This modest hotel has everything you need for an overnight either at the beginning or end of a trip. The place was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Typically for this chain, they welcomed us with coffee and cookies, which we appreciated after only a modest snack on the airplane. Best of all, they have an attached bar and grill, where we had a good dinner (try the Korean pork buglogi! sp?). We were also able to stay in the restaurant and play cards until we were tired. Our friends even managed a quick trip to the pool, which they said was nice. It was outdoors and the water was a little cool, so the hotel might consider a solar heater if there isn't one already. This place would be perfect for families or anyone budget minded who is happy to just stay in one place for an overnight and have everything provided for them at a reasonable price.

It was ok

good location to airport. Our flight was delayed and we stayed over at this location. Very clean and it was nice to have something to grab for breakfast in the morning before our flight.

We generally stay here for catching early flights. The location is close to the airport and works well for us. The best part of this particular location, though, is their exceptional staff. They are friendly, helpful, and genuine. After several stays at this location, we have never had anything to complain about with the staff.

The stay was short - late arrival, early departure. Only bad thing - the alarm clock did not work so we overslept. Couldn't have breakfast and had to really hustle to get to airport. Otherwise, the hotel and room were really nice for the price.

I loved my stay. especially the breakfast, the courteous service we received at the front desk was great. The knowledge of the city, sites and the where to go places were easily explained by every one. The rooms were very clean. Location was excellent for us. We will return again. Thank you.and my hat off to the cook.

This place sucks. Front desk personnel were terrible. Checking in was a nightmare. Then, they checked somebody else into our room while we were gone. Luckily the person saw our bags and went straight back to desk. I found this out because our key wouldn't work when we returned and I had to go to front desk where I found out what happened.

I always have a good stay at Country Inn & Suites, and this was no exception.

We went there for a test in a center thats walking distance away, great value , good breakfast for free , very polite staff, around the clock tea or coffee, overall very pleased

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was great. The breakfast was very good.The hotel was very clean and the staff was fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, make sure you get a room on the back side.

Best place to over night on the way to and from central Florida

Perfect location for taking the Atlanta Step 2 CS exam for medical board exams. Free shuttle will take you from the airport to the hotel and back, and the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the exam building. No need to rent a car if this is all you want to experience while in the Atlanta area. Could not be happier with the service or the breakfast food set up before my exam!

Bed was very comfortable and room was great for cost!

Great free shuttle service to and from airport. Friendly, competent front desk staff, awesome free breakfast buffet hosted by very nice gal. Our only critique is that the bath tub area in our room needs updating.

I enjoy my stay

Only stayed one night. Excellent stay. Breakfast was really good.

We have alway had good experiences with Country inns in the past. So I was very disapointed with this visit. The bathroom in our room was the main problem. There was mold in the shower caulking, hair in both the shower and all over the floor. The paint on. The door was all scratched up and a bad paint job that was all over the trim. The hallway approaching the room was dark,and smelly. The room doors were clearly newly painted but very poorly done. The refrigerator in the cabinet was not properly ventilated forcing us to leave the door open to allow it to work properly. The was a major problem as one of our partly had just had surgery and on a cane. So the open door was a hazard. Over all a big let down.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, great breakfast, all around great experience. Close enough to the airport to make it a great choice for us. Would definitely stay there whenever I need a hotel in Atlanta.

The hotel is badly maintained.. Linen stinks and hallways are dirty.. Staff is not so receptive.. Good thing is the distance to Airport ... Noisy neighbors .. Not really satisfied with the hotel

The hotel was not worth the price, some of the employee's were courteous and they try to accommodate us. The Hyatt Place is truly a great hotel and the rooms are very nice. Unfortunately, for myself we came to town when they were having the "Gay Pride Festival". It was truly unforgetting experience!

I was in town for a sporting event downtown during a very busy weekend. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. Rooms were clean and well maintained would definatly stay again. Only downside to this location is there were no resteraunts close by so if your planning on eatting out be prepared to drive.

