Holiday Inn Express Lawrence - لورانس

We had to stay there since our friends lived in the area. It was convenient for our situation and the rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the walls are thin and you could hear people having conversations and doors slamming at all hours.

Easy to get to. Comfortable rooms. Free breakfast is best if you get it early (6am). Hot water avail in morning; not so much at noon. All employees were friendly.

You have to cut through Friendly's Restaurant and Dunkin' Donuts to get to the hotel. Very strange entrance to the hotel. The breakfast was the worst of any Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. The coffee was cold. We were told that the coffee machine was broke so they put out cold coffee anyway. The food (some kind egg omelet and sausage were dry and cold. No fresh fruit and the cream cheese for the bagels was low fat only which was terrible.

For having to stay here. 'Nuff said...

Well apparently you can't write anything negative or they don't post it but here goes. I am extremely unhappy with the stay. They charge way to much for what they offer, or should I say don't offer. I can go 20 minutes down the road and get twice as much for half the cost but my coworker picked there. The food in the morning was horrible, the housekeeper woke me up at 8 o'clock banging on the door. So they are lucky I even gave them a 2. The only positive is when we checked in the person at the desk was an English speaking American. Other than that I will never stay there again.

Reasonable price, friendly staff

Arrived at night, try getting assistance from a night manager who was oblivious to customers needs or need to pertain information. Numerous shouting outburst occurred with multiple customers while at the computer. The managers doors were being slammed loudly continuously while sitting at the hotels computers. No consideration for the hotel guests.

My wife and I were bitten by something during our stay.

We were travelling with our two little kids. We only needed to sleep for the night as we were stopping in boston vicinity to break our trip. We checked into the hotel around 11pm. Our kids were already asleep. We were supposed to head back out next morning for home(6 hours south). The airconditioning would stop working every few minutes. My husband and I finally woke up at 3:30am and called the hotel desk. They could not do anything about the air. With 2 little kids, this night turned out to be more tiring than relaxing and taking a break for shortening our drive.

if you've ever stayed in an older hotel that still smells as if all rooms were smoking, you know what I mean. Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Would never consider staying there again

We booked this one for the remaining of our week trip to Maine, we wanted a close location to Plum Island in Massachusetts, it was a 25 minutes drive. The hotel is located just near the entrance of the highway and a multitude of stores and conveniences are located nearby. The included breakfast is quite good. Very clean, service is excellent but the Internet was not working, gave me another cable but still nothing, they don't have Wi-Fi. Great parking spots and a stream is on the site. At the entrance is a Dunkin' Donuts and a Friendly's. Recommended.

Spent one night on way to Maine. Comfortable and convenient. Free breakfast was very good. The only complaints: Internet in room did not work and bathroom ceiling fan didn't function.

Well...the location was great for us. Our destination for the next morning was right down the road. But...we were disappointed that there wasn't a swimming pool; aftering promising our kids when we got there we would go in the pool. Good thing the YMCA was 2 min.down the road so we were able to use their pool for a small fee. The other let-down was the breakfast buffet. They could have at least had pancakes or french toast but all there was were eggs and sausage...not anything my kids would eat. We've stayed at other hotels that had so much more food to offer for the breakfast. My last complaint was that there was not a small refridgerator in our room. I guess I shouldn't assume all hotels have this; although every other one we've been at has! Traveling with a baby that has bottles with milk wasn't easy! Other than those few complaints, overall the hotel was clean. But I'll never get a room with the sofa bed again! Wasn't too comfortable and couldn't move around well in the room. I'll ask more questions next time I book a room anywhere. If you're traveling without kids and don't care about not having a pool then this hotel would be good.

It was a great stay at the hotel . I didn't plan my vacation the way it should of been . Do you have specials vacation packages during the summer and fall. Begining in spring and fall, and if so could you send me e-mail about some of these specials so i could plan my vacation stay at some of these dates and some of there locations?

We arrived after a heavy day of driving (14 hrs) and missed the hotel driveway twice! The driveway sign was tiny - like maybe 1 X 2 feet and the hotel is set back from the road. Once we got to the hotel, we were happy with the acommodations. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows. TV was a 40 inch flat screen. The lobby area was spacious and, as a nice touch, they had lemon slices in the water cooler. Yum! The wifi was free but had weak signal. Hotel staff were not very helpful when we asked about it. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, a good stay at an affordable price.

Best part of hotel was wonderful Chinese food right next door. Great dinner. Hotel is ok. Staff could not have been nicer. Hotel needs update and new carpet. The breakfast was good that came w/ the stay.

Went there to be close to Boston. Multiple options to get to the city. You can take a taxi to the train station (6$) than take the commuter train (7$) that brings you to the north station in Boston. You can park directly at the train station (10 min drive, 5$ to park for the day). We decided to drive to a T station (subway) and park there (30 min drive, 5$) than take directly the T into Boston. Very clean, breakfast was nice, with choice of eggs, sausage, buns, muffins, toasts, cereals, yogurt, etc. Definitly recommand.

Our extended family stayed here for the weekend to attend a graduation party . It was comfortable and convenient for our purposes.

Great place to stay on the way from one place to another. Good location off the Interstate. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room.

we were there to visit Boston and didn'tfind an hotel in Boston. We were very happ for that hotel Good rates good breakfast and clean

The Hotel was amazing. The restaurant Friendly's was right next door and was so delicious. The hotel was also right off the expressway which made traveling in and out of Boston easy. It was also WAY cheaper then Boston hotels. The women at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I arrived a few hours earlier then anticipated and were exhausted from the sixteen hour drive from Chicago, they were more then welcome to allowing us to check in early. Next time I'm in Boston I will definitely be staying here again! The beds were fantastic too!

I was very surprised how convenient the location really was to the college and shopping. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and well decorated. The only thing that could have been better was if it has a microwave and small refrigerator.

The hotel was nice and perfect location for food, shopping and looking around. The employees were very respectful and helpful. Will do business again.

This hotel was OK, I have defiantly stayed at nicer Holiday Inn's. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpet was old. Other than that it wasn't to bad.

Hotel entrance / access was terrible I fear for the elderly on vacation. The hotel itself was fine good check-in, good breakfast. The shower tiles were dingy some mold, overall room was clean and comfy.

Excellent Service. Staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast.
