants d'air dans la chambre: mauvaise étanchéité des fenêtres, et chauffage pulsé mal réglé.

Este Hotel no es una excepción en Francia!!!! En general los hoteles aquí ofrecen unas prestaciones reales que están bastante por debajo de lo que cabe esperar de la calificación y stándares con que se anuncian. A pesar de que estos stándares son de validez y aplicación internacional. El personal en el hotel era amable y bien dispuesto a asistir al cliente pero falta un poco de todo lo demás que debe ofrecer un hotel.

Trés bon accueil, avantage à proximité de beaucoup de commerce

Il problema è che la biancheria del letto, lenzuola e federe, in una intera settimana di permanenza non è mai stata sostituita. Per il resto l'hotel è in buona posizione ed il personale sufficientemente gentile, nonostante nessuno parlasse una sola parola di italiano.

Accueil très sympathique Chambre propre et bien entretenue, peut-être un peu chaude Lors de notre séjour la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Petit déjeuner correct

camere grandi ,ma non tenute molto bene.

Très bruyant dans la chambre : bruits de tuyauterie toute la nuit, et bruits des voitures sur l'axe très fréquenté sur lequel est situé l'hôtel. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre donc il faisait trop chaud. Bref...une nuit courte et pas reposante ! Nous y fassions une étape mais nous n'y reviendrons pas et ne le recommanderons pas. Déçus du rapport qualité/prix.

Température de l'appartement un peu frais et non règlable (environ 19°). Pas de casserole dans la batterie de cuisine. Parking en sous-sol très pratique