For what I paid, I didn't expect anything more. Free cookies @ front desk, free coffee and cereal bars. The room was clean & included a mini fridge + microwave, large desk & chair. The toilet bowl rocked a bit and the AC had no remote (said the front desk) or temperature adjust switch that I could find so I just unplugged the whole unit when I got cold. Free local calls applies only to specific GA area codes. I appreciated the free printing downstairs. Breakfast was more varied than other low cost hotels I've been to, including a serving of (greasy) protein at each meal. Otherwise the standard coffee, tea, juice, cereal, pastry in addition to (fresh) fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal bars, toast, eggs, biscuits, and bacon/sausage/battered chicken (all of which I found particularly unpalatable due to how obviously greasy they were). The staff was pretty helpful (but not overly so) and the restaurant food was ok, good price, but again, greasy. I don't think there's much to do nearby and the scenery leaves much to be desired. Btw, there is no room safe!! Bottom line: If you're looking for a palacial oasis where maidservants rub your back and fan you with palm leaves, you're out of luck; if you need a place to overnight or spend a day or 2 and get a clean, comfy bed, a warm shower, a decent breakfast, wireless access with phone connectivity (call the tech support people) a free ride to and from the airport, for a low cost, this is the place. I'd stay again (not more than max 3 days)

I was very disappointed with the cleaniness of this hotel my sheet was not clean and their was somone heirs in the sheets the bed was not completely made up!! I will not return to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!!!

The hotel was decent, not wow, not bad. It would be nice if the front desk (who said I could have a late check-out at 1 instead of noon) would communicate with housekeeping, who knocked on my door every half hour starting at 9:30.

Upon arrival there was a long line to check in due to canceled airline flights so a number of those I'm line we're not planning on staying. The lady at the desk was rude to many including myself. One gentalman was trying to explain something and she would not listen to him. She sent him out to his car for something that in the end he did not need and when she realized she did not need the item she sent him for, she became very sarcastic with him. The room was clean and the restaurant was good at dinner but the breakfast was poor and the hotel staffer was rushing everyone out. It was ok in a pinch but not what I am looking for when I travel. The desk clerk also complained about hotels.com yet she was unwilling to take any reservations on the phone.

I booked this hotel thinking it would make my trip easier on me and my family but I had problems with the hotel such as the room service came to clean only once and to get breakfast I had to wake my family up by 6 a.m! but other then that the staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible which was wonderful

Beds were fine, shuttle to airport good. Breakfast was cheap.

The front desk clerk was very rude to us during check-in as she was having trouble finding our reservation. She had a "care less" attitude and said there were no rooms even though I had a confirmation number. It turns out she had accidentally checked us in earlier that day before we arrived (an error on HER part) and yet treated us as if it was our fault she couldn't find the correct information. Once we were checked in and went up to our room, we found it to be a disappointment. The bathroom had hair not only on the bathroom floor and shower, but also on the "clean towels". The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable and the pillows seemed very worn out. The only positive to this place was that it was close to the airport which we were eager to get to after our stay here.

It was very convenient for a quiick visit to Atlanta, the grill restaurant offers ok food choices for reasonable price. The breakfast was just perfect. The bathroom was quite outdated, but clean. I was a good deal for the price.

Excellent. What else can I say.

Stay was great except speaking with staff. I called twice with an hour to bring more towels to the room and both ladies responded that they were on there way up. Towel sets never made it to my room. The second lady had a bit of an attitude. So I went down at 11pm to get them, The clerk had to check 3 different vacant rooms to get the towels sets together and still didn't have enough wash cloths.

The hotel was ok for the night but I would not recommend it for a long stay. It was not the cleanest hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, clean rooms. Convenient to Atlanta airport and I-285. Surrounding area is not good. Run down, saw gang members while out driving. Motel seems secure, but don't wander in the surrounding area.

Great value for the price. Clean facility and polite staff. Computer with working printer for checking in for flight the night before is appreciated!

Hotel was clean but the restaurant was really hot as they will not run the A/C. The food was ok but not worth the price. As for the room, it was fine for what we needed it for, just a place to sleep before flying out the next morning. Not the friendliest staff but they weren't overly rude either. Overall it was okay but will find a different hotel next time.

The condition, quality and comfort of the room was outstanding. Very helpful check-in staff. Breakfast was mediocre and poorly staffed, but for the price the value was exceptional.
