Behind our bathroom door was accumulated dust and gunk, housekeeping must not think to look behind the doors. The hairdryer went on the fritz, and again was supposed to be replaced by housekeeping, 12 hours later it was not. The couch was stained and the room was "past its best" Despite all this it was value for money as it was one of Hotels.com special reduced rates. The breakfast was great . The eastern european evening maintainence man was a charachter who could not have been more helpful.

THE ROOM WAS VERY OLD AND SO WAS THE BED

This hotel was great. The room was very clean and the furniture was in great condition. The desk staff was very helpful. The hot breakfast was better than most with pleanty of variety. We were driving on the Ohio turnpike, using the hotels.com mobile app, and booked this room while on we were on the road. We arrived before the booking was actually in their system, which caused a slight delay in getting our room, but as I stated, the desk staff was helpful and processed our room asap.

Nice for the price

I needed a break and wanted a decent place to stay. My house is going through renovations and was tired of looking at the mess. I called and they said my dogs could come with me and it didn't even cost extra. The rooms were fantastic, I made dinner and was able to just put my feet up and relax. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. The free (real) breakfast in the morning was a huge bonus as well.

I chose this hotel for the price, location, and the good reviews I read online. My experience wasn't actually all that great. Starting with the good: room looked nice and the full kitchen was convenient and clean, if a bit outdated. Oh, and they provided a free bag of popcorn! The sheets were soft and the bed overall was really comfortable. And there was a nice, modern, big flat screen. The shower had a really good flow with consistently hot water. Now for the bad. First off, the toilet really didn't flush well and eventually clogged completely for no observable reason. The inside of the bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped down in ages with little hairs on it and splatters everywhere. Then the internet (we were using the the cord they provided to plug in because it was better than the wifi) died which made it hard to look up directions etc. It was near freezing outside so we turned the heat on, but it wouldn't turn itself off at the temperature we set so it repeatedly got up in the mid 80s and we had to open the doors. As for the breakfast, it was a nice try but the first day the biscuits were crunchy (stale? burnt?), the scrambled eggs were so overcooked they smelled sulfury, and the OJ tasted like water. The second morning there was a kid's sports team blocking up the whole area so we just skipped it. Also, we kept finding hair in the room that wasn't ours - in the shower, on the sheets/pillows, etc.

The location is perfect for being close to the airport, and all of the things that I was there for, including the Browns practice facilities. In my haste to get back to the airport on my departure date, I forgot to check out of the hotel, so I called the hotel from the rental car shuttle, explained my mistake, and was told that it was not a problem and to keep the hotel card keyes as a reminder of my stay. I appreciate them being so understanding and would stay there again on my next trip. The rooms were also very comfotable and the maids took great care to make sure that my room was tidied up daily. I enjoyed my stay completely. Thanks!

This hotel was close to Parma Hospital. Close to airport. Access to K-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, Wal Mart and another grocery store. Target not too far away. Staff at this hotel are very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was always delicious. We were here for cancer surgery and after leaving the hospital found this hotel to be a quiet and peaceful and a comfortable place to stay.

Nice hotel only stayed one night but I would recommend it.

Outstanding! Everything you could want in a hotel close to an airport and more. Neat, clean, close to freeways and walking distance to a number of restaurants (chain restaurants but still a good thing). Will stay there next visit.

Nice unconventional hotel...but showing its age. Past repairs inside the room was C grade. One room we were assigned to had not been cleaned from the last user (they changed our room to fix that issue. The staff ws friendly and helpful

We needed a room so we could get into Cleveland easily and then back onto the highway early the next day. This is right off the highway, easy to find, and the selection of restaurants and even a high-end grocery store within a few minutes drive made this even better.

Good selection of breakfast items. Room was quiet and clean. No issues popped up during the stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the back "tower", and the room was a bit outdated inside but clean nonetheless.

The lady at check-in was so friendly and helpful in terms of recommending restaurants nearby. She also gave us a courtesy call about 30 minutes after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed in our room. The staff the next morning was a little more indifferent. Breakfast was good, no problems with Internet and the room was clean, though a few stains on the kitchen counter.

Everything was great - Staff, hotel, room, food ... start to finish. We'll be back!

Made my reservation same day. everything was great location, very clean, looked brand new, free happy hour and yummy free breakfast. Except YES, They are a pet friendly hotel but they charge a high non refundable deposit, which they waived because hotels.com said it was free. The best service in the middle of a snowstorm~

MY HUBSAND AND I AND TWO GRAND VISIT RELATIVE IN BEREA OHIO. THE HOTEL WAS JUST A FEW MILES FROM THE FAMILY. WE ENJOYED THE ROOM MY GRAND AND HUBSAND LOVED THE POOL, THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL

Did not have a working TV in our room at any time during the 12 hours of our stay.

The room was really great with the exception of a little house keeping (NOT a big deal) We were right near the pool and it was a wonderful trip. Hotel is going under some construction renovations - but you hardly notice. Thumbs up to the front desk staff who were just wonderful!!! Breakfast was icing on the cake. We will be back

I stay at this hotel often because I like the rooms that feel more like a "home" rather than a hotel. I like that they have a nice workout room. And the best part ARBY'S is right next door!!

Hotel staff extremely helpful and nice. Our room was neat and clean. They were doing some renovating so there seemed to be more people around our suite. Hot breakfast was a plus. Only 5 minutes from the airport.
