It was secure and comfy, and I would stay here for any occasion!

The Hotel was a good clean and comfortable place to stay. The best thing about the hotel is the people who work there and the service they provided. The bar area was the best, Conner and Andrea really go out of their way to provide great service. Even when the bar was busy you would always see them with a smile and they both were always very attentive. Southern Hospitality is alive and well at the bar at the Embassy Suits.

The one thing I would say is that we were in a non-smoking room and it was evident that someone had previously smoked in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The staff was extremely helpful and there was a free shuttle provided to the Columbia airport, as well as to the downtown area. The free breakfast was more than adequate and they even had a free happy hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again on future visits.

Great location and nice hotel. Not fantastic and food was free but awful.

Loved the beds and the pool/hot tub area.

Conveniently located, really close to the Zoo, right off the highway. Nice decor, helpful staff. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, but we like the drinks and snacks at the bar. Saturday morning breakfast (complimentary) was very busy, lots of guests. I would suggest you wake up early if you want to avoid long lines. Didn't have a chance to partake of the hospitality hour, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. We ended up getting a smoking room with 2 double beds instead of a non-smoking king, which was not ideal, but the room was nice and had everything. Our toilet didn't work and it took 2 phone calls before the service man actually replaced the part to fix it which was annoying, but they had a nice happy hour with drinks and snacks and a great breakfast in the morning. The location to the university was great and overall if we had gotten the room we wanted I would have rated this much higher. I would probably stay at Homewood Suites right down the street next time.

My stay was awful,,cob webs in sealing,bathroom to small, no vent n bathroom,but customer service was great...Enjoyed breakfast,,but due to rooms not being clean as needed to be,,I won't stay at that room again,and I love embassy suites,,,but that wasn't a good stay....

I give the hotel a below par review because I was told at check in that there would be a $10 hold on my card for incidentals. By the time I checked out the next morning there were several holds on my account. When I questioned their customer service about the charges I was told not to worry about it( the holds would be gone in 4 or 5 days). Also for the price of the room, it should come with free wifi.

The staff was exceptionally curtious and polite.They all seemed to enjoy their work.The free cocktails and the complete breakfast were excellent.my only complaint was the noise in the lobby at night from the kids running around and loud adults.The sounds carry due to the open design,with the rooms all open to the ground floor.People were still loud after 11:00PM.

The beds were terrible! Hard and lumpy. The breakfast area was so loud at 530am when they were setting up! Woke everyone in the room up. Not a pleasant stay! Will not stay there again. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and this was no comparison! Terrible

We had a great experience on our overnight stay with the Embassy Suites and would definitely do it again.

You can not beat the fact that you get a full breakfast for the price of this room which any other hotel would charge about $15 a person for. The amenities are top notch and well taken care of and you can not hear any of your neighbors. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but that was my only concern.

EXTREMLY PLEASED W/BED WOULD LIKE TO KNOW BRAND AND MODEL OF MATTRESS IN RM 202 However House keeping shoukld go through more training to many things overlooked If not for house keeping would have rated hotel a 5

We have stayed a few times at the Embassy Suites at Greystone. We went there recently during the Christmas holidays and loved how it was decorated. The beds are comfy and we love having the separate living room area with an extra tv in it. Also enjoy having the many recently released movies available to rent although sometimes they are rather expensive. Love the breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and everything else you can imagine. The happy hour is pretty cool too. I was bummed out to find out that I would have to pay $9.95 to pay for wi-fi in my room although free in public areas. For the price of my room I think that should have been an added free benefit. The pool and jacuzzi are great and the workout are is excellent to work off all of those calories eaten during the yummy breakfast. Great place overall.

My stay at embassy suites greystone was great. The only thing I would change would be to get rid of dish tv and offer free wifi in all suites.

This is a very nice hotel, but everything seems out dated. I went to two different rooms and they smelled very musty. The service there is a good, but I just think that the hotel need to be updated.

I love staying at Embassy Suites hotels. For my family it gives the biggest bang for the buck. Reasonable prices, roomy accomodations, wonderful cooked to order breakfasts, happy hour, indoor pools and locations in many tourist spots. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable about area. In 22 years I have never been dissappointed.

Only stayed one night but plan to return next year. The room was very nice, and clean. Loved the fridge and microwave being there. Only problem was the TV reception wasn't all that good

The Hotel was great, staff was friendly, food was good, However when you entered the Hotel you could smell the clorine from the pool. When we went to the pool it took your breath it was so bad. The Hotel over all was a great stay close to the Zoo and Down Town.

Only issue was the rowdy guest at the pool.

This visit was not comparable to my visit last year. The internet was not complimentary in my room, I would have to schlep to common areas to use the internet. The sofa in the front room had visible stains on it and was very uncomfortable. I had to put the throw from the bed on it to be able to sit down. The TV in the bedroom did not work. On the good side, it is close to the University and the happy hour/breakfast freebies were great...

I stayed at this hotel during the time I was moving my son into USC. I chose this Embassy Suite because I enjoy staying at Embassy Suites. The accommodations were great. The hotel is very clean as was our room. I ordered pizza from room service and it was not good. The breakfast on Sunday morning was not good either. It was cold. Also, the breakfast area is small.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast especially nice, although we would have liked some biscuits on the buffet. Sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable and there was no blanket in the room for it

Room was not ready when we arrived. Had to ask after waiting 30 minutes to be waited on at restuarant, then waited thirty additional minutes for the food and then ask for it be sent to room and then when it got to room all of it was cold. The next morning the water got shut off and couldn't shower.

Breakfast staff was super! Also, front desk staff was great. My son had left his baby blanket and they mailed it to me right away!

I would definitely stay there again. Room was comfortable and breakfast included made to order omletes, pancakes juice and fruits.

The bed was so confortable my spouse did not want to leave.

The tile on the sink was broken, and I found blood stains on my bed. Not too mention dog poo all in the elevator and on the entrance of each floor. I could hear my neighbors in the bathroom and the maid showed up at 8:20 am.

Was conveniently located to highway. Centrally situated for Augusta, GA and Charleston, SC. Parking good. Awesome breakfast. Was able to eat and get out quickly.

The staff was very nice and I had a very pleasant stay. There was a fraternity staying on the same floor as I was and they were very respectful of the other guests. I plan on staying here again.

It's always a pleasure to stay at an Embassey Suites. The rooms are consistently high quality, the staff is helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Convenient, Happy Hour, Good Breakfast!

I loved staying at this hotel. The only thing that bothered me was too much chlorine in the hot tub- it burned my eyes from just sitting in it. But at least I know it was clean!! I also enjoyed the free cocktails and full breakfast that were complimentary.

We drive extra miles to stay here. It is so nice to be able to park after a long drive and not have to go out again. The resturant is really nice, or you can order at the bar and pick it up or have room service. We had the best French Dip sandwiches we have ever had this time. You can get a free snacks and drinks in the evening or free breakfast in the morning with eggs specially prepared. The staff is excellent. The large atruim with a fountain gives a luxury feel. It is great to have a door to the bedroom. Everything is CLEAN and well kept.
