I've stayed at several Baymont Inns in different locations and I'm never disappointed. This trip was no exception. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. But if you want an inexpensive, clean room with easy access to just about anywhere in Nashville, they've got you covered. Room was very clean, bed was nice and comfy, air worked great, shower was INCREDIBLE, room was nice and quiet, hotel staff friendly and accommodating. There's lots of restaurants down the street and it's about 5 miles from Opry Mills and Downtown. If I go back to Nashville, I will most definitely stay here again.

Good location. Our room had horrible water pressure and 2/3 mornings we were there we didn't have any hot water. Room was decently clean. Beds were springy but tolerable. All in all- you get what you pay for.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was VERY good. It included extra's that you wouldn't expect. It's location is close enough to everything you might want to do while in town. Will stay the next time I'm in town.

Hotel staff was friendly, exterior was clean, and the interior was clean. Room was outdated/worn but not horrible.

Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly, didn't use pool but it looked nice enough. Stayed 2 nights. The only thing that wasn't GREAT was the mattress. It seemed like one side of it was uneven. Like one side was "down" and then you rolled "up".The rest of the hotel was great. Great breakfast!

Hotel was close to attractions, breakfast was heat and eat, rooms were not ready, beds are very hard. I was very disappointed.

If you need a place to stay that is comfortable enough, and in a safe environment for those traveling alone, I would recommend this motel/hotel. Don't be a complainer, this is not the hotel for you if you're looking for a "vacation" experience. But it is clean and comfortable and an economical place to stay if they are offering a deal.

Staff wasn't very polite, beds were squeaky and you could feel the springs, room was cold and heat didn't work, first light we turned on had a broken bulb (not out, but the glass was physically broken), there were no blankets, there was a bug on the bed, the door didn't shut unless it was slammed, and we could hear all of our neighbors as they brought luggage across the walkway to and from their rooms. We could have asked for another room, but I didn't feel that it would be much better.

We enjoyed our stay after attending a hockey game downtown.. For the price you can't really beat it. Location, staff, cleanliness.. All good. Will definitely remember this hotel for future stays. Thanks!

No frowns around. Hi quality staffing in all areas. And, a quiet night of sleep. Great price for the quality of service.

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay. It was close to downtown where I was attending a concert. Also, the continental breakfast was very good and had quite a few things available. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The free breakfast wasn't worth the trouble, but overall it was a good value for the money.

Free breakfast offered a variety of choices. Rooms were clean and roomy. Fresh towels and soap daily. Good value for the dollar.

Hotel was a little old. We stayed for 4 days with another couple next door to us. All 4 of us had to have our keys redone everyday. I think they only coded them for one day at a time. We were just glad we didn't come in very late at night.

We were looking for a basic hotel room to base our Nashville holiday out of and the Baymont fit us perfectly. We wanted a clean, safe, comfortable room which you provided at an affordable price. The breakfast was stellar and we appreciated the free wi-fi to check in with home. Thanks for contributing to our terrific Nashville holiday.

the room had a smell when we walked in,and the alarm didnt work on the clock and i went down to get another clock, the man said he would bring me another one and he didnt. coffee was serverd all day but no cream only powerded milk.didnt even answer the phone when i called to the front desk, so i had to walk down.

FURNITURE IN ROOM TO BIG FOR THE ROOM...BATHROOM TOO SMALL....CARPET WAS DIRTY...NO COMFORTER...WAS COLD ALL NIGHT...NO ROOM TO WALK...THE SMELL WAS BAD...

I enjoyed my stay. The rate were very fair and I will stay there next time I come to Nahsville.

FINALLY FOUND US A ROOM, BUT WAS A SMOKING ROOM. DIDN'T HAVE A NON-SMOKING ROOM FOR US LIKE WE HAD RESERVED.

Good staff and continental breakfast was fine. Biggest asset is that it is close to Opry Mills mall and the airport, and is in a good neighborhood.

Rooms needs mini frig, check in was 4 ,I got there at 5 room wasn't ready till 6, asked for late check out but still was woken to housekeeping tapping at our door

Great stay on a business trip. Located just one minute from Music City. Area could use a few more places to eat. Found a great Mexican place up the hill.

The TV connection was bad and could not watch without it cutting off and on.

quietest heating system I've ever had - Great! Room 109 - carpet does need good cleaning, but otherwise, very satisfied. Breakfast was nice to have available.
