Courtyard by Marriott Long Beach - لونج بيتش

We stayed there while visiting our daughter and son-in-law. The entire building was clean and pleasant. The mattress was comfortable, I slept great all 3 nights of our stay. Friendly staff. Good location, could walk to restaurants if you wanted to and not worry about parking.

Excellent location, services, amenities. Friendly staff, great shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. My best hotel experience in my many visits to Long Beach.

We had a great stay even though it was only for one night we would go back and visit this loctaion when we are back in the long beach area.

We found this hotel was great for our stay , arrived from Sydney after 14 hour flight and the staff said only one room is ready as it was 12 check out time , told me to come back in 1 hour and he will have a nice room with a view the room was great and very cosy .

I expected a lot more from a Marriott rooms were clean but need some updating. Breakfast was nice

We are checking out two days early even though we paid for a 3-night stay. It was 1:30 AM and people were still loud and in and out of the rooms. It's noisy outside with cars driving by as well as hearing people talking. The bathrooms are so loud from adjacent rooms, I didn't want to go to sleep because it wakes me up every few minutes. We stay at Marriott a lot because the quality is generally pretty good. Very disappointed with this Marriott.

My hotel room was a little smelly and loud at night... dumpsters outside. The room definitely had a gloominess to it. The hotel needs a renovation. Great location and is fine for business travel.

The receptionist gave me the worst room in the hotel without any windows and very noisy from surronding air handling Units on roof. I compained ans he gave me a room with view of the dumpsters right across the street. They were throwing empty bottles in the dumpster till 2 in the morning!

We stayed here because we could walk to dinner place for New Years Eve, and discovered several good places on the way. Quick walk to the convention center facilities and the blue line. We really liked our room, very clean, comfortable, and well appointed.

This hotel looks nice but when I got to my room I was greeted with a disgusting smell. The sewage must have been backed up because the smell was coming from the bathroom. It was a very strong smell. The smell never went away the whole trip. There was also a pretty big splatter of what looked like blood underneath the sink, pretty gross. When I checked in I was informed that there was a "no party policy." This is fine but it was New Years Eve, and to top it off someone had ordered entertainment of a band to play on my floor. There was also a no smoking policy I was unaware of until I got there. They wouldn't even let you smoke on your own balcony. The funny thing is, you could smell people smoking in their rooms from in the hallway. Another thing I was not aware of was the fee to park each day. There was also a charge just in case anything happened to the room. I only got half of this money back for no reason at all. I even cleaned for the maids didn't have to do much work. I will be calling them about the rest of my money.

Great hotel, very clean, staff was so friendly. Good price and location. Would def stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the restaurant was awesome - food and convenience perfect!

Hotel staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The room itself was lacking. The carpets were stained, there was a gray line of dirt along the carpet near the wall, the fixtures underneath the bathroom counter were dirty, there was no lotion provided, the air conditioner made loud screeching noises (but they did come up and fix it quickly) and the patio door was unlocked when I arrived (not safe).

beds are extremely uncomfortable, the room had a horrible smell it, and the guests next to us or across from us were really loud all night.

Not bad for a night or two. Basic, clean, safe, but not luxury.

The room was clean and nice. The area was safe and full of stuff to do. The service was good. The shower head had a little trouble with the pressure and dripping but nothing to cry about. The only problem that was annoying was that the t.v. had bad reception on the HD channels and some , some didn't even come in. Besides that the prices were reasonable and all in all was a nice Hotel to stay at.

Front desk very friendly and informative about inquires in the City. Room staff very good and rooms very clean......Great stay for the money.....

Stayed at this hotel after our visit to Catalina Island. A very short cab ride takes you from here to the ferry and were happy to park our car in this covered and supervised location. The staff was very friendly and our room was comfortable. We had a room by the elevator and were woken up several times by loud people walking in the halls that night but other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Queen Mary where I had booked the dinner/ghost tour. I did not stay at the Queen Mary hotel because it would've been much less value for a much higher price. Courtyard offered a beautiful, lg room and the highest service, less than 10 mins away for less cost.

I only stayed a night but enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was their breakfast. I didn't really enjoy it but there are a number of close by restaurants to use instead.

I always try to stay at the Downtown Marriott when I visit Long Beach. It's clean, friendly and close to all the local sights. It also serves a wonderful buffet breakfast. The rooms are large and the Internet is free! It doesn't get better than that!

The Hotel was VERY clean, I'm really funny about a clean room and I was very satisfied, The beds were very comfy, We slept well, The only downside is the Shower;, The water pressure is very low and the shower head made it even worse, it added 30 mins to our getting ready for the day :(

good costumer service

Great costumer service, good location, clean....

Pretty good place. Very clean. Furniture has seen some use and is about ready to be replaced if they are to keep their status befitting a Courtyard by Marriott, but overall its location was fine and it served us well on our recent trip. One clear negative is the breakfast buffet is not free and not worth it.

like this hotel...we asked for a microwave and they brought to the room right away... stayed 3e days and room is always cleaned very well...

This was a nice hotel. It was a little over priced. The front desk staff was very helpful. The bar staff could use a lesson in people skills. It was clean, close to the Long Beach pier, and good for a overnight stay before boarding for the cruise. I would reccommend this hotel to friends and family.
